The driver arrived right on time (5: 00am) and helped with the loading - then moved on to a second stop where he helped my parents join in the trip to Pearson. It was a misty miserable morning, but he drove quickly but carefully through the mess to the airport, exactly as we needed. I would easily use Top Limo again!

Worst experience ever! We booked Top Limo pick up the two grandmothers in Orillia for our son's Wedding in Bond Head in August. To avoid traffic, the driver decided to go in the exact wrong direction, around the wrong side of Lake Simcoe. The driver realized this in Beaverton, turned around, but at that point they had missed their grandson's wedding. The driver admitted his mistake when he finally arrived. We have emailed and called Top Limo about this multiple times with no response at all. Considering small claims court as the booking was $1,400.00.
If they contact us and we have a satisfactory resolution to this matter, we will update this review.
