Toronto Airport Taxi Limo

I recently used this taxi service, and I was thoroughly impressed. The driver was punctual, the car was clean and comfortable, and the fare was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using this service again in the future. Highly recommended!

Honestly I was a little hesitant, I spoke to Mark three times and he assured me we
would be picked up at 2: 30 am and we were. They also took our flight home information we walked out of the airport and Radi was there within 5 minutes. Will now recommend these guys to everyone! Absolutely amazing!

Had previous good experiences but a string of bad experiences makes me certain I will never book with this company. I used this company 3 or 4 times. I had a bad experience with a rude driver once. The last time, they No Showed my trip to the Airport. Apparently the driver had a flat but they didn’t tell me. I had to call them because the car wasn’t here after my pickup time. They also thought my return flight was an ENTIRE MONTH early and sent me a threatening email to charge me a No Show Fee. I cancelled and now they are only refunding me 90% due to their terms.

In short, unreliable, the admin staff and dispatchers seem to be extremely unorganized, and there occasional rude drivers. It could be a hit or miss because my last couple experiences were positive but the most recent one was extremely negative. With an important arrangement like flying to and from the airport, I would rather go with a reliable company that is organized better.

Bad service. Even in hot temperatures they argue when you ask for turn the ac on. It happened with me so many times. Even though you told despatcher upon calling.

Updated - fair response from the owner. I did not read the terms and conditions prior to calling to make my reservation but it was also not disclosed to me at the time of booking. Having understood the terms and conditions could have resulted in us making alternative arrangements. Updating rating from 1 to 3 for the fair response from the owner and in consideration for the ease to book and my interaction with the company on the phone.

Booked service to the airport and was assured they wouldn’t cancel on me. They called with less than a day notice that they have no drivers available and cancelled on us. We made other arrangements but a stressful day. Would have loved to provide a positive rating but have to be fair to myself and those that rely on reviews like I do.

Radi was my Driver to go to Pearson airport on March 8th, 2022. He called me upon arrival letting me know he was outside and waiting. His great customer service made the ride nice and smooth. Made my husband and I feel like he was a longtime friend just having conversations. Radi was helpful and polite. Didn't rush anyone and had a great sense of humor. Great shuttle service. Was on time, helped us get our bags in and out of the car, made sure we were comfy and let us play our own music for the trip, made it to the airport in a timely manner. When we got back to Canada, we requested to make a stop for food and he did and he made sure we were all good before making our way home. Was very polite and a good driver.

Great services! The ride was over an hour but the car had literally everything! Spacious for us 7 people, USB-ports (classic and newest) Bluetooth. He didn't mind us having our own little karaoke party on route. Drop-off place was on 1m walking ro the Niagara border. Amazing thanks again

We used this service to go to Niagara Falls. The driver came on time, stoped for a quick breakfast on the way. You can pay cash or by card. When the driver dropped us off, we agreed on a pick time. The car is very comfortable and clean.

Ultimately professional and caring company. Driver waited for us for literally 6 hours and kept in touch consistently throughout the ordeal at the airport. At the end, I felt really embarrassed as we could not come out if the terminal on time, didn’t charge us a single penny.
