One of the worst walk in clinics in Brampton. Front desk has some awful customer service that cannot quite be described nor can they comprehend anything basic or straightforward. I walk in for a doctors note to be filled for days I have previously called into my job. First they ask me for how many days I say that I will need it for the last Friday that went past, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as well (Monday was a holiday so I didn’t even need that date included) then they tell me that the doctor WILL not write the not for reason number 1 ; I cannot get a note filled for previous days, two, if I want the doctors note I will need one for this current day as well. Then once I tell them okay I can have the note filled for today as well they start rambling on about the doctor won’t write a note for more than a week. (and that’s crazy because the day before which was the Wednesday I referred to I had gone to the clinic and they had told me there wasn’t a doctor and one would be available 3-6 after calling about 2-3 times in that time span still no doctor) Now, when I ask this miserable employee when was the change of doctors notes no longer being written for past days, neither her or her lost colleague can give me an answer then she goes on to tell me it’s impossible that I’ve came to that exact clinic and got a doctors note written for days that were in the past in order for me to go to work. Even though this is just a blatant lie as I have seen this exact woman multiple, after mentioning to her I’ve been here before she pulls up my record clearly showing I have came in on one day and gotten a doctors for 3 days before my visit but still I cannot get a doctors note and they ask me to leave. I give it some time and call them back to get some clarification, because as they told me I could get my note if I included this day in my note, now this stupid woman wants to catch an attitude on the phone with a customer screaming “OMG OMG” once i catch her lying to me. On this call she’s telling me she can’t make decisions for the doctor she can’t tell me what the doctor can and can’t do but she had so much to say about what the doctor will and won’t do when I was in the clinic. Now this is where it’s just unbelievable and just truly shows the unprofessionalism. I come back in and kindly ask could I see a doctor please, this lady happily lies to me telling me that the doctor is on break although ppl are waiting I am the only one that needs to leave and come back, once I come back they allow me to skip people waiting just for the doctor to tell me she’s not gonna write me a note because she didn’t know if I was sick or not. Stupid people making this a race thing for sure, Friday Saturday Sunday Monday is new years I’m still sick Tuesday and I go Wednesday just to hear there’s no doctor. All I have to say is someone please hire new staff these are the most disgusting people I have ever encountered in a walk in clinic

Should be very very very specific when asking questions to the front staff. They are not trained enough to even mention if the doctor is in or not. They say the doctor is available to take walkins when we call and once we reach there, they say "we dont take walk-ins now! "

Poorly trained front desk service. I was supposed to, I cancelled because this behaviour was ridiculous, have an appointment the day after this and the receptionist thought it was appropriate to call my phone THREE times within an hour after leaving a voicemail the first time she called to simply remind me of my appointment… THREE TIMES IN AN HOUR! I, like most people, have a job and cannot always answer my phone but the repeated calls seemed rather dire. So I had to ask my client to give me a moment to take the call just for her to to tell me something I was already aware of… absolutely ridiculous! Not even the CRA would contact you that many times within that short a timeframe!

“Walk in Clinic” with no walk in doctors. They show up when ever they feel like it so it’s a hit or miss seeing a physician.

I had to got vaccines from here for kids as per peel.doc was nice and receptionist give good service

They always insist and push or force for 1 health issue a time. Imagine I have a cold and sore back then doctor will give me a medicine for cold but asks for make another appointment for sore back. Fraud

Doctors here are the worst you can imagine. If I can give 0 star I would. They cheat the system and doing health fraud. They will call you to visit after your report even if there's nothing wrong in your report just to Swipe your card and get money from government. Also if you have more then one issue to discuss, they will tell you to make another appointment. If you want full body check up done, They will not do it and wouldn't write in your blood work. If you have to get any forms filled out they will charge you and Swipe your card aswell. Don't go here worst experience ever.

The staff here is useless, giving out wrong information. I called in morning and was told to visit between 3 and 6 pm. I reached at 3 pm and the staff told we are only appointments and dr.is leaving. I have been coming here for last 3-4 years. Everytime the servoce is so bad. I am just done with the staff and can't have my anymore time wasted here.

I have had only positive experiences with this clinic. They answer the phone in a timely manner, schedule the appointments my baby needs and are very efficient. Dr. Mahmood has been lovely to work with as well since my daughter's birth. It's a small clinic and can get busy at times but I do recommend for Dr. Mahmood.
