I’ve been coming here for the past 3-4 years and never been disappointed. All the girls there are so talented. They are able to do any design you want and I always ask for their opinion on the right colour to choose whenever getting my nails done and they always help you choose what looks best. Nancy always does my nails and I’m always so impressed, she has really good taste and is amazing at doing designs. Very kind and welcoming. Thank you all so much!

Horrible place, I got nail infection because they don’t clean tools. Save yourself the headache and pass on this one.

Reasonable prices and friendly staff! I’ve been coming here consistently for 2 years, and even drive up from downtown. That’s how much I love it!

Amazing spot great people great prices great atmosphere nails come out exactly how I want them. Don’t be afraid to speak up to the ladies if something is looking wrong and your nails will come out perfect every single time.

Costs $37 for regular pedicure. Charged additional $5 to remove my existing shellac - which they didn’t mention until I had to pay. Rushed my service within 20 minutes. Didn’t exfoliate or anything. Only shaped my toes and painted it. Won’t be returning.

Zing is one of the best nail tech in the city, also Lina is amazing absolutely adore them both! Great fast friendly service, the owner make it priority to show clients appreciation and feel welcome, clean always a great experience, I’ve learned the hard way to not go anywhere else, thank you

I go to this place regularly and the staff are experienced and good in what they’re doing. I often go here for mani and pedi. They’re excellent.

Finally got the chance to write a review. This place has amazing customer service and nail techs are great. Nancy did my nails and I loved it. Her patience made me feel comfortable and she made sure I got the nail design that I wanted. Me and my sister came during the long weekend and were the last people to leave. Not once did we feel rushed or uncomfortable. The place to get your nails done.

I have been getting my nails done with Dinh for many years and have always had the most amazing experience. She is my number one always and I have full trust in her with my manicures and pedicures! She is also a perfectionist and does amazing nail art. Top Queen is always professional and I’m so happy to continue to give them my business year after year!

I recently had my nails done by Nancy. Shes super sweet and talented. She amazing and takes great pride in her work. She does the amazing designs. The owners and entire staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I called in advance to make sure they had time for me and to confirm the price. A man answered the phone, I asked him if they have availability for a pedicure and he asked me to come right now, I told him I could be there between 5 - 10 mins as I only work down the street. Before ending our conversation I asked him the price to which he responded $30.00. I figured $30.00 for regular polish and probably no more than $40.00 for shellac the way it is in most other nail salons across the city.

I got there for 12: 50pm, the whole process took over an hour, which is not normally the case when you are getting a shellac pedicure. Once the tech was done I went to quickly cash out and the woman tells me its $48.00 without any taxes or tip! I told her about my conversation and she started making excuses saying that's not possible, he probably misunderstood you because the price for a regular pedicure is $35.00 not $30.00. I was at that point angry, running 15 mins late for work trying to pay so I can run out. She then tells me the machine is not working (NO SIGNS) and to send an interact transfer for the payment.

I have been to extremely busy salons with huge clientele that charge less and produce better work than the pedicure I received here for almost $50.00. Not only do both feet look different from each other, but I had to tell the tech 4 times to even out my big toe because she kept filing it crooked.

There are much better nail salons in this corner and I recommend you not waste your time & money by going to this one!

I walked in towards the end of the day but called first. The salon was very accommodating. I showed them the photo of the French mani I wanted with different colours and walked out exactly with what I wanted. I received a lot of compliments. Will be going back today to remove the polish and get something else. The shellac lasted me weeks.

Love this place:) they did my nails exactly as i showed in the picture and was not a bad price. I’ve had these nails for about three weeks now, I got shellac, and they have lasted almost perfectly and I’ve gone in the sea and pool many times.

I am a regular customer of top queen nails all the times they were doing great jobs but this time they disappointed me With my nails they completely did the worst job this time that’s why I’m giving them one star!

I walked in here because I was near by, had time, and had to get the shellac on my nails removed.
They charged me $30 for mani with no polish. The technician was awful - weirdly cut the sides of nails, not shaping my nails property and doing the worst job cleaning my cuticles. The skin around my nails have been peeling since getting my nails done here.

