Topper's Pizza - Wellington St

I have eaten here way more than I should publicly admit, but I order when I go to the attached bar and need something tasty and quick. I don’t think you could ask for better or friendlier customer service than what Byron has given me every time he brings me a pizza, and the pizza hits the spot every time <3

Walked in to get some food and the dude was rude to me off the bat. Asked if they offered poutine as a side (like literally every other pizza shop in the city) and he scoffs and goes "this is a PIZZA shop, not a poutine shop". Walked right back out. Don't know if he hates women or hates his job but I'm disgusted.

I was so ill with food poisoning from the meat mountain pizza. I called and no one called me back.this was my meal for a few days and had to throw majority of it in the garbage. I never will order from Toppers ever again

I gave this location quite a few chances, it seems toppers doesn't care about customer satisfaction only to bait you in for more money.

Do not order from this location if you want assuring that your food will be 1, not burnt or 2 guaranteed to be made right.

This location burned my food so I complained. The shift manager said that I was right explained the situation and offered me a credit to my next order. Sounds good right? Wrong.

No credit was applied I visited twice after that told np credit was applied to my number and each time I had to pay in full again. Although the quality improved. I never was satisfied to my guarantee or credit. They used the credit to squeeze as much money out of me before I stopped coming.

I suggest staying away from this toppers. I'm done and so should you be customers deserve at least a quality guarantee especially for a location with only takeout.

Went to go grab a slice and some bread sticks from the wellington location and door was locked, no sign saying why so ill just go to plaza pizza with my business.

I waited almost 2 hours for my delivery and was told they only have one delivery person. They only gave me a 10% discount on my order. If you order from them, I wouldn’t recommend delivery. Go pick it up.

Avoid if possible. Much like the upper James location (same owner maybe) they severely understaff for busy times. I order frequently on fridays and it’s usually one guy working alone who is incredibly overwhelmed and way behind. Tonight I arrived 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t even started, 40 minutes later I’m still standing here. The guy was friendly, but the owner is clearly screwing up.

I’m very close to offering a job to the next guy who is panicking by the way he is clearly being treated at your establishment. People don’t deserve this sort of stress for minimum wage.
