Topper's Pizza - North Bay

Ordered for a quick supper, pizza was ready by the time we got there for pickup. Excellent tasting, great price for pickup deals and efficient ordering/pickup. Definitely recommend it.

One of my favorite pizza places in town. Great tasting, great prices and great service. Pretty quick too.

I've ordered from Toppers a few times, it a hit or a miss. Miss most of the time.

The sauce is very Bland, but the vegetables are usually fresh.

My last order drew the line and will be the last time I order from here.

Pre ordered 2 hours before the time I needed the 2 pizzas, was an hour and fifteen minutes late, the boxes were soggy, squished into the pizza, and the pizza was cold, let alone unappetizing.

Got our money back, but the pizza from Toppers is mediocre the majority of the time. Not dealing with the hassle for the quality of the pizza.

Toppers went above and beyond for my dad for Father’s Day! Since I’m in BC I was able to pre order and they wrote on the inside of the box for me. 10/10 would always recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with Toppers Pizza. The pizza barely had any cheese and it wasn't cooked. I remember this place having every slice be oozing with cheese. I would not recommend Toppers on Main to anyone. Sadly.

We ordered from our hotel across the street. It smelled so good we couldn't resist! Fast service, so tasty. I don't know if I want to try any other places in North Bay after trying Topper's.

Ordered online for pick up. Was fast everything correct. Food was very good. Staff at pick up was super nice and friendly

All around great food, certain staff member wasnt pleasant though, wrong line of work I'm assuming, not socially up to par. Other than that, this is an awesome choice for pizza. Very generous topping portions. Perfecto!

Was good pizza but my sister and I ordered gluten free, specifically asked for gluten free, and after consumption realized it wasn't. Be extremely careful and ensure what you order is what you get or you will have a very rough rest of your day: (

Love toppers pizza, but they have missed ordered ingredients on my last 3 pizzas ordered and forgot to give me the sticker for ordering a large pizza

My daughter goes to Northern and when we drive through North Bay we always stop by at the down town Toppers. The locations in Hamilton and Burlington don't hold a candle to your location. Everytime we order from your location the pizza is hot and delicious. It reminds me of the original pies I used to get in Sudbury at Mr Toppers

Quality pizza at a reasonable price. Topper's offers a variety of Traditional and Specialty pizzas. My personal recommendation is The Ten Topper.

Pizza is good, no doubt but I Have visited store twice, the employees are giving wrong change, don't know how to check the order we just made. We never knew there are offers going on, didnt really look up the screen. We ordered a large pizza which was above 22$, while extra large is 18$. She didnt think it was her duty to let customer know about the deal.
They never give napkins with the delivery. In the recent order we called them to put packets to of chilli flakes or just sprinkle it. The reply is " it is a dollar extra so we can't do that because your order is already prepaid". Which pizza restaurant does that?

I live in north bay but they wont deliver to my address. I asked call center to have store call me. No call back.

Ordered toppers pizza last night and made me and my husband sick worst experience ever never again will i order from there either the staff need to make sure their hands are clean when handling food or they need to check there food more often to make sure nothing is gone bad

I am hesitant to even give one star as the service has gotten continuously worse.about a week and a half ago i ordered a pizza for delivery, and found several hairs baked into the pizza. Went in and ordered for pick up today, noticed that the cook was not wearing a hair net, and found more hair in my replacement pizza after they had already messed up my order the first time. Customer service was poor, employees were rude, and did not take responsibility for messing up and blamed it on the customer. Will begin ordering from Greco’s Pizza here in north bay, it may be more expensive, but the service and quality is better.

If Topper's was the only pizza place left in North Bay, I'd not mind one bit, because I don't go anywhere else anyway. Always perfectly made and friendly staff.

Dec 19/19: visiting in North Bay; I gave up trying to get through the phone for 37mins. Went to your competition instead and enjoyed it better anyway. Bye bye Toppers.

Call center screwed up my order but Manager Suzie and her crew made it right! Excellent customer service. The pizza isn't bad either. Definitely a return customer!

I love toppers pizza we don't have one here in my home town but when ever I go somewhere there's toppers I will for sure get some by far my favorite pizza

Food is excellent, delivery was half an hour late and the driver had my food and was on the road with it and just said "sorry I flaked and took so long" so I got half off my order, that's really bad service and since it was out on the road to litterally go a 5 minute drive that took him half an hour because he "flaked" I should not have been charged at all. Get better drivers that don't "flake" while driving our roads for one but food that ends up cold to customers

Friday night we ordered toppers, the delivery guy was in a Ford truck, I didn't get his name, anyhow when he arrived we realized that I had forgot my wallet in my bosses truck and had no cash on hand.the driver said he would get the bill for us because he was having a good day and told us to get him next time. I have never had anyone from a restaurant be so kind. The pizza was great as usual and we just want to say thank you again! See you next time!

Not a fan of Topper's Pizza at all. I have ordered in the past and I have gotten pizzas with different toppings on it, and it is incredibly frustrating.