Got a pedicure done and it was simple nothing special than others I've been to. Music was low and boring old songs.once I was done my pedicure and waiting for my toes to dry, I wanted to remove my acrylic nails. A couple of the lady's said they did NOT want to do it, I guess she just wanted to sit there and watch whatever she was watching on her phone so they told the receptionist older lady to do it. But yet she standing watching someone else do their nails. Receptionist lady finally came to me and asked me to move to another table, I then said "I thought no one was going to do it because I speak Vietnamese and I understand everything you guys are saying. I started putting on my socks and shoes and I said I'm just going to pay and leave, I will never come back here again" I speak fluent Vietnamese and I choose to speak English to see what kind of service I get. And this place is ridiculous never again.

Fast &quick service, staff always polite, store clean & tidy.

I’ve been coming to Top Queen Nails for the last eight years and the service is excellent. The entire team is professional and highly capable of getting you the desired nail look for any type of manicure or pedicure with gel, powder or dip. The salon is well maintained, clean and updated regularly with strict adherence to latest Covid protocols. John is my favourite)

I usually come here for my nails and they do a great job, but today Lina did my lashes too and she was amazing, she was able to deliver just the way i like it, very natural looking, will definitely be coming back for refills!

Got a new acrylic set done by Vee (Vi?), i can tell that she is a well trained nails tech. I came with a picture, hopefully can get the designs similar like that and she did it beyond my expectation. She took her time to help me to get shape and colors that look good on me. Also she clarified with me the price before, so no “suprise charge” which is happends with me several times at other salons, 10/10 customer service by V.

Got underarms waxes here, Such a horrible experience by Lin. Another lady waxed my legs on same day. My underarms were bruised & darken. Informed Lin & she tried to apply cream to see if darken skin would lighten.haha this required Real treatment now. Dont get Waxed here especially if u have brown skin tones.

Zing is my favorite nail tech she does an amazing job with shaping and designs! She is very patient and super kind I highly recommend her. 10/10 acrylics! I always leave happy.

THE BEST NAIL PLACE! My shellac manicure is always perfect and lasts so long. Everyone is very friendly and they always do their best work. I recently had Kim as my nail tech and she was amazing. She had attention to detail, so nice, and personable. I will always return here!

I always leave happy! The attention to detail, and time taken by the technicians (especially Zheng!) truly shows and adds to an enjoyable experience. I value their professional advice, and am always confident in their work! It is spacious and organized!

I decided to try this place because it was close to home. Glad I did. Its a bit more expensive than where I usually go but their shilack lasts a very long time, the welcome is warm and friendly. Im not careful at all with my nails and they always look great until they grow out too much. I do wish there was a massage but apparantly they are not allowed. If they used a higher quality cream for drier skin I'd say it would be a 5 on 5. This is based on 2 visits though, so its hard to say if this is the standard of if its consistently this pleasant of an experience.

Excellent work quality, clean environment, and these days with all what's going on with the virus, they are handling things very cautiously and doing a very excellent job keeping their customers and staff safe!

*HEALTH PRECAUTIONS*

This was my first time going to TQN. I was nervous especially with COVID-19, but when we called to make the appointment, they said masks are mandatory. When we got there, it was limited amount of people allowed in, and the owner took everyone’s temp with a no-touch temp gun, as well as hand sanitizer by the door.

Chairs outside for anyone waiting to get in. Inside, they taped off every other desk, and had plexi glass with a hole for your hands between you and the nail technician. At the Pedicure chairs, they had industrial plastic curtains in between you and your neighbour. When I was waiting outside, I saw the technicians wipe down seats after every customer. Per health board regulations, there are no more hot towels and massages, so I’m glad to see them follow the rules and hope customers do not complain about it.

They had a huge variety of colours to choose from for both shellac and regular polish. Julie I believe was my nail tech, and she took her time and care with my cuticles, and shaping my nails. My nails are clean and the polish was meticulously painted on. Hopefully they last and won’t chip.

The young owner had excellent customer service, and he was taking health precautions very seriously. I hope they continue with their clean practices as this is my new nail place!

Everyone here is polite and quality of service is good. It is an affordable place for all nail needs. Only downside is you must carry cash, they don’t accept card payments at all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The owners are so pushy, I had booked an appointment yet when I got there they were not ready to accommodate me. 3 different people kept switching while doing my nails

Not the greatest place, the owner did not renovate this place and it looks awful BUT THEIR SERVICES ARE THE BEST. QUALITY - PRICE IS GREAT!

