I have so far seen 4 inch loss & lost 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks from my 1st cryolipo, hoping for more results in next treatments.so faar im happy. Like the ambience and staff. Clean place

DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR CRYOLIPOLYSIS. They are one of the cheaper ones, but they give HALF the time, which isn't enough time for your fat to freeze. You will barely get results from them. Read some of the other reviews on Groupon to see others that got no results from several sessions.

They are dishonest and don't give the proper attention to the treatment, giving you less than what a session should be.

Before I booked with them, I asked what's the difference between cryolipolysis and coolsculpting, and they explicitly said there was no difference. So, I booked. And got no results.

The owner will likely respond back to this, but here are the facts:

A normal treatment is supposed to be an hour. Theirs was thirty minutes. While they're one of the cheapest on Groupon, you're getting HALF the length of treatment. It's not enough time for the procedure to work.

She claimed she put me on the "best" machine (perhaps she puts other people on not-the-best machines?) and that goes to -15 degrees. But the machine was set to -9 degrees.

I told her this, and she couldn't care less.

So, it was not set at the coldest possible temperature, and not set for the full hour. Tell me if you think you'll get results. I certainly didn't.

I measured myself right before going in, and then again 90 days later. Absolutely no difference in waist circumference. I weigh exactly the same, and I eat almost no carbs, so it's not from me being not unhealthy. I'm in excellent shape except for this final bit of softness.

The owner will likely say I lost half an inch, but that's absolutely not the case here. She did not measure me after 90 days.

Also, a normal treatment has a bit of a massage at the end to move around the frozen fat. They did not do that (and the owner told me I was lying when I mentioned this to her, that it’s “impossible” for them to not provide this)

I called her several times to get this rectified. It would've been easy to just meet me and see I wasn't lying, that I weigh exactly the same, that I measure exactly the same.

But, no. She called me a liar instead.

Please spend a little extra on someone else who will give you the proper hour and on the proper temperature and will massage at the end.

Do not go to Toronto Beauty Center.

[edit] Update: She called me a blackmailer in her response. I walked away from an additional free 45 minute service because I actually didn't get the service I originally paid for. I didn't once mention writing a review; in fact, they were giving me that 45 minute extra was because she was under the impression I'd already written a review. I didn't threaten her with anything.

But yes, I did absolutely demand her to re-do the cryo. Because I paid money to get that service, and she absolutely did not deliver.

Check Yelp reviews before going to this spa! And be suspicious of 5 star reviews on here as the owner offers free sessions for posting a 5 star review.

I did 8 sessions of cryo with no results. The machines do not work. After 6 sessions and no results, the owner offered to put me on the “Ice Pro” machine which is “the effective one” (so the machine I wasted 6 sessions on is not effective?). However, she never followed through, and put me on the same machine, in the same room, that I had all my other treatments in. When I confronted the technician about this, she simply ignored me, as if I hadn’t even spoken, and left the room.

To add insult to injury, the owner blamed me for not achieving results. Stating that I had to become a vegetarian and cut out all sugars and carbs while drinking 12-14 glasses of water a day (I am fit and I eat healthy, I was just trying to get rid of some softness in the lower abdomen area). She mocked my 5 day a week workout regimen. Saying the “fitness classes in Canada are a joke”. And if I want to see results, I need to do 300-1000 sit-ups a day like they do in her country because I “have a popsicle body like Chinese girls”. I payed for fat freezing, not for unsolicited dietary advice and body shaming.

Clearly, the owner does not care about customer satisfaction. She is rude and condescending in her way of speaking to and lying to her clients. I wish I had trusted the 1 star reviews instead of giving the benefit of the doubt. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Save your money and pride!

I dont notice reviews and i barely right them until i try my self and i tried and honestly loved them. The staff is amazing, products used amazing. Skin from facial and body from ilipo & cryo feels great. Plus i tried their services through Groupon. I have no complaints at all. They delivered great services and also trying laser. Love it.

