Topper's Pizza - Oakville

The guys working today were pretty awesome.
I am not from the Oakville area or even the city, so when I came down today I had a craving for some good toppers pizza.
I went into the store which was well kept and clean, I ordered my pizza. When I came back to pick my pizza up, the gentlemen both explained there was a mistake made and they didn't even question it.they just fixed the mistake and I ended up with a free personal pizza.

That is great customer service, they would have thrown the mistake out so why not just see if the customer wants it aswell.

Made me super happy, and my craving has been more than satisfied

The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. I recommend to my all family members and friends to must visit for a meal.

The best pizza i've ever had.service was really great. Will be visiting the store again and again.

Just had a dinner with family, waitress are lovely, food came on time. I had a calamari for appetizer which was good, kids had margarita, a little over cooked but OK, and a seafood pizza for us which was the best part.
Overall, we like the food, staff and atmosphere, I definitely suggest this place.

Toppers takes the cake for the best pizza place out of them all. The garlic butter crust has no competition and their garlic sauce, but the large bottle with your order it’s only like $6.99. Impeccable pizza but it’s does take a little long for me delivery, but that’s because it’s the best pie you can buy!

I have only been ordering Pizza from Toppers for the last few months but each and every time they exceed expectations. What I'm most impressed with is the delivery gentlemen who came to our business this afternoon, what a asset for your company, he is the most courteous, caring, polite delivery gentlemen I ever had.

Great job Toppers for hiring great people.

Out of 3 visits the order was messed up twice. When they only get the order right 33% of the time order pizza from a better chain that cares a bit more. Avoid this place.

For certain recipe pizzas and toppings, the pizza is actually very good. We usually order the "Montreal Steak Spice" or "Veggie" recipe when on sale Tuesdays and they're both very good. However, others are just OK even for toppings we really like. Orders are usually ready quickly too. The staff are friendly and mean well but overall operations seem somewhat disorganized - door broken for a long time, orders slightly wrong sometimes, topping coverage inconsistent from order to order, facility looking pretty bad, and not managing COVID related tasks too well (like keeping masks on, staying completely away from customers and keeping customers from grouping together).

Best guys, give recommendation for pizza to try and made one of the best veggie pizza and guided me for how to take full discount in next purchases.

I used to order from here often, but with the amount of mistakes recently, and less quality pizza i have stopped ordering from here. They were good at first but recently had a decline. The last order didn't have chicken on the chicken pizza, hair in the other pizza and wrong drinks. We got credit but we are not ordering even with the credit, we just moved on to other places.

Always order pizza every Friday from this location. Normally have great deals going on and quality is always great. Whether ordering in store, or having it delivered always had great service. Once had wrong toppings on pizza but we all make mistakes and didn't mind as i always get great service. One time i had a bit of a wait and ha d a free pizza coupon and the driver had let me keep it for next time use as the wait was a little long, but it was a Friday night so it was busy and to be expected.

It's simply the best pizza.

I drive down from Toronto when we have a craving. It's worth the drive.

This is the only pizza joint that can pull off ten toppings on a pizza. Anywhere else and it all slides off. Brick oven pizza actually told me they cant do more than 3 toppings. I really wish this pizza place expands in the gta. 3 toppers just isn't enough!

The first time I went there, they had no slices. They told me they were sold out. It was about 2 pm. The second time I went there, they only had pepperoni, it was about 1 pm. The guy asked me if I wanted my slice to be heated up. I agreed and he burnt my pizza to a crisp.

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are appetizing and the crew is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we enjoy a lovely time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

They are always polite and the pizza is great.
But tonight was terrible. Order was wrong when delivered. I’ll likely change this review as the manager will call me Monday to rectify but this is more based on the customer service.
Josh spoke with me and was very condescending initially stating that my charge was correct. When I called back to say that I had in fact been charged incorrectly, he became very defensive and rude. I finally said that I would just deal with the manager.
Im sure they’ll fix it and I will repost.

Unbelievable pizza and service. Coming here for a long time now. Reasonably priced pizza for the unreal quality.

What has happened to this Toppers? I have recommended this place to so many people over the years, as I used to think that they were the best pizzas in town.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza, total incl tax and delivery was $33.62 (owner can verify) for an XL, which is pretty steep but I don't mind paying that for a great pizza.

The pizza was very soggy and undercooked, I couldn't believe it. I didn't have the time to complain and wait for another one, so we just ate a few slices and threw the rest out. Waste of money.

I would advise not to order from here, especially delivery. If this place continues to make pizza like what we got, it's going to out of business.

EDIT: Toppers sent an email asking for a review. When I sent it, they replied with an apology and a credit. I guess I can give them another chance but I think that if someone working there can let a pizza out of the store like that, it'll continue.

EDIT #2: Ordered a speciality pizza and some wings last night for pickup. Pizza was what I would normally expect from Toppers, so my faith has been restored. I will definitely order again. Revised to 4 stars.

Awful service to say the least. We placed an order for a Medium Mediterranean chicken with no olives (I’m allergic to olives). Pizza was done in a timely manner, and asked the cashier to reconfirm no olives which she did.

We get home, open the box, and there’s olives on pizza.how disappointing. We call customer service and they offer to send another free of charge and deliver it.

The lady mentioned she would priority deliver the pizza and we requested a call be made when the driver arrives as we like in a condo building.

It has now been 48 minutes and we were told 20-25 tops. We called customer service again to confirm if we’ll be getting a call and they said it hasn’t been noted to call on delivery and that there was no way for them to contact the driver.

This was the second chance opportunity that we gave this place which was clearly a mistake.

This is our favourite place to get pizza. It’s always fresh and flavourful and they usually have good deals. Really good pizza here.

Very poorly run location. Run by a bunch of kids. Total rip off. They don’t even make the pizza correctly. Setting a bad reputation for the Toppers Brand! Which is unfortunate with so many other Pizza places to choose from. Extremely disappointed that Toppers would run a business in such a way.

Update: I cannot believe how quickly I went from loving this pizza to now being extremely upset and disappointed with their customer service. I ordered a pizza tonight and the toppings were on one side of the box. Absolutely unacceptable. Who do you have working for you? Not caring how food is being delivered. This is the second issue I have had with this store. A couple weeks back they forgot part of my order and were so non caring and nonchalant that it it completely angered me how they handled the situation.

First time experience not to be confused with how they continually handle their customers:
I absolutely enjoyed this pizza. I was told I needed to try it and then I finally made the jump and they won me over with that garlic spread on the crust. It adds such flavour to the pizza.

They did not deliver what I had originally ordered. Poor service. Pizzaa tasted greasy and cold. Never considering this place again

Quick service and great taste. It isn’t homemade or deluxe like some boutique pizza places but it’s good and it is consistent.