They told me 35$ for refill and after seeing my 100$ and jewelry they charged me $55 total scams never going back there again!

Very clean, very professional. Peter and his mother do a great job of customer service and maintaining their store. The staff is very competent and friendly. I go there with my brother for "bro-peds" every 4 weeks. Great place!

Cheap but the rude service will stress you out more than pamper you. I sent my mom here once thinking they would treat her better than me since she's a first time customer and they were just as rude to her as me. I will never recommend anyone to this place again.

Yesterday was my 3rd and last visit with my daughter. Although we made an appointment, my daughter waited about 40 minutes and ended up with acrylics with a bubbly finish as the technician clearly did not allow for proper drying in between. Then as insult to injury, the woman (owner I think) insisted that the acrylics were $45. We paid $30 the first time and I asked her if prices went up because we had just recently paid $30. She didn’t answer and said we owed 45. No apologies for the long wait. Peter (maybe her son?) is great when he is there in terms of pricing and customer service. There was another client who was also disputing her bill just as we had arrived. Now I know, the owner literally just charged people whatever she felt like in the moment. Also, this place DOES NOT SANITIZE their equipment and also lets everyone dip their nails in the powder jars for powder dipped nails rather than a separate container, meaning you are at risk of picking up any nail fungus and other diseases - GROSS. Toronto has too many other options to put up with this unprofessional behaviour. I feel bad for the girls working there. I can only imagine how she exploits them. I will NEVER go back there and suggest anyone considering this place to be wary of the owner’s tactics and confirm pricing BEFORE you receive any service despite of what you paid at your last last visit.

I do biogel + shellac nails on a regular basis at another salon, and every once in a while I’d visit top queen nails becz of the convenient location. And every time I regretted it. I really wanted to make this salon work as its location is so close to my work. But today was the fourth chance and there’s no sign of improvement. Everytime I went, I always walk out with bad cuts and nails that dont last and shellac that chips or a shape that’s wrong.

Today was my fourth (and last visit) and I asked for my nails to be shorter. The technician said she’ll do it after a few steps because she wants to fix “the sides”. They weren’t straight apparently. I waited and waited. Then after a while I saw they were definitely not getting shorter. So I asked for narrower tips. Again, I was told to wait because she has to do a few other steps. Next thing I know, it’s colour time and she got up and another girl sat down to colour them. I ended up with too long, too wide nails. They’re basically rectangular blocks for finger tips. She came back to inspect the other girl’s colour and asked me how I like the polish lol. I told her colour looked good, but these nails are too long. She smiled and said “I’m happy that they’re straight on the sides”. And in a bit she said to come back in two weeks and they’ll make it shorter then.

Makes no sense at all. Why would I return in two weeks for BIOGEL+SHELLAC.
They charge more than my other salon, for much lesser outcome. I’m done.

Been coming here for years. The owners are extremely considerate & ensure that the staff pay attention to detail.

Nail techs are nice however their polish came off the next day. I called and asked if they could fix it and the staff member said it would be no problem. When I came in I decided to remove them because I couldnt be bothered to come back and the owner demanded I pay for the removal. Very disappointed

I went to get my nails done just for regular nail polish and they tried to charge me extra for my own nails that I already had my self, I didn’t want anything added! And after they finished what they had to do I was told to never come back and they would never give me appointment again! Never seen a messed up costumer service as this.

The phone number doesn’t always work.
And if you show up without an appt, they say they have time and will take you, but don’t. So you might spend 20 mins waiting with still no avail.

I've gone to many nail salons in the GTA, but no one is as meticulous as these ladies. I'm always happy with how my nails turn out. I never feel rushed; each time I go I feel taken cared of, from the massage given to the way my cuticles are cleaned. Suffice to say I'm done experimenting with other salons! Thank you for great service!

Taken immediately upon walking in, got the best shellac manicure I've ever had! Did a super thorough job working on cuticles and was done very fast. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Got a full new set of acrilics done just to have one of the tips break off the next morning. Quality of material they use is cheap. If u know of places that do a clean nice job go there. This is a last min quick typa salon. The price isn’t even much cheaper.