So far I loved it. Cryo worked for me. And I would recommend it to any one. You cant judge without trying it your self. My family loved the facial services too.

THIS PLACE DESERVES A SOLID 1 STAR (only because I am unable to rate it a 0).

I tried multiple services over the course of a few months, NONE of which worked. I followed all of their advice and made sure to attend every appointment that they spaced out accordingly for me. I spent a good chunk of money on their 'body countouring' services including I-Lipo and Cryolipolysis, Vela shape and EMS. I was shocked to see that they don't even clean their equipment between customers which is SO unsanitary and a HUGE red flag. They should be shut down for that alone as the attachments of the machine are placed in intimiate areas of the body. I was also stunned when the cryo attachment literally FELL off of my skin during the session
because clearly they buy low quality equipment that does not mimic even close to what a professional quality machine would offer. After spending way more than $1000, there is NO change to the areas that I focused on. I'm really not even sure how this place is still in business. Bursheen is so horribly dishonest and it would frustrate me soo much when my session was supposed to be 45 minutes and I would watch her put 38 minutes on the machine's timer before walking away and not coming back to check on me even once during my session. IS SHE SERIOUS? ! Just because they cannot run on schedule does not mean that their customer's 'treatments' should be cut short. This place is a complete and utter scam and I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to not get caught up in their fake services. Most of these reviews are 5 stars because they offer free treatments for leaving 5 stars as advertised on their front counter in store. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews that have multiple 'likes' instead. There is a genuine reason for that. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Recent positive reviews are clearly fake and written by the owner herself in response to negative reviews. Notice her spelling mistakes are the same as in her responses to reviews. Recent likes for positive reviews are also fake! Just proof that she is a dishonest scammer! Read yelp reviews before purchasing!

This is by far the worst spa in the city. Their cryoliposis machines DO NOT work!

The only reason they have any 5 star reviews is because they offer free Ilipo sessions for posting a 5 star review and now the owner decided to post fake 5 star reviews! Trust the 1 star reviews! I’m surprised they are still in business. I wish I had read the negative reviews before wasting hundreds of dollars in this sham of a place and to be disrespected and lied to on top of it. I never post reviews but I feel I should warn others to STAY FAR AWAY FROM TORONTO BEAUTY CENTRE!

I loved the facial.my skin feels sooo good. They are really informative. Also the cupping for back was so relaxing. Feeling detoxed! Good team. Very nice

I don't write reviews very often but I have to for this place because they are scammers and liars. They are rude and disrespectful. Fat freezing treatments are a total scam. They didn't work on me, my friend and a few other people I know. Save time money and go anywhere else. This place is horrendous. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. The owner is a psychopath and is money hungry. She couldn't careless about her customers. The treatments don't work and her response is; in her own words: "you need to live off of lentils and water in order to see results". Unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost! BIG SCAM!

Honestly, i love this place. I am a well satisfied customer. With all their services. Believe me, i have tried all their services! And the most i loved was their weightloss and body sculpting. Well knowledgable staff and truly honest. There is no upscale selling. They tell you simply what you need and deliver results! Yes you have to add diet and workout in your routine. Just love em! Gone 3 sizes down allready.

Everybody do yourselves a favour and read the 1 star reviews and ignore the 5 star ones. These guys give you a free session for a 5 star review! Notice how 1 star reviews get likes and the 5 star ones don't. Also nowhere in the 5 star reviews did it mention their results. Because there aren't any!

The services they provide are completely ineffective. This truly is a case of "you get what you pay for".

Even their responses to negative reviews are not only unremorseful but also go as far as blaming the customer.

