Yesterday we had a wedding, we were loading the limo with 400$ worth of food, and they left the entire bridal party without a ride to the ceremony, and never brought our food back either, made an already stressful day extremely stressful. Yesterday my lovely friend held her daughters wedding, and i cannot believe what top limo, (aka bottom limo) put the mother of the bridw through. She hired and paid top limo from 12: 30-5: 30. But the driver, after we loaded 400$ worth of snacks in the limo, drove off and tended to another wedding! However, the mother of bride was shocked to find out from Bridal party rhat the limo took off and dissappeared. When we called the limo company they said that the driver went to use the washroom at a gas stadion and that we could come back. She never came back. We called again, more excuses. The Bridal party had to show up all in seperate cars. Then they said the limo broke down. But that was a lie. How unprofessional, disorgnaized, and truly a decietful company that Gouges clients. Dont EVER use this company

RUN – DON’T WALK – RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I never write bad reviews, so for me to do this, they are exceptionally bad. They overcharge your credit card and then block you from calling them. Absolute crooks!

I booked 2 airport runs for company coming from overseas.
First was airport pickup – 3 adults, 1 child and car seat – SUV.
Second trip was return to airport – 2 adults, 1 child, and car seat – Sedan.
When I called the price was more than the online quote. I asked why and was told “airport fees”. They took a deposit, with the rest to be paid to the driver (first mistake) upon return trip. When my company was dropped off at destination, the driver asked for payment. As I had already told them it was taken care of, my aunt called me to confirm. I told the driver I was to pay upon return trip, not first trip. He called office, they sorted it. They called me back and agreed to take payment upon return trip.

Return trip – no car seat was provided, even though ordered and paid for. The driver said he was not told to bring one. Luckily, while here, my company purchased a car seat for their little one, so they used that one. They didn’t want to take it on flight, so left it with driver, so Top LImo has now received a brand new (only used for 2 weeks) car seat for free (no problem). The issue began when the driver overcharged me (not even taking into account the car seat I paid for). When I disputed the charge (with my company waiting to board the car to return to the airport) the driver called the office. It was very difficult to hear the person on the other end of the phone. All I could make out was “airport fees” (but I PAID airport fees up front). I couldn’t argue with them, as my company was essentially being held for ransom, so I told them I’ll pay and sort out with them later – they agreed. The driver also agreed that would be the case.

I called the office the next day and the person on the other end agreed I was overcharged. He said he would contact the driver and get back to me - no call back. I called again and spoke to Sulil, who told me I wasn’t charged for a car seat (I certainly was – it’s on my invoice – I paid for it). He also said the overcharge was for 407 toll. When I disputed that charge, as I did not approve using the 407, there was no need to take the 407, it made no sense to take the 407 to our location, he said he would have to talk to the driver. Again, no call back. I called again and spoke to Sulil. He agreed I was correct, and would IMMEDIATELY reimburse for the overcharge, but would need approval from accounting to reimburse for the car seat that was not provided. NO REUND WAS EVER RECEIVED. I called again and left a message. I was very frustrated and very firm (there were other calls and messages left with no response) and indicated I expected a response and a refund immediately. You guessed it – nothing! So I called again (these calls are all a few days apart, giving them time to do what they needed to do at their end) and they BLOCKED my number! I called from another number and spoke to a clerk (so he says – sounded like Sulil to me). He said he would have Sulil call me back (I’ve heard that before). When I said he doesn’t call back, and was trying to ask to speak to a manager or someone in authority, he hung up on me.

Long story short, they are crooks! Do NOT hire them or take your chances being cheated out of your money. They think I’ll just go away quietly. They owe me in excess of $70, but the way in which they treat their customers is more of a concern than the money.
I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

Such a great experience! Top limo planned our whole wine tour and made it so easy! The driver picked the perfect wineries for our group and planned it so we had the perfect amount of time at each one. The driver was truly a king and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time! Love him! I can’t recommend it enough

We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my mother's 60th birthday with Top Limo. The customer service is absolutely exceptional which I believe is very rare to find these days.
