This dealership has the best service I’ve ever experienced. They are fast, have amazing communication, never bully you into any service. They provide a voucher to get to where you are going and I’ve never had a bad experience. I love my Telluride and it’s such a relief to have a dealership you do not dread going to.

Shout out to Wali in service. He is amazing.

I made an appointment for a part recall a week earlier (and specifically mentioned the reason of the service request on the phone), when I get to service desk the representative told me that they have run out of the parts! I had to drive for 1 hr for absolutely nothing, they should let their costumers know earlier if they are not able to provide the service.

Our experience here started off great - we were able to get into a test drive within 15 minutes of showing up at the dealership unannounced one day. It was all downhill from there: it was clear the salesperson would say anything he needed to in order to get us to sign, and once we finally did, he was evasive when pushed for details about the delivery of our car.

We originally purchased here because we needed the car by a specific date, and were told that would happen. By the time it became clear we weren’t getting the car by the time we needed it, we had to look feverishly for something else. When I finally managed to get a hold of the salesperson, he told me that “the allocation wouldn’t be arriving for a few more weeks”. A couple of hours later, I went to the dealership to get my deposit back, and the person who processed it asked me if I was sure I wanted to cancel the sale, because the car was due to be delivered in a few days and showed me on their system. I don’t know why the salesperson lied to me, but I was already so fed up with his shady ways that I just wanted to be done with them.

In the end it was a happy ending because we got a better deal and I felt so relieved to leave this place behind.

Went to this dealership, not to long ago. I had the greatest experience. Shaf the salesperson that helped me and provided me with fantastic services. Shaf has been more than helpful and compliant through out my time here at KIA. I defiantly recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs.

My salesperson Shafayat (Shaf) Karim has been a wonderful salesperson and representative of Toronto KIA. I thought I would not purchase another KIA product after my horrible experience with Bessada KIA in Pickering. Such a disgrace, especially after I purchased my last 3 KIA products from Bessada! BUT Shaf has restored my trust and my 2023 Seltos was a good choice! Shaf is a fabulous hard working salesperson! I most definitely will continue with him as my salesperson and I HIGHLY recommend Shaf and the Toronto KIA dealership!

This is a SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW.

Annoyed doesn't begin to describe it. My husband and I bought our car a month ago - had a winter tire package with it. We got our winter tires - NO RIMS ON THEM. Was told the service team did NOT put them on. We were reassured that we would get them (the rims) when we put the winter tires on.

Fast forward to yesterday. We get our winter tires put on. WITHOUT THE WINTER RIMS, even though it said ON OUR SERVICE TICKET TO PUT THEM ON AND TO TAKE OUR SUMMER RIMS OFF.

So now we have to go in AGAIN to get our tires changed because they "forgot". (TWICE!)

Heard rumours that this location has THE WORST service department in the city - Now I see why.

Sales team is AMAZING.

Service Department? Not so much.

This was my first visit as a new Kia owner to get my Sorento serviced at Toronto Kia and I was impressed with the service I got from Robert Muller. He was courteous, as he made sure I got my car earlier so I could avoid a storm. I would definitely recommend Toronto Kia if you're looking for a shop to service your vehicle. So far so good!

Just purchased a used 2022 Kia Niro HEV EX. So far it's great. My savings on gas are about less than 50% of what I used to pay and it runs real smooth. Shaf, Wali, their boss, and that other guy have really made me feel like a part of the two brothers extended family. On a scale of eleven I would rate them a fifteen, or at least a 14.5 like somewhere up there over the top eh. Thaks to everyone.

I would give a 0 star if I could. We live 4 hours away and when we heard the dealer tell us he had a Kia Seltos for under 35k$ including a Winter package we we're sold. He made it sound like this was a promotion and that the winter package was an added bonus and not an extra price tag. When we got there to pickup and sign the papers, he went thru the paperwork and showed us the "selling price" of the vehicle and not the total price. So he showed us the car we we're paying for was around 33k and then showed us after our 8k down payment so 25k. HE DID NOT show us the total price of over 38k$! So all these accessories we did not ask for but made it sound like it was a promotion. And even IF I did want certain accessories, you guys charged over double the price! Winter tires for 2100$? Are you kidding me. I can get these same tires for 715$ + tax at Canadian Tire! Very unimpressed with Toronto Kia for this rip off of a deal and also we had a Kia Seltos EX in Ottawa that would have been a better deal but we thought they we're giving us a set of winters so we went with this LX. My wife was in a car accident with our unborn child and they take advantage of us like that! Disgusting!

I dropped my car for service, and my wife went to pick it up. They gave her the key and she couldn't find it in their parking lot, not even in Hondas parking lot. It was parked in South lot.
You charged Me 1000$ for oil change and front brakes pad, so hire someone to bring the car to KIA lot.
This was my second KIA car.
I should shop around for next car.

My family was debating to go with the deal or wait or cancel but️.
throughout the journey we were guided by Sukh, a professional employee with great sense of humor, great approach, patience and tact, he was able to dispose to himself as well as to the company.

