Top choice restaurant lives up to their restaurant name. After trying it once, it is one of my top choices to dine out to.

Everything we ordered that night was delicious: black chicken soup, fried intestines, black beans veggies, chicken, black bean eel, fried oysters and the (free) sweet tofu pudding.

Seriously, I have nothing bad to say. It was very flavorful and yet not oily as many other Cantonese restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend it but a reservation is strongly recommended!

Restuarant has very nice authentic Chinese food. They added little stalls in the Restuarant giving you a little privacy.

Be sure to make a reservation! This restaurant is only open for dinner, and it still gets really busy on a weeknight. Their hot and sour soup is delicious, and so is the sweet and sour pork. During our visit, the lobster was not so great because the meat did not fall off the shell.

Very tasty Chinese cuisine but a bit pricey. The restaurant is super busy even on weekdays.

Good quality of food, huge selection of choices, and decent portion size. I appreciate how they took the time and care to place the food in the takeout boxes. Highly recommend!

We finally got a place to try it out! Hong Kong-style stir-fry, the plate is big enough, and the serving speed is extremely fast, basically all the dishes are served within 15 minutes! Today, the boiled Vancouver shrimp is full of pounds, the oil-soaked red fish and pineapple sweet and sour pork are the best! Tofu flower is served at the end, which is also good!

The waiter was full of snobbery, and strongly recommended live seafood when ordering at the beginning, and kept urging to order quickly, while the guests were waiting behind, did the four of us come to eat fast food? Later, before he finished eating, he said that there was tofu nao, and immediately took away the plate when it was served. The quality of the waiters is too poor and they are full of money.

Very busy place. Be sure to book a reservation. Food came very quickly after seating. Best seafood in the area.

We were celebrating a birthday party with 20 people and 2 tables. They totally ruined it! The food was just warm, service were lousy. They kept coming to the tables to collect almost empty plates! The owner kept coming to the room to check if we are done! They are rushing and rushing us out! Couldn’t even eat the birthday cake comfortably! Food is not even amazing, just ok! Would not go back! You might want to search a different restaurant!

Make sure you make your reservation! Other than that, good are great! See pictures. Huge portion! Free dessert!

The stir fry is ok but the service here is terrible! Especially the receptionist who just ignores people! (I have also worked part-time as a waiter. No matter how tired or busy I am, I can’t put on a bad face. To earn this money, I have to do what I should do well.) Anyway, I have to make mistakes for a meal (the only time I feel that the service is particularly good is a part-time uncle. The service is really nothing to say)

Unless your a group of 3 or more. Don’t come, got denied service since we were just 2 people. She said we don’t sit 2 people go eat somewhere else

1. Few friendly waitresses but one was terrible and always ignored us.
2. Utensil and tea cup was dirty. Literally had dried tea leaves still stuck inside.
3. Had to ask 3 separate times for take out containers which was so frustrating. They’re so quick to give the bill as it was near closing time but after that you get ignored.
4. They cater to majority Chinese speaking customers. The bigger menu they have is all in Chinese with some photos but they give you a tiny menu with English which I couldn’t even tell if it was the same menu?
All in all for how expensive things are Markham definitely has way better options with better service.

A very busy restaurant, you should call ahead to make a reservation, the restaurant is only open for dinner (from 4pm to 10: 30pm). We went on the July 1st weekend at 5pm and the restaurant was already 70% full. We ordered the Grouper, prepared in two different styles dishes, both dishes were pretty large. The waitress was very friendly and was happy to make recommendations. The fish was cooked just right, and the meat was tender. After dinner, they also serve complementary tofu dessert. Prices were quite reasonable considering the quality. Will definitely go again.

Food was excellent. Portions were huge. The jumbo shrimp was really sweet. This place is very Hong Kong. They give you a big bowl of water to rinse your utensils. The service was really good. A note about tipping. They tips don’t go to the wait staff that, it goes to the restaurant. If you want to tip the wait staff you need to do it separately.

Biggest compliment I want to give is that their dishes are not overly salty, e.g. Shrimp paste veggies are often super salty but their shrimp paste was aromatic and not excessively salty.

Lots of fresh shrimps in their fried rice.never seen other restaurants use medium-big shrimps for this dish.

Rare to find bird nest made with taro (mainly potatoes are used now) so we gave it a try. Disappointing due to the bird nest was very chunky and hard to chew vs crispy and light. Don't know what they added with the taro, maybe way too much flour. Next time I'll just order the plain three seafood combo stir fry without the bird nest.

Printed on their menu that diners may stay for 1.5 hours for their meal. Understand they want to do at least three rounds of customers per table. Didn't felt too rushed by the waiters although they were quick to remove our empty dishes.

Definitely recommend making a reservation.

Love their booth seating; there were many of them. Also love their use of transparent plexiglass between booth tables. A large bottle of disinfectant is also provided on each table. All these setup made me feel very much at ease dining there albeit being post-Covid life now (June 2023).

Good food. Prices on the high side. Very rude and bad behavior. Better choices elsewhere. If you don't care about service and price, and willing to wait a long time for a seat, then give it a try.

The service attitude at the front desk is extremely poor. They are as if they owe her money. They will never go there again. When you go to have a meal, you have to look at the face of the auntie. I am convinced.

Any dish that was ever ordered was always well executed every time we were there. We have ordered take out too. Service is great as they aren't pushy and are very helpful with suggestions. Although it is a bit pricey, the portions are pretty big.

Made a reservation but had to wait for 30 mins. Food is bland that even the tea has no flavor. Service is slow and table is small, they stacked the dishes on top of each other. Had to sit along the walkway.

Good but the black pepper eggplant and oysters was disappointing. The oysters were lacking in flavour and seemed small.

I've been there two times, the teacup is not clean, even the chair, I have to clean by myself before I sit down

It's our first time dine in. I would suggest making reservation and be there early. It's very crowded and nonstop.

Dishes were, in general, big. Prices are fair. Service is good in the "Chinese restaurant" way if you know what I mean.

We, a group of 4, were going to order a dish of veggies on top of seafood and chicken, however, the waitress suggested not to order veggies as there's quite some vegetable from 2 other dishes. Turned out there's enough veggies and leftovers. Should we have ordered another dishes, it would be way too much. I said thank you to her and appreciated her suggestions.

It's a good first time dine-in experience, it's just starting.

Zero waiting time for our table, very quick in service. Love the soup, garlic is great, so as the vegetarian dish, only sweet and sour pork isn't up to my standard.
