Really great service, friendly knowledgeable staff and super quick turn around. Had a thunderbolt port on my ThinkPad that wasn't charging anymore and needed a mainboard replacement. Was expecting at least 3 days but Farshad had it done next day! Would definitely reccomend!

I arrived at your store at 5: 00 PM Friday with the urgent need to replace the battery in my phone, as I was informed that the repair could be completed in less than one hour and that I would receive a call to collect my device within that timeframe.

Unfortunately, the events that unfolded afterward were highly unprofessional and unacceptable but you also neglected to provide me with an invoice for the service rendered. This lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer care is unacceptable.

To my dismay, I never received a call notifying me that my phone was ready for pick-up. Consequently, I made my way to your store at 5: 58PM, only to find it closed and the door locked. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your store by phone, all my calls went unanswered and were directed to voicemail.

The phone in question is not a mere luxury item; it holds immense importance as it was intended for my grandfather, who is currently in the emergency room. The urgency of the matter was conveyed to your staff when I requested the same-day repair, and I was assured that it could be done within an hour.

I find it utterly unacceptable that your store would make promises it cannot keep. If the phone could not be repaired on the same day, or within the timeframe initially communicated, I should have been informed of this in advance. This would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements or seek assistance elsewhere. Instead, I wasted valuable time waiting for a call that never came, only to discover your store abandoned and inaccessible.

To make matters worse, when I visited your store on Monday expecting to finally collect my phone, I was met with another disappointment. Despite the sign outside the store indicating that it would be open, the store was closed once again. This blatant disregard for your stated operating hours and the inconvenience it caused me is completely unacceptable.

I visited the store on Tuesday with the intention of picking up my phone. However, it is important to mention that I had not received any prior communication from the store regarding the status of my phone. Upon reaching the store, I approached one of the staff members who informed me that they had left the store five minutes earlier than the scheduled closing time on Friday. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the staff member sincerely apologized to me and expressed their best efforts to address the issue.

Great service. Got my laptop repaired under warranty and got it back after two days with no extra charges even if it was a motherboard replacement.

Grateful to Farshad for fixing my MacBook Pro and Iphone in record time. His price is fair, and he is great to deal with. I will take all my products there in the future without hesitation.

I had my half Apple Pencil broken to there, booked appointment through apple website. They said I have to buy new one from there cuz it’s not fixable, but I boughten with my iPad with apple care, apple said if it’s not fixable, I can replace new one for free. The guy tried to ask me to buy new one for 135+tax, which is not their business. They’re repairing centre, not for sell the apple products, isn’t it? They should advise me to connect with apple again or get new one in apple store. Instead of saying the damage is by yourself, your apple care is limited. R u playing with me? Never heard apple care is limited. Also, the guy didn’t give my broken pencils front cover until I ask. Given me back with other older one. I have called to another repair centre after I came out, which is also cooperate with apple, they said I can get new one in apple store directly if it’s not fixable. Please, Don’t trust this place, don’t take risk to get your stuff changed. Go to official store way much better, and safe. Don’t understand why apple authorize this kind of tricky place.

The people are kind patient people very up for date with tecknowlogy easy to deal with and are more than reasonable for whatever the job is being done

I went to TopTek because I saw they were an authorized service centre for Lenovo, and I had a very old IBM Thinkpad where the screen had failed. Unlike many others, they were prepared to take a look at it - unfortunately the parts are no longer available, so it could not be fixed. But they confirmed the issue, and kindly let me use their equipment to recover some important data, all with no charge. I was impressed by their helpful attitude and service.

So beyond happy with this place. My MacBook Pro (2017) had a backlighting problem and had to get the entire screen/lid replaced. Not only did the lady take the liberty to call apple and ask of them to cover this repair with an extended warranty, she also ensured me that it would be done in a timely manner. I received my laptop back in less than 48 hours of my appointment and it appears to be a flawless repair. This place saved me from a $600 repair and got the job done in outstanding time! Amazing service.

I can not speak highly enough about Top Tek and their staff. In a crunch with my son returning to university out of town within the week, they were able to order and service my son's MacBook Pro within 48 hours! They were patient, easy to communicate with and professional at every turn. I wouldn't go anywhere else and am so grateful for their efforts. Highly Recommended!

They did a good job repairing my daughter’s MacBook. They also helped us deal with Apple to get a lower price as the warranty had expired.

I really recommend this store to fix apple products. It is so quick and you don't have to wait inside the store. They gonna let you know what time you should pick up your product. Staff are so friendly and kind.

I heard great things from family members, so I decided to make the trek from downtown and it was totally worth it. They worked so quickly, communicated very well, and were professional and polite. It turned out that my repair was covered by warranty, so I tried to offer some payment as a tip to show my gratitude which they very politely declined - that’s why I came here instead. The technician are super friendly, and professional! I have my keyboard and camera fixed, I was expected longer waits, but they surprised me by repairing it under two days! It’s literally a life saver for someone heavily dependent on this for study work.

