My hair clipper at Vaughan roadTopcut location gone so came here for winter shearing and Marina did a great job to make me presentable for the hols.

I go here to get my hair colored, cut and styled by Rhonda; I 'd follow her anywhere. She does a great job. I've never been disappointed. She's been with the company for over 30 years.
Ask her about her dog Billie, (who is one lucky dog), and you may even see a photo.

I have been going to Top Cuts for over 20 years and must compliment the staff for their unwavering support and customer service. In particular Sal who has been a corner stone to this location continues to be outstanding & amazing while consistently delivering Top “Cuts” throughout the years!

For those men or women wanting to be taken care of by a true professional I highly recommend you ask for Sal. As she is always in demand, it is worth the wait!

Stylist was unfriendly throughout and acted offended when I said that I felt nervous because of how fast she was cutting my hair. She defended herself and abilities and said that the customer needs to feel comfortable, but didn't slow down! When paying, I thanked her and gave a modest tip, but she didn't thank me. I have come here many times, and on another note, the other stylist always talks non-stop and loudly. Definitely will not return.

Nice Place, my 2 boys had a haircut, the Staff is very nice and fast. Good value for your money.

2nd time here, won't go again.

I just had to have a haircut. My favorite place was closed, had a meeting next day and wanted to be presentable. (I have a habit of letting it get to long)

After the cut it looked okay as long as I dried it and put in some gel.but if I dont, it's all different lengths & not blended lengths. If they ask to shave the neck.say NO! I hate when they don't clean them properly, causes problems later.

I have been a long time customer of this place and very much enjoy it. I find all of the ladies that work there are very good at their job. They are also very pleasant to deal with. Special note on Rhonda who works there who is great but really, as a guy I think you can not go wrong with any of the staff in the slightest. My lone suggestion would be that they should certainly have wifi for customers who are waiting. To me there aren't many places that it makes more sense to have wifi for customers.

Everything was closed on holiday, came here. Horrible, could have done better myself. Painful too just jabbing with the clippers. Avoid

Amazing experience was for me, Lena fixed my hair just right! I previously done my hair at another salon where stylist ruined it and I had no choice but find a place on Sunday afternoon, I came at the door of Topcuts at 3: 45 when salon was just about to close and Lena kindly accepted me.she did an unbelievable work! From now on I will be her client, she had good hands on my thick hair and amazing eyes!

If you don't want the haircut from the picture you show them, go here. Otherwise, pay a little more and get someone who knows what they are doing or is willing to ask questions. #buzzcut

Because it's a slow location, there usually is only 1 staff member in the evenings. This can make walk-ins a little bit of a lengthy wait. Staff is generally friendly, willing to chat or let you sit quietly. I couldn't say if the skill level of their haircut and styles are great or not. I go there to get trims and maybe a few inches here or there. I'm not one to care for more involved maintenance and styling. Occasionally I have been unhappy with missed pieces of hair being trimmed/cut. The shop is clean, maybe a little out dated. It's pretty good for what it is. No nonsense, basic haircare at an affordable price.

I’ve been here a couple of times before with my son - had no issues, cut has always been OK. However this month, a stylist verbally harassed me. She was loud, and I asked her to use discretion with what she was talking about because both my kids were within earshot. I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me when I politely pointed to the kids and explained taht she should be aware they were listening. Instead of saying “oh yes, sure, sorry, ” which I expected. She raised her voice and then told me to go sit down, that I was standing too close to my stylist and my son. If that wasn’t bad enough, then she and her client, who was about to leave, turned their backs and started snickering and whispering about me. I was shocked at the behaviour. I got up to pay and apologized to my son’s stylist saying I didn’t mean to be in her space but I wanted to tell her how my son liked his hair - she said it wasn't a problem at all. Finally, the rude stylist interjected again to say that she was sticking up for her friend and that I needed to leave. My kids were shocked at what was happening. I tried to calmly explain once again that I was simply asking for her discretion regarding the conversation because of my young children, but she kept talking over me and interrupting me with a raised voice, and asking what was the big deal (which it wasn’t until she made it one). I couldn’t believe she was talking to a customer in this manner, and in front of small children. I told them that they had unfortunately lost me as a customer that day, and she said, “That’s good.bye. ” To say I was shocked by this exchange is an understatement. My kids did not need to witness that, I will never go there again.