Do not get your car serviced here. The establishment is disorganised and wasted a lot of my time. Calling them is a nightmare as the receptionist/s are incapable of helping and the service team is hard to get a hold of.

We had originally brought the car in to get serviced on the weekend and had also asked if they could check the AC since it wasn't working. The man told us they don't have qualified AC technicians on the weekend to give a diagnosis so we would have to bring it back on a weekday. That was understandable, so we scheduled another appointment. I dropped off the car early in the morning and was told it would take the whole day to get the AC fixed. It took almost 8 HOURS just to tell us that the condenser needs to be replaced and they couldn't fix it that day. So we booked another appointment. On that day it took them 5 HOURS just to tell us they couldn't get it done because the technicians leave at 6pm. I had specifically taken time off work that day to get the car fixed and they completely wasted my time. Why would you book us on a day you knew you would be busy? They offered us a rental car to use for the time being but we rejected it and they gave us a $20 uber credit instead. A few minutes later I actually wanted to discuss the option of a rental car again and called the service team multiple times but no one would pick up. The receptionist later told me that they only had one person at the service desk staffed that afternoon so it was too busy for them to answer and the receptionist could not help with my situation. Next day I tried using the Uber credit to get to work, but it could only be applied for locations within 0.4 km of the dealership. Why was this not disclosed to us when I specifically told the man on the phone I needed to use it to get to work? They completely wasted my time and money.

If you come to this dealership do not trust them to get your car serviced the day of your appointment. It took three appointments to get our car's AC fixed. Four days in total because they had to keep it overnight. Just terrible service in general.

I finally picked up my 2022 Telluride after a 9 month wait. It’s been frustrating waiting so long but Sukhwinder made a point of calling or emailing me every couple weeks just to keep me updated on my order status (even when he had no concrete news). I get it’s been a hard time for all in the industry but really appreciate Sukh’s patience and communication skills. And I love my car!

On April 27,2022, I took my Rio car, which had a handbrake and exhaust problem, to a dealership for repair. They gave me an invoice for $1036 to replace the exhaust and several sensors. After a few weeks and after several calls and going to the dealership, Mr. Robyn (?) Changed the repair time twice even though the custom parts of my car had arrived (while my car had a brake problem and I had an accident once because of this problem). Finally, I asked a few dealers and repairers and realized that my car's braking problem was not the sensor at all and only needed to charge the brake fluid. Because I lost trust in this dealership and its repair department, I did not want my car to be repaired because I do not think there is any supervision there. Now, after several visits and contacting the dealer, he does not return my money, and I am told that they have to charge $185 for checking the car (while the total cost of repairing my car with its parts is not $185). I did not see any good and polite attitude from the employees of this agency, and every time I visit, either the manager is not present or their employees can not help at all. Now this agency is holding my money and refusing to return my money. I tried very hard to solve this problem in a friendly way, but unfortunately they do not cooperate with me. I will sell this car too, and I will never go to the Kia brand again.

Appreciate the valet service for pickup and delivery. Problem diagnosed, parts ordered, now the waiting begins, Certainly not their problem with lack of parts, so few Cadenzas sold in Canada. I know they will stay on top of it.

We just recently bought a 2016 Sentra from here through Aaliyah. She was great, and despite a few rocky moments (which largely were due to other things/people and not her) the process went well and I'm happy with the car. Will update the review if anything happens but right now it went very well.

I was very impressed with the staff and Davan. They made everything perfect. They fixed the problems with the USED vehicle both in the cosmetic and mechanical. I am thoroughly disappointed in this dealerships services. I took my 2011 Kia soul in to replace my alternator. The service department or the mechanic took every opportunity they could to hose me out of as much money as they could possibly fathom. I was quite clear I needed an alternator as the tow truck driver told me that was the issue, my miniscule knowledge told me it was probably the alternator. The service department told me I needed to run a diagnostic. I said okay sure, trusting that they wouldn't take advantage of a single father during Christmas season. Knowing that I would probably need my car to get to the festivities. They told me it would take until Friday this was on a Tuesday to get the diagnostic done. Well later that day perhaps smelling blood in the water they recommended I got my starter motor replaced which would run about $1100. I quickly called a trusted mechanic friend of mine, I found another mechanic who is willing to do the work for one third of the cost so I had my car towed to his shop. Whereupon he confirmed my suspicions that there was no need to replace the starter motor and in fact I was correct all along I needed a new alternator. Had I trusted this dealership my car would still be in the shop getting a new starter motor and then eventually they would have told me I needed an alternator and I can only guess that they would have added on as many outlandish charges as humanly possible. Please for the love of God do not take your car to Kia Toronto dealership on Woodbine and Danforth. Please I implore you they're untrustworthy and they have no morals or ethics. Shame on you Kia Toronto

Purchased a used car from here in July which was advertised as having roof bars.

They were not on the vehicle the day of test drive, but the salesperson and one other member of staff advised us they'd be reinstalled when we went to collect the car. Unfortunately they weren't, and we were then told there had been a mix up and they'd ordered a new set in.

