I made an appointment. I ended up leaving after 45 minutes of waiting. It was clear they had overbooked themselves. No one spoke to me after I was seated or informed me of a delay.

I wish they had been upfront at the beginning and let me know they were so behind. At least that way I could’ve made the decision to go elsewhere as opposed to wasting 45 minutes of my time. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been going here for 10 years, at least once a month. I’m really picky with my nails (I either get shellac manicure or biogel refill and pedicures) and have been to a dozen or more places in the city. They may not have the most updated store front, but don’t judge a book by its cover. They consistently offer quality services and a clean pedicure…. I find most places offer a very surface level pedicure, they spend their time and deal with your pedicure needs, ie.ingrown nails for me.

Give them a try, don’t be disillusioned by the rating. They have been opened for 30 plus years for a reason.

They always take very good care of me. If I don’t like my shape and they need to reshape it don’t do it no problem even if it takes them three hours to finish my nails they definitely will do everything I’m requesting with no complaints. Pricing is always great. I love them.
