I requested some parts about three months ago and I had to go back in person to find out and they just don’t know anything about my order. Going to call again and try to find out what is going on. Not Impressed!

I’ll keep this as short as possible.
I’ve been in the snow and lawn business for 16 years now. Purchased many different pieces of equipment over the years and here’s the one thing I’ve learnt over the years. Anyone can sell equipment, what sets the dealers apart is the service. This dealer is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Typically equipment breaks at the worst time and to have someone with knowledge that can diagnose and step you though a problem over the phone is invaluable. Kudos to the staff at TOPLINE Trailers.
Bottom line is buy from TOPLINE.

Nice folks to deal with in the country near winchester.good array of tractors and equipment. Went for a trailer.a decent assortment. Hasnt really updated much over the years and a bit of a climb to entrance for a senior relative. Bit of paving and easier access to front door would'nt hurt. Unfortunately my trailer had been stored outside for a while a kinda rusty. Staff were very friendly.

I went in to get a tire fixed it had gone flat and the service dept put a tube in it no charge. They also gave me some valuable information regarding the tire pressure that I should have to reduce risks of it happening again.
