I had ultrasound today at this ultrasound clinic. Everyone from receptionist to ultrasound Doctor was very pleased and supportive. Definitely go next time. It was good experience.

My experience was excellent with a very accommodating staff who got my Mom x-ray done on a quick phone call walk-in patient. Front desk staff named Amal was very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this location for its good service and accomodation of people request. Last minute on a Sunday.

Experience with Toronto East X-ray & Ultrasound was amazing. Two ultrasound appointments were made by me. The front desk agent was really helpful. The technician handled the process expertly, and everything proceeded without any problem. The technician was very fun loving. It took 30 minutes to complete them all. Extremely happy with the service. Highly recommend for x-rays & ultrasound.

They don't respect people's time. I reached at clinic for my wife's ultra sound with an appointment but had to wait another 45 minutes. At least show some professionalism to inform patients by call or sms if there are delays and update appointment time.

Had an ultrasound done here for the first time. The office is nice and clean. The ultrasound technician Melissa was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and made my experience pleasant. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this ultrasound clinic for both pregnancies and always feel I am in great hands. The lead technician is highly skilled with a long history of work experience. You can tell she knows exactly what she is doing and exactly what to look for in her confidence and how quickly she is able to scan and find the perfect spot to get the images she needs. I never had a bad experience and would highly recommend this location for all pregnancy related scans.

I'm giving this place 4 stars purely because they were fast and the first time I went I got a really nice ultrasound technician.
The girls at the front are not great at customer service. No smiles, no nice words just. "Your health card, your requisition, ok sit down. "

But again. It was fast. I got my xray and ultrasound done within 30 minutes during my lunch break so I can't complain much

The receptionist is rude as hell. For someone working with people who are sick she lacks empathy. My health card expired a while ago and due to the covid we weren't sure when to renew it. I went in here and this lady was rude. There's a way you communicate an information to someone without being rude. She told me my results will not be sent to the doctor unless I pay from pocket and it was $70. I went to an atm machine nearby and it only gave multiples of 20. Meaning I couldn't get $70. Here was her reply ' I already told you the amount I needed' and that came out so rudely. She didn't even offer to help find it knowing I was frustrated and really needed help at that point. It was a gentleman sitting nearby that offered 2 $10 bills. I was already tearing up because I have never had such an experience before. Never! Even my generations will never go here. It's a no for me.

Works in the Kitchener/ Waterloo area, and not being able to get an appointment there, called these guys and got one the next day. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. One of the best runned office I have visited in awhile. You go guys yous rocks!

Very professional place to get your Ultrasound done. They are very accommodating and they made the visit very comfortable.

Receptionist was unprofessional and got irritated with my questions which she did not provide a good answer to. I had to do an ultrasound for my neck and thyroid and this place wanted me to come back again so they can get an extra health card swipe. People don’t have time to waste and they could’ve have done both ultrasounds at the same time but they are selfish. I would not recommend this place.

Great service, if you're not looking for all the frills. Called right when they opened to see if they take walk-ins, but they said it's better if you call and make an appointment. The receptionist said they are usually very busy during the weekends, but luckily they had an open slot in the afternoon.

When I got there, the clinic was small but was clean and well-kept. The whole process probably took 20 mins where I didn't have to wait when I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time. The tech was diligent in asking for my identity and if I was pregnant because of getting an x-ray done.

Much better experience than the run down, dingy walk-in clinics I've been elsewhere!

This location is clean in the medical staff our professional. Unfortunately the x-ray technician at this location only work three hours per day from 4 PM to 7 PM. Very inconvenient.