I was browsing and I came across Top Tek and was happy to know that I have an alternative option to get my phone fixed rather than waiting desperately at the Apple store at Yorkdale. So I scheduled an appointment online. Went there and had my iPhone battery replaced yesterday (after two years of usage -the battery drains so fast). I am glad I paid to get it replaced because now I can continue to use the phone. So far the battery is like brand new. They are professional and Apple certified so you know your phone is in good hands. I will be bringing my daughters mac bro to get it fixed too. First experience and I am impressed.

Booked an appointment here via Apple to get a broken key repaired on my MacBook back in September. They did an excellent, speedy and quality job at fixing it. Their customer service is quite amazing as well. I had forgotten my laptop case inside the store and a staff member rushed to the parking lot to make sure I don't leave without it. Strongly recommended for Apple products. No Need to spend time on the phone with apple phone service solutions or waiting to get appointment from apple stores. Top Tek System works as good as the apple store and even you receive better customer service.

I recently went to Top Tek after doing some researching and finding out that they replace macbook pro screens (if the Anti-Reflective Coating is coming off) for FREE. So without hesitation I went to their store and in a week I got my screen replaced for FREE. I highly recommended this place to get your mac's fixed.

I was sceptical going to an authorized service provider rather than the Apple Store, especially during COVID-19 while the stores were closed. But booking an appointment, they took very good care of my laptop. The place was very clean and took social distancing precautions seriously. I have a reoccurring issue with my MacBook which is covered by warranty and over just a few days, they went above and beyond in treating my machine, even better than the Apple Store. It came back clean and you could tell the attention to detail they took. They were also very responsive over the phone and very respectful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend coming here, even over the Apple Store.

I would strongly recommend you to stay away from this place. I called to get a quote for battery replacement, agent told me right away that they are apple authorized service provider and it would cost me 350$ plus tax to replace the battery. Im not sure why its almost $100 more than Apple Canada, which is $269 plus tax, but do your research before contacting such companies.

Jerry (Technician) provided efficient service and was very professional. He re-confirmed my initial review of the problem with my laptop. Suggested a used part to save costs and provided a warranty. Happy with outcome and the service!

I was a first-time customer at Top Tek. I am so impressed and happy with their service that I'll definitely use them again. My Macbook Pro 2017 started having issues during the pandemic. Hardly any Apple authorized service centre was open. Another place told me the repair would take 5-7 business days. Top Tek quoted me 3-5 business days, and completed the work in 3! They were very professional and followed up the next day over the phone with the solution. They kept a very safe pick-up/drop-off environment in their shop. I'm very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a repair during this difficult time and in the future! Thank you Top Tek!

Great company. So much faster than other Apple Retailers! I was treated well and Farshad was wonderful, patient and helpful. I went in to get my MacBook fixed, and he replaced the hard drive, gave excellent advice on what to do next, and it was all at a really affordable price!

I had an iPhone 7 with a broken screen and I went to Top Tek System. They replaced the screen within an hour. Excellent job. They have Friendly, honest and professional staff! My iPhone 7 looks like Brand New. I strongly recommend this company!

I didn't know this store is authorized repair center by Apple. My iPad mini had ongoing Wifi connection problem and my friend at work told me about this place. I walked in without making an appointment and the technician there helped me to get brand new iPad mini in 2 days since it was still under warranty. I'll definitely bring all my Apple products to this store from now on. To get serviced at Apple store, you need to make an appointment first and wait long time to get serviced even with an appointment but this place, they allowed walk-in and I was out less than 10 minutes. Love the speed of the service and convenience. Thanks again!

I’m a bit surprised at the good reviews here. I took my MacBook Pro here for repair because my friend spilled water on it and they’re charging MORE than Apple store, how does it make sense? Isn’t not Apple store supposed to be cheaper? Double check pricing before getting work done here.

I've booked an appointment through apple, I couldn't make it on time.when I got there they were almost closing, but the technician was nice enough to stay 30 minutes extra and fix my iPhone. Same job takes hours to fix at apple store however he fixed it in 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and friendly staff!

Took my macbook pro in for a hard drive recall to this location and my experience much worse than expected. I made an appointment online to come in 3 days or so in advanced only to be told upon arrival that they needed to order the parts in and it would be minimum 2 days to get the parts in.

It ended up taking a full week by the time I was called in to pick up the laptop.

When I went in around noon a week later for pickup there was a line in which I waited almost 45 minutes to speak to someone, while I heard other employees in the back not assisting customers waiting in line.

When my laptop was finally given back to me it was completely covered in fingerprints and was in much worse physical condition than was originally brought in.

This Is a new store and i wouldn't reccomend coming here to fix your apple product. I pay a lot for my apple product and expect much better service and customer experience.

Fast service and very friendly staff. I used to go to apple store for any problem with my Apple products and it took half a day to get there and come back. This time I've booked an appointment with Top Tek system and with in 1 hour they fixed my phone battery. I am so happy with their service.
