We adopted Bear (formally known as Marshall) from this location. We're beyond happy to have him as a member of our family, he is the sweetest boy! Everyone that we spoke to at this location is very kind and would always answer our questions even before Bear went up for adoption. We wanted to thank you for all that you do and the level of care you have for the animals.

Very nice and helpful staff, our cat died all of the sudden and they were very helpful to take her from us and put her to rest in peace. Thank you

My cat passed away today I called them & was refused told to go to my vet.vets are closed. But they do offer cremation services so why couldn’t they take my cat now and she’s going to be left till Monday or Tuesday till somebody opens up I will never support these people ever or adopt from them

I wasn't impressed with 311 being rude to my daughter but Animal services was compassionate towards the young dog lost in the park, Its nice to know he will be in good hands until the owners find him. I would also like to mention if anyone reading this is looking for a loyal companion please contact Animal Services and Rescue places. There are plenty of cats and dogs in need of loving homes where they would make loving additions to the family. Dont shop please adopt, Thankyou.

The personal in this facility are pathetic and uncaring. They should shut it down just for bad attitude. I’m sorry but personnel should be let go.

I had to take in my sweet Fluffy here today to surrender/euthanize. Both staff members who were there were very friendly. It wasn't a dragged out goodbye to my cat which I appreciated, it was smooth and quick, in and out. For people like me this worked great or else I would have started crying and it be a whole ordeal. So I love that they made it quick. I have nothing bad to say about this place - overall any experience iv had calling/coming in/questions/concerns etc I have always been treated with respect, dignity and friendliness.
Thank you guys for what you do I know I left my sweet girl in good caring hands to cross that rainbow bridge

Have used thrm many tines over the years adopting. They other night on Mon found a dog running around our place very friendly had a collar on. Went to animal services, scanbed the dog found the owner they called i brought him to his homw An the staff was fantasric