Called this place regarding an unbelievable deal I saw on Groupon. Started asking the lady a few questions over the phone, which she could not explain well. She then told me to come in for a consult to have all my questions and concerns addressed, I told her I'm not sure I wanna come ALL that way if you can barely explain your own procedure that YOU POSTED online over the phone. She stated they'd better be able to explain because they can show me a picture etc (she sounded very annoyed). Any ways I went in last night for that consult, traveled almost 2hrs. During the visit I was told to do cool sculpting for my chin would cost $400 when I was told $200 over the phone. I informed her, she stated it depends and that each person is different after having a consult. The lady on the phone said no such thing. She told me the chin would cost $200 at a flat rate. She then said she would have to confirm with her manager. I then asked her to view the technology that they would be using to complete the treatment, she stated they do not show it, I ASKED WHY? She stated "nobody asks, we do not show". I said to her, I AM ASKING. I traveled all the way here for a consult and I was guaranteed all my concerns and questions would be addressed, I would like to see the machine that will be used for the procedure. She then stated again: "NOBODY ASKS, WE DON'T SHOW IT". I asked her so your saying I'm nobody? She stated nobody asks mam, I said but I'm somebody and I'm asking! She repeated herself again and right away I was SKEPTICAL ABOUT CONTINUING ANY KIND OF SERVICES HERE. THIS IS MY THIRD CONSULT, the other 2 I did at other clincs and I'VE NEVER HAD TO ASK THEM TO SEE THE TECHNOLOGY THEY WILL USE. They answer all my questions and take me to show me the machines and how they will perform the treatment! Which I think is reasonable if your spending your money! She then proceeded to walk out of the room while I was speaking to her, VERY RUDE! I told her I would contact them to speak to her Manager/owner regarding this issues and I've called about 10-15 times since their clinic opened today and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. A couple times someone answered and hung up the call and another few times the phone was sent straight to vm without ringing, so I know there's someone sitting at the desk. DO NOT GO HERE, VERY SKETCHY PLACE. And after reading the reviews on here AND Yelp, I wish I never went in for that consult last night. Waste of time! I regret enough already.

I do not recommend this center at all, since the lady who runs the place is not professional and has no idea how to behave, just making money out of people no matter what the result of the package or satisfaction of the customer would be.

I lost almost 4 inches on my waist took 10 sessions i followed there diet plan did some exercise as well.iam looking forward to come again.

I was in and out for my first fat-freezing treatment within 45 minutes (fill forms, Q&A, weigh and measure around the target area, then 30 minutes fat freezing treatment). The center is clean and organized; the service is good. Didn't see immediate results. The second treatment was booked after six weeks. Looking forward to visiting the center again.

Toronto Beauty Centre uses the latest technologies for fat loss, and has knowledge in combining these techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
As one of them, I was happy to notice great results after only one procedure.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a groupon on Thursday or Friday, called DURING BUSINESS HOURS and no answer. Left a voicemail with my contact details so someone can get back to me. Of course they did NOT! I’ve been calling nonstop and still no answer! I’ve called in the morning, afternoon and evening. Sometimes it goes straight to voicemail. According to other reviews, others have had the same problem and the owner is a dummy that takes no accountability for his/her employees/business. I will definitely not come here and I do not recommend others to as well.

