Due to timing, we used other services in the end.but just wanted to point out the professionalism of this company regarding their customer service. Jasmine has been really helpful in providing a quote, detailed info on windows style, and everything! No rush, no pressure, and also followed up if we had any questions.
If we have any other projects, we'll keep them in mind for sure!

We replaced a lot of windows in our home and every member of the team we interacted with was excellent - from Randy and Arash who both helped us decide on what types of windows we wanted and gave us a complete, detailed and accurate quote, to Kyle and team who were extremely efficient, professional and respectful while installing the windows at our home. Everyone on the team was honest and communicative which was really great as there were no surprises throughout the process.
The team did a fantastic job on the installation and we have also received a lot of compliments from the neighbours on how good the windows look. Randy Fortner got us a very competitive quote within a few days and was extremely professional and responsive to any questions we had.we went a different way purely because we wanted fancy luxury windows, but definitely give TDWC a shot if you're looking for good quality at a reasonable price.

We are so happy with Toronto Windows and Doors. They cut out our old windows and brick, installed beautiful french doors and even matched the moulding on the inside! I can’t say enough about the level of service and professionalism I received from start to finish. Arash, our sales manager, guided us through the process and provided us with multiple options that would match our orange brick. The two very friendly gentleman that installed our door were very quick and when they were done, we loved it. It took us about five months to get the door (which was around the same timeframe I was quoted by other companies) but that was beyond something they could control. Front to back this was a really great, seamless experience. My husband and I are new homeowners and knew next to nothing about ordering a new front door, but the whole team at Toronto Doors and Windows was super responsive and explained a lot of the finer details (Niel was my primary contact). Like everything else during COVID, leads times were originally quoted as being approx 12 weeks for a new door, but from the time I first contacted the company to having our new door fully installed was only 5 weeks. Installation by Kyle was a breeze and the door looks immaculate! Highly recommend this company.

In our case we were not initially happy with how some interior shutters were reinstalled as part of our job, and both the sales manager Arash and the lead installer Kyle were on the issue right away to fix it literally the following day. Will be a repeat customer in the future.

Completed online form on work quote for 8 windows. Received call back within a few hours as I was completing detailed form and sending pictures. Received email the following day from a different sales person acknowledging receipt of my quote information and promising to provide my quote by end of business day. That was 7 days ago and still nothing further. Not a great experience and zero trust/confidence.

Their customer service was exemplary and we are very satisfied with our new patio door. They opened up the door area for us as well and removed and replaced rotten wood we were unaware of. I would highly recommend.

We used Toronto Windows and Doors to install a 2nd storey door to a roof top deck. The team was professional, efficient and courteous, and installed the door cleanly. The door that arrived was unfortunately the wrong colour, which was a manufacturing error, however Toronto Windows and Doors was quick to resolve the issue without any concerns. I'd recommend Toronto Windows and Doors for their work and professionalism.

From first point of contact to the wrap up, the sales manager Arash and the installer were fantastic! Arash was professional, communicative, and helped to move the door installation along. The installer was professional, and he was very detail oriented when installing the door. I felt at ease knowing that it wasn't rushed work. More importantly, the installer also ensured that the porch was clean. I have little ones that play on the porch and when the installer left, it was like he was never there! I have been receiving compliments for months from neighbours and will definitely use the company again when I have to do windows!

We are very happy with our new windows. All of the staff were professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. The lead time to get our windows was very reasonable and the windows were delivered exactly at the estimated date. The installation took only one day (6 windows) and the team was respectful of working around us. It’s been a couple of weeks and we’ve definitely noticed an improvement in temperature control in our home. We would highly recommend Toronto Doors and Windows.

Given it was the peak of the pandemic in Toronto it was hard to vet companies to replace two sets of doors in our home. I liked how responsive Toronto Windows and Doors was right from the beginning and that continued throughout the order and install process. Chad & his team were a pleasure to deal with. We had two sets of doors to replace in our new home and Chad took lots of time to guide me on the best choice and options available. The estimated wait time from order to install was kept and the install team led by Kyle was efficient and quick. Kyle even ensured extra spray foam was done around the new doors where it had previously been lacking. He is very knowledgeable and ensured everything was done properly. We are really happy with our new doors and couldn't recommend Chad and his team enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Toronto Doors and Windows from Day 1! Arash was the best sales person, very communicative and detailed and gave me great advice to save me money while getting me exactly the right product for me.

