TOP TIER MOVING AND STORAGE

For our move from Ottawa we contacted 3 Toronto Companies. Top Tier Moving was the fastest to reply with a quote and was also priced in the middle. We decide to use them because of this. On Moving day 3 strong young men showed up on time and wrapped all our furniture. They forgot 2 wardrobes but we made due and headed to Toronto. The drive took about 6.5 hours which we paid for. They then held the items in there yard for 1 day and did the unload the next day. On the unload day they completed all the work without any damages. We would recommended them for the price and service we received. Thank you J

Thank you for a great move guys. 3 helpful young men showed up and got right to business. They wrapped everything nicely and protected the house with all the equipment. They also didn't even stop for a break, which we really appreciated because we were on a time crunch for the key exchange. We would recommend to our family and friends. Thank you guys.

Just had my 10 cars arrive from their frieght service. The whole process was pretty easy big thank you to my sales rep Kevin. Who stayed with me through the whole deal and helped me through each hurdle.

Moved my 1 bedroom apartment with them. Service was very good. Jaspreet and this crew did a great job with time. We had to change the date of moving which they accommodated. We thought Top Tier Moving and Storage should have paid for the deposit to hold the elevator but we had to. There was a miscommunication. Which we all solved on moving day. Thank you.

They damaged alot of my antique furniture!
Over charged me soooooo much that the insurance company refunded me 9,000 plus

A lot of planning and hard work was done by the moving crew. They really made sure everything went smooth on moving day. I sent all information via email and then got a call the day before from our sales representative. The move it self to Ottawa was very simple with lots of space left in there big truck. We would recommended to our friends and family. Top Tier beat the other quotes by about $1000 dollars. Thank you

I never write reviews but I feel as though I have have a responsibility as a consumer to write a REAL review for this company.

I hired this company for a move as it came recommended by a close friend. What an absolute disappointment. In the beginning Micheal was very prompt to answer my questions in terms of the quote I was perfect with the price. Asked for a 500.00 deposit.perfect I sent it via transfer immediately. (Three weeks prior to moving by the way). The night before the move I texted to confirm that I was booked in for 9 am and received the thumbs up. Long story very short the movers came at 3: 30 pm on the day of the move. YES. I said 3: 30PM! Despite me calling them.every hour since 9 am.every time I called they said 35 mins away, 35 mins away every hour. Absolutely horrible! No one was straight forward about the time they would be arriving. No care was taken to my walls, 4 pieces of furniture broken. Which hey. I am a totally understanding easy going person.things happen but how you rectify the issue is what’s important. I have called, I have emailed. NO ONE in this company has addressed my issues about getting my furniture fixed or replaced! & don’t bother calling the 699 number! It’s a company that answers calls for the company so they cannot address any of your issues. All they do is take your number and email and forward it to the company. My biggest regret was not hiring Gustavo from G&S moving (AMAZING!) or Two Men & A truck.please don’t be lured in by a sweet quote spend your money elsewhere! There’s a reason they say you get what you pay for.lesson learned. Save yourself the stress and put your furniture in the care of a company that values your business, time, and money. This company is not it! The reviews are NOT real! If I could rate 0 stars I would!

Top tier moved me across the province from Brampton to north bay. I was so stressed before the move but Top tier did a great job and did everything as I wanted. I was happy with the quote and the crew that did the job.
