The Toronto City Airport Shuttle is amazing for those visiting Toronto and don't want to rent a car. The shuttle takes you right near Union Station, where you can then catch the subway or a city bus.

It's very convenient.
Boarding is right next to the Fairmont Hotel across from Union Station. Signs are posted at the shuttle boarding location.
It's free and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the airport.

Shut door on my arm for asking what shuttle I should be in if not his since the one he was driving said it was where I was going on the side. So being confused I asked and had a door shut on my arm like ok

Great complimentary shuttle bus available outside of the west side of Fairmont Royal York at York Street between Piper St and Front St. There is usually a sign noting the pickup spot!
It's available free of charge and is available on weekdays, weekends and holidays, with enhanced non-stop shuttle service during peak hours. The trip to and from Billy Bishop Airport takes around 15 minutes depending on traffic. The shuttles are equipped with free on-board Wi-Fi and a live shuttle tracking app which is pretty useful!
Note: The shuttle bus drops passengers off at the Billy Bishop Airport's mainland ferry port. Just make sure to look up to find the sign for where to wait at the Billy Bishop Airport (city side).

Take it all the time. Very convient. It's at Royal York Hotel. It's the only way to Billy Bishop. I once took a Bus.take the shuttle.

It's a nice transition from plane to the city. A short, relaxing ride, then safely dropped off at The Royal York hotel. Don't pay for a cab again!

It's a shuttle, what can we say about a shuttle? You get in point A and get out point B. Essentially, it should be an uneventful experience. If all goes as planned.

On time and free wifi. The bus has a lot of space to hold bags of all sizes. Seating for over 25 passengers. The drivers do not as for tips.

Super convenient and free. The shuttle service is great, and I highly recommend if you are travelling between the airport and union station.

Great service that makes the trip to Billy Bishop that much easier. Staff are always really helpful.

I fly from Billy Bishop because it is close to the city. Small clean airport. No hustles getting to and from downtown. The shuttle to and from Union Station is a great idea. The tunnel is very nice and functional!

Drivers appear to be cold and disengaged. No wonder is easy for them to roll out hastily even though they see you running up to the bus. And Porter/Air Canada are business entities, so no.the service isn't "free. "

Quick, convenient, easy to find, free and comfortable. There is Wi-Fi available on board, a rack for your suitcase and it's spacious. Driver's are very friendly, it was clean and was waiting right as our plane got in.