Kyle and the installation team were also just brilliant - very careful with my home while doing their work. The quality of their work was really good (they fixed up a lot of shoddy craftsmanship) and they went the extra mile even helping me fix a minor issue I had with another door. Kyle took the time to talk me through the work they had done and made sure the site was clean when they left.

Sales: Worked with Arash to put together a competitive quote based on our needs. We found Arash to be courteous, responsive, honest and above all very flexible. He addressed all our questions/concerns either himself or connecting us to appropriate people including arranging a visit to the manufacturing facility. He put in significant effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the end product.

Installation: Kyle and crew completed the installation over 3 days. The team did a great job with the installation including cleaning up after each day. Kyle and crew were approachable, flexible, and professional throughout the installation process. We appreciated Kyle's attention to details.

I appreciated dealing with Arash throughout the process as he was very easy to work with, he was not trying to upsell me, he replied to messages right away, and made every attempt to make sure we were pleased. We used Toronto Doors and Windows for a few projects - from simple window replacements to expanding the size of our front windows and back doors - and have been very happy with them. We spoke to a few different companies for some of the bigger projects (something about the idea of cutting holes into our newly purchased house had me a little nervous), and the difference in knowledge, expertise and professionalism between companies was unmistakable. It was obvious that Kyle and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, that they did this work all the time, and that, no, in fact, my house would not cave in on itself if we cut a 6 foot hole in it to brighten up our living room.
Communication was efficient, the work was great, and they even went to the trouble to matching the trim of our new window to the rest of the house, allowing us to keep a bit of the architectural charm of our 100 year old house.

I had my windows replaced by TDWC and was very happy with quality, colour of the windows and the speed and competence of the installation.

I had no clue what the process was of getting new windows. Do I have to order windows from one company, and get another company to install them? How expensive is it? Luckily, this company was great at answering all my questions and concerns. I went with this company based on the many outstanding reviews they received. They kept a consistent flow of communication with me and even when the windows took a little longer than normal to come in, they would always drop a line from time to time with an update. I had Kyle and his team, like many reviewers did, and they were fast and courteous. They did a great job, and made themselves flexible around my schedule. The price was reasonable and if you are struggling to pick a window company, give these guys a shot.

I used Toronto Doors and Windows Company to replace the windows in the back of my home in Dec 2020. The staff were professional, responsive, efficient in their work, and friendly to deal with. I got quotes from other companies as well, and found this company's prices were very reasonable. They also did a great job ensuring the place was clean before they left, and that I was completely satisfied before they were finished. I am extremely happy with the result, and am now considering working with them again for the front of my house in the near future. I had a very bad experience with the previous contractor who ruined the most valuable part of my property - the almost-16-feet patio door outlook onto a park. I contacted Toronto Doors and Windows and their amazing team from the receptionist, the sale manager, to the technicians not only fixed the problem but also made it thousand times better. We just purchased a new front door for my daughter's home, and French doors for the back. Lyle, Paul and Paul were our installers and their work was excellent. They were polite and extremely professional and did a great job. We also ordered a screen for the French doors and once again the installation and the product were top notch. We dealt through Arash, our salesperson and he made sure to follow up on all aspects of the purchase, quickly and efficiently. Initially met with Vlad? To get an overview of my door replacement job and to select a door. Then two more visits to measure. Final installation took Vitali's crew about 4 hours and was PERFECT. I have a great new lovely looking door both inside and out with no hassles. Well deserved 5 stars!

This company installed a patio door in June 2017. They installed the patio door within a few hours and disposed of the old door. The installation was very well done. Today when the lock was blocked they came after my call within 30 min and repaired the door. I am very pleased with their service and highly

We recently had our front and back doors and a number of windows replaced by Toronto Doors and Windows as part of a renovation we’re doing and are really happy with the results!
Throughout the process they were very quick to respond whenever we had questions and Kyle and the install crew were great to deal with.
We had a mix up with our front door, but I was in touch with them to let them know and within minutes they’d called me back with two very reasonable solutions to choose from.
I was really impressed with how they handled that.
