Toronto Grand Convention Centre

We used Toronto Grand for our wedding in August and they were great!
Rany was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and he made sure we had everything we needed.

We attended an event yesterday. The space was nice, spacious and clean. However, the food wasn't that great and felt like they didn't prepare enough food and desserts to cater the crowd. It was hard to find parking. They need some improvement.

SO I recently reserved this hall for all of my sisters' weddings, and let me just say that it was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely courteous, the food was delicious, and the decorations were stunning. All of the guests were overjoyed and amazed. The manager was extremely helpful throughout the whole events. My family and I were very pleased, and I can confidently say that we will book it again in future.

Service and quality of food really bad I don’t recommend this place at all go somewhere else and save your money. You cook better than the chefs they have.

An amazing place with ample room for any event you decide to have. It is well-lit, modern, clean and the staff seemed very attentive to what needed to get done for the corporate event that I was attending that night. The only two issues for me personally were that parking was not readily available for the venue itself but there is plenty of off-site parking. Also, the food that was served that night was cold and without much seasoning. However, the menu on the site does show that they have plenty of options for a variety of crowds in order to please almost any demographic. In the future, I would love to come back or utilize their services for an event. It is also located in a very busy area of the GTA and is very close to a lot of amenities, shopping areas, restaurants, gas stations and the airport is close by.

The food quality is really bad and service even worse I won’t do funeral here not wedding. —5 stars

Canorient Seniors had their Annual Christmas Gala yesterday. All of our attendees who were asked were very impressed with the good food and excellent service overseen by Joanne. However, from our very first meeting with the Hall Manager Rany we knew we were in good hands. His experience put us immediately at ease. A big thank you to him and others who assisted in ensuring we had a wonderful event.

Was MC for a Gala at this location last night. The ambiance, amenities, food and service were all 5 Stars. Joanna and her staff were amazing, always had everything ready on time and ensured the Gala was run without a hitch. Would highly recommend this venue.

Service and cleanliness was good and had no issues

Food was as cheap as it gets. I understand the event planners had a budget but for a hall like this it should have a higher level of food.

Needs improvement on food and drinks like alcohol and beverage.

Parking lot is small and you have to park somewhere else.

I had many events at Toronto Grand I don’t even know from where to start, this Banquet Hall is AMAZING! For small parties or big parties it’s just prefect for any occasion!
-The management team are AWESOME!
-The servers are friendly with positive attitude.
-The food is delicious and when it’s served it’s always warm!
-The hall it’s shining clean along with the restrooms.

Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful banquet hall.

Very beautiful hall, great service and very tasty food. I have been to the hall several times for weddings and small parties. Every time I visited, I was very pleased and nothing was missing.

I had family event at Toronto Grand few days back everything was so perfect and nice hall is very modern and clean food was amazing and fresh it was different then other halls service was great all the servers were friendly. My husband and I got married in March 2020. It wasn't long after visiting Toronto Grand that we knew it was the hall to book. Right from the moment of booking, we experienced nothing less than sincere service from the Toronto Grand team. Stevan, specifically, was readily available throughout the entire time of our planning. He always provided prompt replies to emails and helpful advice to ensure that our day went as smoothly as possible. Additionally, Stevan was extremely patient and was more than willing to accommodate services to fit our needs and desires. Literally one of the best wedding experiences as a host. They delivered on every point we had made especially the food! The food was fresh and delicious. The head cook and manager were there till the very end ensuring we were satisfied. Would recommend this place for any event!

Such a beautiful experience. We have now used this hall twice, most recently for my mother-in-law’s wedding. The staff are so accommodating and kind. The food was delicious and they coordinated the dessert and serving of the gelato from Love Gelato perfectly.although we had to tear down at 2am and get everything out as they had an event the next day, it did not take away from the experience. We will definitely be using this hall again for our 10th anniversary party.

I did my brother wedding in Toronto grand everything was excellent from the day of the booking up to the event day everything was perfect. Food was excellent and so tasty and fresh. The servers were well dressed and clean and very attentive to the needs of the guest.
There is a saying that if you want to judge the cleanliness of a house, then you should judge it by visiting the washrooms. Yes the washrooms were clean and well maintained. Thanks to Evan stevan Ali and Toronto grand team for all the help. I would love to recommend Toronto Grand convention centre in future functions.

I would like to thank everyone at Toronto Grand for the fantastic evening, great venue and amazing staff.

First of all, Stevan (manager) was amazing to work with from beginning. He was very patient and welcoming, explaining all the details and making sure that everything we required was done. He even went above and beyond to ensure the carpets are upgraded the night before our wedding. He is very kind and truly cares about his clients.

The staff was very polite and ensured that all our guests have everything they need. They went around all the tables ensuring we are all happy with the food and drinks. All of my guests were very happy with the amazing food and desserts!

The venue looked beautiful, especially the new carpets (Thank You Stevan), and all my guests were commenting how nice the hall looked. The room looked glamorous, including the lighting and overall ambiance. Also, parking was enough for all of our guests. A number of my friends will be using Toronto Grand after they have seen how the place looks, the friendliness of the staff and overall amazing food.

