Utterly incompetent to put it succinctly. I had ordered tulips for my anniversary two weeks in advance to ensure I would get what I wanted as that was my girlfriends favourite flower. I then got an email the morning of, saying they did not have enough tulips and suggested I get it the next day. As I ordered the flowers specifically for that day for the occasion that was unacceptable. I don't particularly understand why they have a pre-order option when they do not reserve the flowers to fill them. They then said that I would have to pick different flowers when I picked them up and gave me one option which were of lesser value when I had already prepaid. So not only did I not get the flowers I ordered two weeks before, but I was also overcharged for the flowers I received. Throughout this whole experience, I also did not receive a single apology for their blunder. Absolutely terrible experience and I would not recommend this store whatsoever.

Edit: Don't trust the reviews on their website. I got an email asking to review my purchase and after writing the review on their website it said it would only be posted after "store admin" approved it.

I ordered same-day delivery yesterday for some flowers for a friend. She loved them! They arrived on time, beautiful and pastel/vibrant tones just as I requested. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you so much for everything.

Wonderful customer service, they executed what I wanted in my bridal arrangement perfectly. They were courteous and on time with the delivery, I would definitely recommended

I just want to say that the owner is a very kind person. She had helped me and my wife when we rushed to a birthday party one evening. She created a wonderful bouquet which was very much appreciated by a birthday girl:) and we are grateful for your help! If you in downtown area that is the best place to find fresh flowers with a great choice!

Really helpful, hardworking and lovely staff! Would recommend this florist to anyone for beautifully crafted bouquets and dryed flowers too were so accomadating to my questions for an upcoming project also!

Prices are great. Staff don’t speak much English so make sure you research the plant before buying. Variety is great. Bought a prayer plant for $5 no tax.

Came in at 6: 15 and they said they are closed even though hours say 6: 30… I asked why couldn’t I grab flowers in 5 mins and be out before they closed at 6: 30 and the girls on cash said because they had to go home …. I walked to this store for 20 mins because I saw their posted hours … and made it very much in time to get fresh flowers. Terrible customer service.wouldn’t serve the client even though it was 15 mins to close. Please update your hours in that case!

I just had my wedding flowers arranged by Toronto Flower Gallery and I gotta say, it was one of the best decision I made for my wedding! It was SO beautiful, everyone made the process really easy and stress-free for me. Thank you so much flower gallery! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - Jennifer

Probably the most unprofessional and worst business I've dealt with in Toronto. I placed an order yesterday evening for delivery today (website says it only needed to be placed by 10: 00am on the day for same day delivery), and at 3: 00pm today, it still said "we're getting your order ready for delivery". I called to inquire what time it would be delivered and the lady simply stalled until I said that I want a refund if it won't be delivered today. She then asked for my order number and said it probably won't be delivered today. I asked her to cancel my order. Don't order from this sad excuse of a business unless you want horrible service and late delivery!

If you are ordering flowers for delivery, I suggest going with a different business. We ordered flowers for an ill colleague. We left very specific instructions and gave both our phone number and the receipt’s phone number in case there are any issues upon delivery. First of all, the flowers were delivered at 5pm when the order was placed the day before. I called the store to inquire about the status and they couldn’t tell me anything other than it was out for delivery and it’d be delivered by the end of the day. The flowers were dropped off at the front desk of my colleague’s apartment building and the shop completely omitted the apartment number from the delivery address. Instead of a get well card, a sticky note was added to the arrangement, and the team’s signature was completely left out. As a result, the flowers ended up in the wrong apartment, and the intended recipient had to work through the misunderstanding with the neighbour to get her flowers. Completely unprofessional and terrible experience!

Nice flowers I got compliments on them on the street. Great staff. Prices aren't cheap but not super expensive either.

EDIT: reduced to 1 star. Emailed them for refund per their response below more than 2.5 weeks ago. No refund and no response since. Seems they only respond in public forums and won’t settle things privately. Shame.

Beautiful flowers, awful delivery and customer service. Ordered a bouquet of flowers well in advance for Valentine's day. The delivery arrived on time, however the water in the flower container spilled all over the bouquet's plastic overwrap, and 3 of the flowers were broken right off at the stems - clear signs of rough or poor handling by the delivery driver.

Immediately reached out to them about the issue via their social media and their online contact form. It's been more than a week with no response from any of their team members. Won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and nowhere did it say that the delivery was later in the afternoon. The flowers arrived at 8PM, we've already left on vacation and had to get them the week after. Not getting delivery from them again.

I ordered a bouquet on February 13th for delivery on the 13th. It is now the 15th and there is still no delivery and the site is inaccessible. I wrote to have a follow-up, no answer.

They are not organized. I ordered online and then call them one hour before pickup time for confirmation. When I get there, nothing was ready, it seems they wait for you to showup despite the fact that I was already paid for the flowers.

I got introduced to this place as my boyfriend loves to buy flowers for me! He would buy it online and they would always be delivered in a safe way. I have received them for bday, vday, and just cause ones. They are always beautiful and vibrant. They truly make your space feel like a home.

I have started going into the store myself to buy bouquets for my friends and I love it. Someone always helps me create a bouquet within my budget and colour style. They have some unique stems too which is nice!

I recommend supporting and the experience of going in store and having it made for you.

Ordered Valentines day flowers, they weren't delivered until after 9pm, which meant we didn't even get to receive them until this morning. Flowers looked nothing like arrangement online. Tried calling this business all day yesterday, none of their phone lines work and their website was down. STAY FAR AWAY!

A bit expensive and the quality of the product is not what you expect it to be. You pay in advance prior to getting the flowers even if you order in the shop.
