Worst Saloon in whole Toronto I have ever went to. So unprofessional hairdressers. I was trying to communicate about how would I like the cut and when She didn’t get it. They started laughing instead and are not even customer oriented. Really bad experience. I even showed her the picture of mine but she didn’t even follow with it. They are not even able to communicate well in English.

Recommendation: If you don’t like your hair and want to get them messed up, go to this saloon specially to kate.

I had a disappointing experience there. Despite showing her a picture of the haircut I requested, the barber failed to follow through with the request and failed to give me the haircut I requested. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism left me dissatisfied with the overall service.

Worst experience. Deprioritize customers. Always in rush. Never gives you time that you need. Tara who cut my hair and finished it in 5 minutes to get her next customer. Quite disappointed.

It was first and overall nice experience here. I was a bit not happy with my son's hair cut buy my haircut was perfectly done. Prices are bit increased though now.

I go here every 2/3 months for my haircut. I like this place because it is pocket friendly and also the behavior of the people working there is good. I go to Tara and she is amazing. Every time I go back to her. She really takes care of how you are looking for your haircut. She will ask every time if I really liked it. Overall good place.

Great salon with amazing prices - some of the hairdressers really are detailed and meticulous, and will give you an amazing haircut for the price.

Hours are very good, and the location is well kept. Very nice women in the salon, all of them have great conversation and are happy. I like all of them.

Worst haircut experience of my life, heartbroken and regretful. Not what I asked for and not what I was told I was getting. First haircut since growing hair out from a buzz cut and have to start from scratch to get the shape I'm looking for. Don't trust their sweet talk, be sure to check their work carefully.

Staff should be FIRED for terrible service. Chopped of 4 MONTHS of hair growth leaving me devestated and with a shaven head again. Don't trust them, they will ruin your hair. Shouldn't even be open due to neglect of customer consideration. JUST DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS OR SHUT DOWN CAUSE YOU SHOULDNT BE OPEN.

Just had my hair cut. One word review. TERRIBLE. Think they take the word literally - cut the hair with a scissor. How.doesn’t matter to them.

I went to this salon for the first time this morning. I'm very pleased with the service I received. The stylist really took her time cutting my hair and made sure there were no mistakes. The results are wonderful! I'll definitely be back.