Where do I start, food is amazing and service is great, the staff is friendly and great interior for photography. The floor is smooth and nice, always renovated and the owners have the biggest hearts, they will always push themselves to do what u ask them. Great quality totally recommended

My family had my sister's wedding here. The entire journey was a breeze, thanks to the professional staff/manager. The management kept us engaged in the planning, explained everything in detail and accommodated our special requests. On the event day, the setup was according to what we had discussed. The waitresses were welcoming and they took well care of our guests. The food was on time, tasted fresh and waitresses were quick to fill up the buffet. Overall an excellent experience.

Beautiful place, we will be celebrating my daughters quinceañera there! Will keep you posted on how everything went. The venue inside is beautiful! Prices are good as well.

Great place to have an event for all occasions. Friendly and top notch service. Definitely a must for your next celebration.

Food was good however, it felt as though the workers were rushing to clean and end the night. We were mid dessert time and our table napkins were being removed. Also granted the space is small, I could hear one of the workers kissing her teeth and sighing as she had to squeeze between our tables. I had a stroller which I'm aware takes up space, however a simple "excuse me" would have been sufficient.

Good food. Service is good too.

When the place is decorated to your like. WOW. The staff was friendly, restrooms very clean and fresh (no harsh chemicals). The only thing I has a problem with was tea time. They only had coffee and black tea, which I can't have either. I asked for mint or any herbal tea, they had non. I had a cup of hot water for tea.

I had an amazing experience with Toronto Grand. From my initial contact with Stevan up to the day of the event. He answered my questions and was accommodating. He was personable, friendly and professional. To the service from Joanna and Mama.they gave you that warm feeling and making sure that everything went well. Very professional. The food was AMAZING.the chef did a great job.

What i really loved is that it appeared it is a family run business.if it is this is a lovely family. I would definitely recommend this place and would have another event here. My guests kept asking me where did I find this place and how nice it was.

Hosted 2 events recenty - outstanding experience. Mr. Ali is very professional - guided us through out the entire process. The food was delicious, service was excellent - overall extremely happy with the entire process - thank you very much Ali for memorable experience!

Loved this large and beautiful halls. Each hall is sufficient for 300+ guests. There is huge area for parking. Clean washrooms are also advantage. Newly build.professional and well trained staff they know how to work in high pressure environment. (Especially on Desi weddings)

I booked my cousin's wedding reception two weeks ago at Toronto Grand convention Center with Ali and everything was truly amazing.
The food, the sweet table was so tasty and plentiful, the staff was helpful and professional and the ambiance was befitting the event.

It’s my 7th or 8th time with Toronto grand. It’s always been a pleasure booking a function with them. Staff and management both are very humble and accommodating. Food and arrangements are always very good. Full marks to cleanliness. 100% satisfaction this time again.

I liked this place. It was very clean. Washrooms were never dirty and pleasing to look at (nice décoré), the staff was friendly and always accommodating. Nothing appeared to be broken or in disrepair, meaning it seems to be well maintained and it was a large enough space that the function I attended was not cramped, but relaxed.

Not enough Parking to stay your experience.
Place was very congested and tables were organized so close to each other that it was hard to move around.
It was a big gathering and they setup just one buffet stall for all of it. Staff was not very quick to Topup. No water bucket with ice cream serving to keep the scoop clean. No milk or creamer with coffee or tea, we requested the waitress for milk and waited atleast 15 minutes before giving up, no one brought the milk and none came afterwards to check if people needed anything.
Did quality was not bad but choices weren't great, that maybe was because of the choices made by the hosts.

Had a great experience with alliance employment. The staff is very cooperative and give their best to help in finding jobs. Everyone must visit the office for jobs. I felt like a family working with them. Had wonderful experience with alliance employment.

We had our wedding here in July, 2019. My husband and I really don't know where to start and end. Words can't express how happy we were on our special day. I knew Toronto Grand venue was the one the moment I checked out the venue. All of our guests were blown away by the beautiful venue and how unique it is. The staff were very organized and nice. They made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to Stevan who was there for me through every process. He made my dream come true. He's very polite, hardworking and mostly flexible person to work. He always got back to my emails on time. I highly recommend this venue if you're looking for fancy and affordable price.

Beautiful hall for my wedding. My guests loved its' unique touches. Stevan is highly professional and amazing to work with, he is very flexible. They have a great attitude towards their clients and come across very humble and understanding. We got everything we were promised. Thank you so much for playing such a vital role up to commitment with our wedding and offering a reasonable price.

While the location is a bit off the beaten path, the venue is awesome! Not so much due to design as it is very similar to most halls, but primarily due to Stevan, his brothers and the rest of the TGCC team.

My wife and I held our Sangeet here and we honestly don’t possess enough words to describe how amazing it was to work them as they accommodated almost every request we made. From bringing in our own caterer, alcohol, charter buses, etc, they were willingly able to help us provide the best experience possible for our guests. They also are beyond reliable in communication and very clear in what they can and cannot do. This truly made our lives very easy when planning our event.

I also want to acknowledge their staff who helped set up the food and serve the drinks throughout the night. They were so friendly and treated our guests with the utmost in respect and class.

I recently had my bridal shower hosted at Toronto grand. I can honestly say that every thing went perfect and much better than I had hoped for. Steven, Ivan Joanna and Ali had made everything perfect and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this venue for all your event needs!

The management is honestly the best I’ve ever dealt with a banquet facility. Very friendly and accommodating.
