Drivers arrived on time, helped load luggage were polite, drove safely. Will use again and highly recommend.

Do not book with this limo service! My sister booked this limo for her birthday party.within 5-10 after booking.another limo company offered a cheaper deal so she called Ann back at Top Limo explaining the better offer and Ann understood and assured my sister would receive her deposit back.after 4 weeks and speaking with April and Kith she has not received her deposit back. The company has nothing to say and will not return the deposit even after assuring they will return it! Save yourself time and money and book with “White Shadow Limo” instead.

So disappointed with the customer service here.

This place took our deposit and has yet to refund us over 4 weeks later. Calls are constantly ignored and redirected. Horrible customer service!

Sadly, with how badly they messed up my cousin's wedding limo service, I have to break that streak of positive reviews to warn of the utterly unprofessional service delivery. From a lack of cleanliness to maintenance issues and being over 1,1/2 hour late to a wedding, Top Limo failed in absolutely every regard possible. Driver was friendly but also did not meet expectations for driving ability and the groom and groomsmen almost were carsick.

Use a different limo company.

If I could rate Top Limo with zero stars I would. The limo company was hired for my wedding day and we scheduled the limo to arrive at 1: 30. The limo service called us at 1: 13 indicating their driver had a flat tire and would be arriving for 2: 30. After going back and fourth with the customer service rep who continued to remain unprofessional the limo company then stated they would have a limo arrive before 2pm. I asked the company to have them call us when the limo was arriving to ensure we were taken care of (to no surprise they didn’t call with good news). The customer service rep then called after 2pm saying they are still 15 minuets late. The limo arrived well after 2.

We asked the customer service rep to speak with a manager and she stated she would have to request for a manager to call us (writing this review the next day we have yet to receive a call from a “manager”)

Top limo also stated they would provide a bottle of champagne for us. Once again failed customer service experience they didn’t have a champagne bottle for us. The limousine looked old and untidy. Not the experience you want going to your wedding.

Now for the driver, the “limo driver” showed up like it was his first day on the job for Uber. How is Top Limo providing limousine services without requiring their drivers to dress in formal attire? Even business casual would have be better than what our driver showed up in. The driver could barely drive the Limo (The event service staff at the wedding venue suggested taking a shuttle because of how bad his driving was)

Overall experience was terrible. HIGHLY recommended another company and stay away from top limo unless feeling disappointed and frustrated is the goal.

It was amazing for my bachelorette celebration. I would definitely suggest both the car and the driver. I will definitely use Top car again. The service was amazing, the price was fantastic, the car was clean, and the driver was very helpful. I would really suggest it. Top Limo Service

Very professional, the men had a fantastic time travelling in the limo to the wedding, it was a decent price, and they were easy to get in touch with. I would definitely tell people about Top Limo and use them again.

Look at all the fake 5 star reviews, do not use. The experience was fine and they showed up on time. But the driver overcharged us upon drop off with no explanation. I tried to reason with him but he was not giving me any explanation. Worried that he would not come back to pick us up, I paid it and planned on calling the next day for the refund. Here we are a month and countless phone calls later with no refund. If I had a dollar for every time I heard “it will come in 3-5 business days” I wouldn’t need a refund. They are not trustworthy and the amount of real 1 star reviews compared to fake 5 star reviews shows it.

We appreciate Top Limo taking us to and from our son's wedding on Saturday at Bridges Golf Club. Along with the groom, his six groomsmen, our three granddaughters, and ourselves, we traveled there in a stretch Hummer.

Driver and the Top Limo team are always a pleasure to work with. So dependable, on-time, and professional. They are highly recommended!
