This place came up on a Google search and I am so glad it did! The staff there were hugely helpful and they had a good selection at great prices. Tony managed to work with the installer and get me an appointment very quickly which reallly helped with keeping my reno on time and on budget! Highly recommend and I will be back for my next home project. Thanks!

Mike and Tony are amazing! The carpets we purchased over the years have been great quality and their installation team was experienced, friendly, quick and left no mess behind. And they are always ready to explain on any aspect of flooring and help you get the best value for money.

This company has no integrity and will do everything they can to manipulate you and steal your money. Don’t give them any deposit, if you need to cancel you WILL NEVER GET IT BACK.

The store is run by a father and son. I went in to look for vinyl flooring. The father advised I was not able to take a sample home. The only choice I had was to buy a box which cost me $52. I was told they would not return it opened. Once home I decided I would not open it but simply return it. The father would not return it as he said he wouldn’t be able to tell if it was damaged due to the unopened box. What kind of customer service is that! The invoice clearly states I can return it. I hope this gets the word out never to deal with crooks like these people. I now have 20 square feet of useless vinyl. Please see attached proof of sale. I wonder what an acceptable return is. I purchased one day and attempted to return the next. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere! ——- Follow up to Consumers Carpet reply to my review. I love how your customer service skills are shining thru. You do know that all caps is like yelling at me. I don’t know of a flooring centre that doesn’t offer a sample to take home. I also can’t understand the harm in returning an unopened box. I took my money else where and am thrilled with my purchase. You lost my business and I will continue to tell shoppers to be aware of your terrible service. You are not worth my time and effort.

Received great service, we ordered frosted doors for one of our clients from Mike that every other supplier would only have available after a 4 week wait. He was the best price around and a quarter of the wait time. Honestly can’t ask for a better deal than that!

Shopped with Tony the Owner, they were able to help me with a difficult condo board. They were able to help me find the correct product to meet the standards of the Condo board, got it ordered within a week and picked up with no issues. Tony knows his product and make sure that I understood everything is ordered into the show room. Also ensure that I understood for hardwood it need to be in the house for 72hours before installing.
