Stayner's one-and-only bookstore boasts a bounty of used books!
Its owner is a most-excellent member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community – warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic.

This store is awesome - it carries every book you could think of. Troy was friendly and a great help with navigating the store, and authors. He was also super informative about good places to shop and eat in town. I could spend hours in this store and will definitely be coming back.

Love going into this bookstore! I usually find books on my list that I need to fill I. The gaps in my sets and it's such a great atmosphere!

This place, for lack of a better word, rocks. The person who assisted us in our browsing took his time to help us with a smile and a welcoming attitude. He even suggested us new authors to follow even though they didn't happen to be holding their books at the time of our visit, which tells you this shop is kept by true book-lovers. Overall, the vibe is just great there. Go try it out for yourself and you won't regret it.

An absolute gem! We hardly got through the door when we found an armful of great reads for our vacation. Staff are delightful and helpful. I could have stayed all day!

Very good! They had a Manga selection, which not many bookstores (that ive visited) have! They had areas sorted out for different books, and they were all series organized. I got a whole (6 set) manga series for about $30CAD, each book was about $6CAD and they were barely touched/very carefully taken care of. The only downside is the stickers they use to put the prices on, they didnt come off the series covers as easily as id hoped. My father had said use a papertowel with hot water, but the books are paperback so i decided to not. But besides that, overall i rate it 5*!

Has a wide selection of varied books, at good prices. The owner, Troy, is very nice, and helpful in looking for a specific book or author.

A gem in Stayner.

I found this beautiful book store while on vacation up north. I was blown away by the small town feel of the book store.

Walked in and was greeted right away by the owner.

He knew where what I was looking for right away and directed me to some other areas of the store I may be interested in.

This is a very well organized used and almost new book store. Well worth a visit to meet Troy the very personable Owner who knows his extensive inventory. The store is very bright and inviting!

I really like this bookstore and the owner is very nice. The only problem I have is the last time I went it was 4: 30 on a Saturday and they were closed! I drove 40 minutes to come here so I was very unimpressed. Or I would've given 5 stars.

Excellent place to buy some cheap but great books. Owner really knows what he is talking about and is really fun to talk to. Always a pleasure going into the store.
