Excellent coach company friendly staff, driver Don excellent and Shaz our guide excellent great day out Niagara falls Monday 16th October 2023 recommend.

We had an amazing time! Our tour guide and the bus driver were excellent, and paired with the beautiful city of Toronto we highly recommend this tour for anyone. From solo travelers to those with families you will have wonderful time!

Went on the Niagara Bus Tour and it was fantastic a real bucket list experience. Dave the tour guide did a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable and informative & Don our driver did a great job both were very friendly and helpful. Booked though a tour operator in the UK.

We had a great trip to the Falls with Will and Joe. They took really good care of us and were a great source of information. Too bad the airco in the bus did not work, otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

We went on a honeymoon trip and really enjoyed it. We're from Ontario but had not been to the falls. The whole day was great, we were tired at the end. Would definitely recommend.

The trip was beautiful, the falls don't even say waoooo it was amazing, now the food in the restaurant is horrible so I recommend you not eat the tour with the food because the truth is that it is disgusting, the bad thing is that when you take with the food included you can't see the menu, basically they select your food themselves so you know if you're allergic or not, to start with a broccoli soup that was the only good thing, strong silver was between chicken, fish or pasta and I left For sure the pasta, a bad decision is a boiled pasta and you pour the sauce from a jar that they sell in the supermarket on top and that's it, horrible taste there is no just remembering it makes me nauseated, just by telling everyone in the world They did not like the food the tour was quite expensive for the food to be perfect too, but it was not, the only good thing was the driver and the guide and the visit nothing more

Alwyn (guide) and Don (driver) very accommodating and helpful especially given we were travelling with a 2 year old. Great tour.

Gold Tour to Niagara Falls from Toronto: The vine stop should be jumped over and these 45 min given in the end in this beautiful town Niagara at the lake. Else all perfect.

This trip was booked for us by our UK travel agent and we were looking forward to it, great itinerary and a full day excursion. However we were met by the most incompetent tour guide I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We were late to every part of the trip and as such given very little time to explore. We spent so much time sat on the coach waiting for other guests to arrive back as the timelines set by the guide were so tight and he had no control over anything and just blamed everyone else for his stupidity. The wine tasting is a waste of time, 3 wines to taste I would have sooner gone straight to Niagara Falls. The buffet lunch was not a buffet it was a sit down set menu, the food was ok but again rushed. We had tickets for the boat ride on Niagara for between 2: 30 and 3: 30pm we didn’t get to the boat until 3: 15pm and he wanted us back on the coach by 4pm. We rushed and got back on the coach around 4: 30pm and sat looking at the scenery until around 5: 30pm when the coach driver had to take us to the Maple Syrup tasting and gift shop…….
When the guide eventually arrived I explained my frustration he apologised and just rolled his eyes……. We were not the only ones complaining he shouldn’t be doing this job.

This could be a great trip if the stops were better, I want to see Niagara Falls not be sat on a coach for hours and hours not going anywhere. The driver Len was ok although he couldn’t operate the air conditioning so it was just very hot or very cold.
In the UK these two would be known as the Chuckle Brothers……avoid this trip and this guide.

BUS 2418, saw this driver on Spadina excessively honking his horn because of traffic that was inevitable and going absolutely crazy! This driver is a compleat hazard to the roads and should be removed and not be representing this company!
Think twice before hiring this company for anything if that’s the driver they put behind the wheel

Fantastic day trip. The driver did a great job of navigating through the city, and beyond. A seamless trip. The tour guide gave a great commentary on our route with interesting historical and more recent stories and anecdotes. They squeezed in as much as they could for us. A great day out.

Slight negative point, the AC is very strong in the bus and I therefore recommend bringing a jacket.

Great day visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and wine tasting. David, our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Lunch was very good, overlooking the falls. Enjoyed the maple syrup tasting and wine tasting. The day went too quickly. Brian the driver, was excellent and coped very well with the slow moving drive back to Toronto. Would highly recommend.

Took the bus to Niagara Falls with Platinum package. Guide and driver were 5 stars, unfortunately the food in the restaurant is average at best. Soup was tepid and bland, whilst main course reminded me of school dinners in the 80s.
Therefore due to the food just a four star rating but would highly recommended the tour otherwise.

Perfect day!
The hornblower cruise was already operating so we were able to admire the waterfalls from very close.
Would recommend this tour to everyone.

Amazing tour to the Niagara Falls with an amusing tourguide and some interesting stops at a winery and maple syrup tasting. With also a surprising boat trip in the falls, which has never been done this early in the season.

Additionally, for a small prize a 3 course lunch is included, which is recommended with the wonderfull view of the falls.

Highly recommended and well worth it.

While we enjoyed the hands-on activities during the tour, I was a bit disappointed with the whitewashed history that the tour guide provided. It’s really important that your guides not refer to my ancestors as “slaves”, but instead as “enslaved”. They were much more than their treatment to which they were subjected. Also, Canada is home to indigenous peoples, but the entire tour was about the contributions of colonizers. We spent a lot of money for a tour that relished the accomplishments of colonizers, thieves, and hoodlums.
