Topper's Pizza - Orleans

Excellent service at the Orleans location.
They always go out of their way to please us. They often even add bread sticks or an extra pizza at no charge.

They are extremely friendly and generous. They are also very attentive to your order if you specify extras or changes like asking for Lactose free cheese or gluten free crust.

I recommend this location.

Toppers is our first choice for lactose-free mozzarella pizza. We taste no difference and my kids love the pepperoni pizza. After trying chicken bites at numerous pizza places, my son says Toppers’ are the best. Always quick and friendly service, whether you order in person or over the phone. I’ve also placed orders online and it’s easy and quick, with the option of paying at pickup (which I like).

They offered a panzerotto style chicken Caesar plus other combinations. I asked for a simple pepperoni and cheese, one not on the menu. He made it anyways with a garlic topping on the dough. EXCELLENT Best ever panzerotto style zaa. Ill be back to try the other actual offerings. Zaa Chef on duty was the man. (06-25-2023) thanks.

The food is great. We have toppers in our house once or twice a month. But after going in to the store for the first time I'm kinda upset. The front of the restaurant is covered with cobwebs around the windows and lots of spiders around the waiting are. To be fair though it isn't a dine in restaurant but still it was uncomfortable seeing them crawl around me while waiting

Recently purchased many pizzas for 20 of us for a birthday party. It was reasonably priced, but it was only mediocre.
This was my first and last time to get pizza here.
Would recommend Pizza Hut for the best pizzeria pizza, and definitely the lowest prices!

Decided to order from here for the first time as on Ubereats they had a pickle sticks two for one deal. Was pleasantly surprised when we received our order as this is one of the best pizzas I have had in Ottawa. Came hot and fresh and the sticks were delightful. Will definitely be ordering here from now on.

Wish they would offer the Pepperoni Explosion on other Delivery services (Ubereats, Skip, Dash). Their $6.00 delivery charge is ridiculous.

Please stay away from here me and my siblings ate their pizza yesterday and we woke up every hour vomiting vigorously and no matter what we tried we kept vomiting, and now 18 hours later stomach still hurts very much and can’t move because of this disgusting pizza

We ordered 2 large pizzas and what was delivered was not what we ordered. When we called to advise of the error -they advised they would remake and send out replacement pizzas "as quickly as possible" but they did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. They refused to give an ETA on the delivery of the replacement and as a result - our family ended up having supper after 9 PM because it took them an hour to deliver the first incorrect pizzas and then another 45 mins + to get the replacements. We usually buy from your competitors but thought we would give Toppers a shot.maybe we should stick with your competitors who do what it takes to keep my business. I don't believe the customer is always right and appreciate that mistakes can happen.when you're spending $50 on pizza and the completely wrong order is delivered - some sort of restitution would have been appreciated as a gesture of customer service.

They need to update their online ordering to catch the click for dipping sauce or something. Twice now it ended up not included in the total when I got there, but both times they gave me a complimentary one. Great customer service imho

Overall not a bad pizza. The amount of toppings are very generous. I like that there wasn't too much sauce. Their standard pizza comes as a thin type of crust and it is not greasy. I wish they would add more cheese. The prices were very fair - I would definitely try pizza from here again.

If you use the app to order, then be sure to check your receipt carefully. The receipt never matches prices listed on the app and you may be overcharged. I was overcharged today, and they gave me the credit back on the app.

We did an online order and accidentally added our free toppings twice resulting in a double charge, but this wasn’t our issue. What our issue was is that our “double topping pizza” looked no different than a regular one. We were missing “extra cheese” on several parts of the pizza and the topping amount was also sparse. Under normal circumstances I wouldn’t care, but for double the amount it felt like half of what we should have gotten. Quite disappointed overall since the total came out to over $45 and left a lot to be desired.