I found this company through Groupon and was enticed by their low price for the Cryoliposis. They had the lowest price by far compare to all other competitors. However, I was weary about why the price was so low, but decided I'll try it anyway since it's not a whole lot of money. So I called both of their phone lines to inquire more about the procedure and about a certain issue with the Groupon site. Neither of their phone lines were answered, so I left a voice message on both, waited 3 days later and still had no call back. So I called them a second time. I got a hold of the main front line this time and immediately as soon as the receptionist picked up the phone, I felt awkward and uncomfortable. Just her initial "Hello" sounded rude already. But I ignored the attitude and told her I was interested in their Groupon deal and was calling to inquire more about it (I was actually quite excited about it). She didn't acknowledge anything. But I went on and told her how I was having a problem ordering on the site. She didn't understand what I was trying to tell her and she responded back very disrespectfully: "I don't know what your question is. " By this point, I had enough of the constant uncalled-for attitude and horrible customer service. I said back to her in a more simple way: "I'm having issues with the ordering. " So now she tells me to call the Groupon site to speak with them and that she doesn't deal with online issues. I was appalled at the way I was being talked to. I said back to her "Well Groupon is closed now so I can't call them. " And she responds "Well we are closed now too so I can't go check the system for you. " So I was thinking. THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOU PICK UP THE PHONE IF YOU'RE CLOSED AND DON'T WANT TO GO A LITTLE BIT OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HELP A NEW CUSTOMER AND MAKE SOME BUSINESS? By the way, it was only 3 minutes after 7pm which was their closing time. She then tells me "You will have to call us back. " And I told her how I called a couple times already and nobody answered and I left a voicemail with my contact number and never got a call back and it's been a few days already. So now I try to resolve the issue for her and said to her: "Can't I just order through you guys the same deal and not have to go through Groupon? To make it easier? " Then she starts to tell me I have to screenshot a picture of the deal on the site and bring it in. Why didn't she just say this from the damn beginning? !? ! I said ok and she said to leave my name and number and I'll get a call back (to schedule an appointment? I suppose). Through all of this rudeness and terrible customer service I was so annoyed and I finally said: "Nevermind. I left my name and phone number a couple times already and never received a call back so just forget it. " No way I'll be willing to pay money to get treated like this! I'll never come here for any type of service if this is how they treat potential customers. Such a terrible first impression! The girl on the phone sounded fairly young and obviously hated her job or just didn't know anything about customer service/politeness/manners. Never in my life has anybody working for any company talked to me like that.and keep in mind, I'm a friendly and nice person and rarely ever go out of my way to write bad reviews about companies, but this one really stuck out to me and it has already been a couple months since that incident, but I'll never forget this bad experience.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: No, I did not ask for the name of the person on the phone. I'm usually not one to name out staff members. I left it as that and never called back again. Until this day, I still did not receive a call back for those voicemails I left. I guess the person recognized my name from the Caller ID and purposely avoid calling back. Yes I know you only do the generic Three Cryoliposis Fat Freezing deal. I call it Cool-sculpting because it's easier and essentially the same fat freezing but Cool-sculpting is actually the better branded efficient one. And when I put in Cool-sculpting on the Groupon search, yours came up.

I bought a fat freezing package from Groupon. I lost total of 9 inches after my 3rd session. Staff are friendly. Totally come back again!

Been here twice for fat freezing treatments. Staff are nice and helpful, place is clean and neat, service is great! I did a little bit exercise and I am starting to see the results after a month. I would definitely recommend anyone interested to come and try the treatment with such great price.

I tried the cryo fat-freezing treatment here. I did a total of 4 sessions (2 inner thighs + 2 outer thighs). The place is clean and beautiful and the ladies are very kind and make sure you’re comfortable. I did not face any problems in getting an appointment. However, I’m very disappointed with the fat-freezing treatment. It’s been more than 5 months and I still have not seen even the smallest of results despite following a strict diet, working out regularly and drinking a lot of water. I was expecting to at least see a 0.5”-1” difference after 2 sittings, but I haven’t even lost 0.1 cm after 5 months. I understand everyone sees different results depending on their body type, but I haven’t seen any results which unfortunately feels like a complete waste of money.

The place is gorgeous & super clean! (Which is a definite plus as most downtown Toronto spas seem to have not cleaned in 2 years tbh)

They were so accommodating & nice too- I’ve walked into other salons for consultations and walked right back out due to comments about my body. They honoured the groupon price for me in store which was awesome, and were not judgmental at all:)

This was my first experience at this establishment and I must say I am happy with the services and results. I bought a package for 3 treatment on two large areas- I chose my upper and lower abdomen. After the second treatment I have seen and felt great results. I am definitely going to buy another package for my sides, back and arms! Place is neat and clean in addition to the friendly staff. I appreciate the patience they had for me when I had to bring in my infant son during a treatment session. Thank you!

