The people in this place do not want to work. As I was waiting in line, saw a new client come in at 4: 30. They told him to come back another day because there was no more time - but the place closes at 5: 00. Bad service

Got a really good haircut and it is walk-in so you can anytime as per your convenience.
They asked me at every step about how I wanted my hair cut to be, really happy with my cut

Pretty good haircut-she followed instructions, have ideas what to do and what not. I like it.

While my experience with topcut has generally been positive, had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. The individual cutting my hair was in a hurry and was not following what I requested. I had a picture from a previous hair cut which I wanted the cut to be modeled off of but the stylist refused to attempt to copy it and when I asked for something closer to what I requested, she responded " I don't like when people tell me to make changes".

One lady is not to friendly.the other is but dont listen to well.and one lady is xceptional!
Typically my xperience when getting the boys hair cut anyways.
I dont want to name people.not nice.as i might come off as a bad non tipping customer.not sure.
Ill try the kill them with kindness approach see if that gets me a smile when i come in the door lol!
Point is they cut the kids hair and he likes the the one lady a whole bunch! Make for a easy trip!
If i get a smile on my next visit. (will be my 3rd). Ill make it a 5 star!

It's a Topcuts.hard to give a Topcuts more than a 3. It's on you to direct them very attentively on what you're trying to see done with your hair. It's on them to sell you on color, or treatments, or everything other than only the haircut you came for. It is what it is, deal with it or find a place where you can become "a usual" at.

Won't go anywhere else. Patricia is amaziing, knows her job well never have been disappointed and we have done a lot together. Patricia has excellent customer service. Clean and safe at this location.

Great place for a reasonable cut. Today I had Patricia and she was efficient and an excellent conversationalist. She gave me a couple of good tips!

Love this place you get a nice hair cut for a low price and the people working there know their job.definitely coming back the manager was the one who did my haircut and I couldn't be more happy with the final result.

Getting my hair cut by Tamara (the manager) was the best hair salon experience I’ve had. It was almost wait-free, on top of being really friendly, high quality, and exactly what I wanted regarding the haircut itself. I highly recommend this place.

Very inpatient and rude. Did a lousy job for my daughter straitening her her for $33. Had to go to a salon to fix the lousy job.

The worst salon and it's people. My 4 yr old son was scared to get a haircut and they made faces all the time. They made my son and me feel unwelcome as if we made a mistake walking in all white hair salon. This has happened twice now. Never going there again.

Asked the lady to cut my back hair in straight line, ended up with short hair all over my head as she keep cutting and cutting in LAYERS. Very disappointing.

Nice customer service and clean stablishment but very sloppy haircut. My haircut wasn't even from both sides, one side shorter than the other.

This place is just the worst. I brought my school aged child in and explained very clearly that i just wanted the back cleaned off. That i didnt want any of the length to go. She butchered my child. I intervened when she was on the opposite side of my son and he began crying! She had cut around his ears so awkwardly and so short. It really looks horrible. And now im out paying for another haircut to fix what this person did. DO NOT GO

Sat, Feb 23: I phoned at 2: 30 to see if they could cut my teenage daughter's hair (2nd call, as first call I was immediately put on hold with no greeting, not even a "please hold", then they hung up. Thinking it was an accident, I called again). A woman answered (she was quite abrupt, and sounded like she was in a rush) and told me if we got there before 5: 30pm, they would take my daughter). We got there at 5: 25 and were rudely told that it was 5: 30 (lie) and they close at 6pm and therefore couldn't take us. I recounted the telephone info. I was given. The woman got really defensive and said there were 2 other customers ahead of us, and there were only 2 stylists. She rudely offered us to come back on Sunday! We left disappointed and disrespected. I made a trip for nothing according to the info.given.

We later found a place in Chinatown open til 7pm.

Head Office should be made aware that these 2 stylists hate their walk-in customers (look of disgust when we walked in) and are more concerned with leaving the shop ontime than providing courteous service. I'm glad these fierce, unhappy, disgruntled stylists with bad hair and makeup didn't cut my daughter's hair. NEVER a good idea for an angry stylist with sharp instruments to be cutting your hair!

Too bad, as I got a great recommendation by someone else to come here, who accompanied me today. Of course it was with a different stylist during weekday.

Terrible experience. Just got the worst haircut of my life. Asked for a trim and she pretty much she said to “trust her” and she absolutely ruined my hair worse I had to buzz cut it after. Never going to this place ever again and if I were you I wouldn’t either.

I've been coming to this location (Bathurst and St. Clair) for 7 years. Never been disappointed with a cut. The ladies are professional and friendly.

She did a nice job. Listened to what i wanted, and discussed it with me, before she did any cuts

Been coming here for over three years. Patricia is the only one who cuts my hair. She's amazing!
