On Wednesday (Jan. 25th) we had a big move from Vaughan to Mississauga. Overall my experience with this company was very good. Due to weather conditions, the crew was just a bit late but it didn’t affect the quality of work at all! I was really impressed how strong the young boys are. We needed two big size trucks to move, it took pretty much all day because aside from moving we asked them to wrap and pack our stuff. To avoid damage the company used a bunch of different material and the guys were really careful while loading/unloading. We felt really bad since they had to work in such bad weather so we covered their lunch break and got them warm drinks. Super respectful, the work that they’ve done is worth every cent paid! Definitely recommend.

Great guys. They moved my piano. A lot of stairs. Quick and safe. I didn't realize it was possible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The crew arrived 30 minutes late to start despite me confirming. The contact I signed stated that I would be charged for a 3hr. Minimum despite having a relatively small job. That's ok since the representative made me aware of this, however what they didn't tell me was that I would be paying for their commute time and being late. So I was technically paying from 10: 30-12 just for them to get to me despite living in Toronto and despite the representative clearly not indicating this in the estimate. In addition, he didn't include the disposal fee in my estimate despite me telling him which items I wanted disposed. On top of that, he stopped the workers from continuing to work until he received the balance of payment within 30 minutes of starting to work. This all happened while I was at work and unable to pay him during that time. This was very infuriating as every other service provider takes a deposit (which I paid) and then expects the balance at job completion. In this regard, the representative has me as hostage while I was paying for his guys to smoke in front of my property and stand around. This happened for 1.5hrs until I left work early to drive back home and give them the balance. The representative was extremely rude, unprofessional and abusive and my $425 estimate for a 3hr minimum quickly became $900.
I usually don't leave reviews because what are they really going to do? I just hope this representative gets fired and I sincerely hope that no one has to deal with service like this ever again! Please take your business elsewhere, anywhere but here! It's worth even to break your back and do it yourself then to deal with these crooks.

Ripped off a family. They paid almost $900. Movers left their stuff in front of their house instead of moving it IN. Their truck broke down on the way and made them pay for it as well. Absolutely disgusting!

Zero Rating, there Prices are so expensive and also their information regarding prices in thier website are all fake.they ask for very high prices.one of their package says single mover + truck, distance 20Km 100$ but infact i was moving a coach set from Pickering to Ajax and they asked me 450$. Its crazy

Absolutely worse moving company. Unable to get the job done, in a descent time frame. Hounds you done for the payment of money before job is even done. Women working on phone very unprofessional, doesn’t respect or appreciate customers.
A quote of $460 went to $1200 real quick.
I suggest you pick someone else. Also to make things worse. They will leave your items outside unattended with no care. Took my money and didn’t finish the job.

I repeat don’t not book with them, unless you want two workers who are out of shape for the work, constant calls and texts for more money. Also if you schedule for 10am the start to charge you for 9am they showed up late by the way.

Avoid at all cost. Fraudulent behavior by operators and dispatch (Alecia). Overcharged time. Billed for 10 hrs ($1,853.20) despite actual work + transit + prep of 7 hrs ($1,297.24). Could not be found for 30 mins after arrival yet billed for time. Threatened to stop work without additional payment despite driver constantly being on phone and not working for 45 mins. Went for a joy ride with my belongings wasting 15 mins on what should have been a 2 min drive. Claimed 34 min drive took 1hr. Claimed packing of 8 to 12 blankets and 2 dollies took 40 mins. Criminals! Avoid at all cost.

Edit #1: These scammers finally respond to my review after 5 months claiming I was trying to defraud them; how that is plausible, I'm not even sure - what an absolute joke. I guess they're worried that there are at least 16 other people, who liked this review, because they've most likely been subjected to the same treatment. The fact remains, if you go with these movers, they will drag their feet and refuse to work until you wire them additional funds. They will repeat the same until they've bled you dry. They may promise to refund you excess funds but that will NEVER happen.

Company owner and office are crooks DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY make sure you know what your paying for …tried to charge per stair and they charge travel.owner continuously calls and delays the job to make you pay more. BEWARE DO NOT USE!