I never post reviews but feel I have to in order to warn others. Do not go here, don’t buy the Groupon, run! I had one treatment from Groupon and went back for the rest because you can’t get proper appointments here so I had to come back for the rest of the cryolypsis. Found out the first time they used a machine that doesn’t work, this time I got the ‘good machine’ according to the tech. I have freeze burns and horrible blisters, I’ve had cool sculpting and cryolypsis at other establishments with no problems so it comes down to the technicians here which don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I’m going to the doctor in a few days if there’s permanent damage I’m going to sue. Since the burns and blisters didn’t show up for a few hours, I almost bought more sessions, eternally glad I didn’t.

Your response is not on point. I’ve had these procedures before at other establishments and NEVER blistered or burned. These are not bruises, I have burns and oozing blisters. If I’ve had these procedures before at other places and never had a problem then the problem is your machine or your staff. I am an actual client, I was there on Thursday - you can figure out my name. I’m outraged at your response when I’ve been walking around bandaged and in pain for the last 3 days. I’m just hoping you haven’t permanently scarred me

Well I’m very disappointed with the cryoliposis fat freezing treatment! I bought two sessions and is already passed three months of the first session and one month of the second session and absolutely nothing any result. I’m a skinny body just have a bit fat under my bottom belly that bother me, health lifestyle and go to the gym 4 time a week, so the treatment should have worked, but didn’t. I searched another clinics and they says the time of the session should takes 45 minutes, my session was 30min, also on my second session the girl didn’t put the machine on the right spot, unfortunately I only realized when I got home, because of the red mark/spot that I saw on my belly, I emailed them with the pictures of my belly asking if there’s anything what they could of do for me but they never answered me.
I had at least 5 friends from work expecting my results for them by the treatment, but after this disappoint roll situation I could not recommend the place, they saw that I didn’t get any results.just so shame. About the ladies there all nice and friendly.

Called to ask what device they use for this so called "fat freezing" treatment they offer and the lady on the phone said "it's against company policy to tell you what machine we use. " She told me she was not allowed to talk about it? Excuse me, that seems like a very shady way to do business. What I concluded.is that their "fat freezing" competes in NO WAY to Coolsculpting. Bite the bullet and pay the Coolsculpting price as you will likely be wasting your money on some machine that has no approval in North America.

I have been to this particular salon many times for a variety of services. The interior is beautiful and clean and the staff is incredibly professional, accommodating, and considerate to your needs. The way the experts speak with you and treat you makes you feel heard and valued. The quality of their work is always top of the line, and in my personal experience, I had not had any unpleasant encounters or negative concerns. What I like most about this salon is that the staff is honest about their recommendations. They do not operate with a mandate to sell service but to deliver it to their clients, and always - in excellent quality.
Every time I come here, I feel welcomed and expected.

So I came across a deal for body contouring/laser lipo/noninvasive lipo on Groupon! I paid in full in person at the beauty center and was promised a certain amount of sessions around 15 sessions. I was very excited to try this out and see changes in my torso area as promised. What im most disappointed about is the fact that I paid in FULL for all sessions at my first visit/consultation and once I got to a certain amount of sessions, I was promised a call back to book the rest of my sessions and I did NOT receive a call back for the last 4-5 sessions I have remaining. I DO NOT recommend this place if you come across their deal on groupon or pay regular price for their laser lipo, it is not worth it. {REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE} I did contact you twice and remembered asking you how many sessions were left and told you I wanted to book the rest of sessions in advance as you stated would be best to do so to keep the sessions only a day or 2 apart like we did every other time I had to book a few sessions a week in advance.that's when I was told I would receive a call back with the info I asked for and schedule like every other time we spoke and we got it done no problem.

I strongly recommend this spa. My first visit was for a Groupon iLipo package. I was satisfied with the professional staff, cleanliness and great service I received. I returned for other services such as cryolipolysis-fat freezing treatments, ems, hair removal and facials. I have visited other spas in the past but I received the best advice at the Toronto Beauty center. I can definitely see the results of the treatments I tried.

The Toronto Beauty Center was very professional. They made me feel very comfortable while I was there. I'm excited to go back for my next appointment!

It’s very welcoming, quaint and relaxing. I had my first session so far and I am seeing result! As a matter of fact I’ve booked more services with them:)
