Great experience with Dr. Jugenburg and his staff. I particularly liked his nurses throughout the entire process. I found them to be pleasant and helpful. I'm very happy with my results and would definitely return to him for another procedure.

Went to the beautiful clinic for a consultation and left booking surgery immediately after. They were very thorough before booking surgery! I was very nervous before coming in but the prescreener at the clinic made me feel at ease. My patient coordinators Rameetha and Siobhan were awesome, Kim and Yasmin were great during my consultation and with answering my surgical questions, and Nurse Rebecca was fantastic during my surgery and followup appointments. Dr. Six and this clinic changed my life.

I had my first consult and will meet the Boss Man in May. The staff is kind and informative. Dr J answered so many questions via DM which made me choose him for his comfort, honesty and knowledge.

I can not recommend Dr. Jugenburg and his nurses and staff enough. Dr. J performed surgery on my lower eye, lower face and neck. 3.5 months later the results are stunning!
The process from beginning to end was great. Ratmeetha did a fantastic job managing the pre op process and answering all my questions as did Addy before and after with extra support and guidance.

Shocked at the negative, but guess people usually only write when they are disappointed in a service. The office is gorgeous, the staff elite, and Dr. Martin, being as busy that he is, always makes time for quick check ups and explanations. Also Kim IS the go to - she was made for this job. Of course, results vary for each patient and the team took the time to discuss realistic expectations which they totally went beyond. All in all over recommend this place!

I had my BA at this clinic in September 2020. There was a few hiccups in the beginning but otherwise everything smoothed out and the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am 2.5 years post op and they look absolutely amazing. The scars are barely noticeable to the naked eye. My healing was smooth and painless. My only regret is not getting this done sooner. The videos on their social media put me at ease and I knew exactly what to expect before and after the procedure. Highly recommend this clinic if you want amazing results.

Dr. Martin and their team are miracle workers! Went with my mom and she could not be happier with her results. She gets nothing but compliments and feels like herself again. The docs have an amazing bedside manner. All of the staff at TCSI and at “SixSurgery” (where the surgery actually took place) are incredible and very friendly.

Definitely worth the money. And the healing time has been well tolerated. You can’t go wrong.

In other words, Dr. Jugenburg and his team under-promise, aren't arrogant or aggressive, but they absolutely exceed expectations! My experience was superior than all the online reviews I've read, and I have no reason to question this doctor's skill or dedication to his patients or practice.

I looked for the top physician in the Greater Toronto Area, and without a doubt, Dr. Martin Jugenburg came up. No other surgeon came close to his apparent abilities and recommendations, and his credentials were fairly remarkable as well.

I planned my consultation and even though he wasn't the cheapest option, I made the decision to spend whatever I had on my physical appearance and having surgery. I was not let down. Dr. Jugenburg's cool demeanor and reserved tone would have put some people off, but I saw competence and reserve instead.

Overall, the personnel at Dr. Jugenburg's office was considerate, knowledgeable, and open to my needs. They answered all of my calls in the weeks before my treatment and guided me through each step of the preparation. They answered all of my queries and addressed all of my worries by giving me options and going over the specifics. And you better believe I was really curious. For instance, I was worried that, due to potential hormonal problems, the ailment would return later in my life. Dr. Jugenburg sent me a request for bloodwork even though he didn't think this was a problem and offered to reschedule the surgery for a week beyond the originally scheduled date, even though his policy is very clear that doing so would incur a price.

I had a mommy makeover. Tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation. I had a small hiccup in healing with a bit of an infection on my tummy and belly button (which terrified me initially) now after a small revision, my results are amazing. I was attended to and my scars are basically non existent. It gave me the confidence I needed to wear a bikini again after 18 years.