It is now November, and every time I call to ask about them, I'm told someone will call me back, which they don't.

Guess we're not getting the roof bars, I just wish someone who works there would be straight up honest with me about, it instead of giving me the run around. Really old fashioned cowardly way of doing things.

Shame, as this was our second car purchase from this dealership, and had good experiences before, but we'll be taking our car elsewhere for servicing/any other needs, if this isn't rectified.

Update: the sales manager, Mike, got this sorted for us after we pushed again. Appreciate that he resolved the situation, but it really took some serious badgering from our side to get this done.

I have emailed, left messages and tried to speak to several people on the phone. A simple request to get a quote for winter tires. After 2 weeks I gave up and took my kia to another mechanic. The good news is my car has winter tires and I go to a shop I can walk to.

I wish I could give negative stars. They are liars and thieves. I brought my Sportage in because the fan wasn't working. I paid $200 for a diagnostic which took 4 days. They recommended the blower motor to be replaced for $800 and it wasn't the issue. Then they said it was the a/c module and said it would be $1450 and that wasn't the issue either. I basically paid $200 for nothing. They might as well have said I need to change the tires. It was a broken wire that I got fixed for $100 in less than an hour. I feel completely insulted by these people and will never ever buy a KIA again specifically because of my experience with this dealership.

If you are reading this, never go to these people for anything. They just want your money and will give you nothing in return.

Service at KIA has always been top notch. Living close by the dealership we use their pickup and dropoff service. Always on time, using COVID safety protocols. Wali our service ambassador is always fantastic, quick to provide updates, advise if anything extra needs done and has always been on time and on budget with services. Great job!

I brought my dad’s Soul in for its scheduled maintenance, i myself have a Soul and while being there my brother who was waiting in my car told me my screen flashed that tire pressure was low, what, as I was driving out I saw a Kia employee (Richard) excuse me I said and showed him the icon that was now on, it’s your tire pressure he said, when you pick up the other car ask for me and I’ll fix you up, well I was notified car was ready and true to his word while I went upstairs to pay bill he brought my car and brother into the bay…lol…filled up the tires all before I got back to the bay and to top it all off no charge, Toronto Kia at 2222 Danforth, thank you for the exceptional service! Truly, truly appreciated this kind gesture!

Toronto Kia is close to where I live, so I looked into their inventories.
A Kia Forte 2020 used car was available on their website. Previously I read about the Forte and the reviews were pretty good. The price, warranty, and low km for 1yr used car listed on their website (plus no accident on Carfax) compared to any used Mini (my dream car) was a far better deal. So decided to call Toronto Kia.

Raj, the sales representative, answered the phone and I asked about a test drive. He was very friendly and answered all the questions over the phone. I asked Raj for the test drive. He informed me that car hasn’t arrived in their lot yet, but he will call me as soon as the car comes. In the mean time, Raj explained about a brand new Kia Forte 2021’s price, warranty and finance etc. I wasn’t so much a fan of a buying a new car at that time, so I said no.

Three days later, Raj informed me that the car had arrived. He was sincerely excited over the phone and asked me to come over for the test drive. I still remembered that he said “ Sue, you really need to come here to see this ASAP “.
When I arrived at Toronto Kia, he welcomed me right away. He said “ previously I recommended that you buy a new one. But when I checked this car as soon as it arrived, I changed my mind Sue. You don’t need to buy a new car. This is just as good as a new one”. Raj showed me every corner of the car and made sure that the car was in nearly brand new condition. He also showed/ taught me how to check the inside and outside of the car before purchasing.
While sharing his own experience driving a new 2021 Kia Forte for the last 2months, Raj gave me a very honest opinion regarding the Forte 2020 vs 2021. I really appreciated his honesty, since Raj’s information was on the same page as my own research.
On top of it, Raj gave me a very clear idea and information about financing vs purchase outright on used car that I didn’t know.
Test drive was very good, and Kia Forte performed much better than I expected.
What helped me to purchase this car was Raj. He helped me to make an informed decision. Also he treated me as a human being. There was no insult, no lying (as far as I know based on my research), and no condescending attitude while I was at Toronto Kia. Mostly, he was very honest with me.
Since I purchased my car this Sept, I’m very happy with my driving experience. Kia Forte is a good car (my husband also likes it).
What I know for sure (based on my own experience) is Raj is a really nice person to deal with, even better to have as a car sales person.
I’ll definitely introduce him to people I know if someone wants to purchase a Kia. He made my car buying experience far better than I ever hoped for. Seriously we need more salespeople like Raj.

Very happy with the purchase of our Kia Soul, Roger was very helpful explaining things and the experience was less stressful than anticipated. The car we initially had booked to see, was not available when we arrived, it would have been nice to be told this in advance, but luckily we ended up seeing something else we liked and left satisfied with the whole experience. Those worried about the stress of car buying, this dealership was low pressure and we were happy in the end.

Beware of their tires they use cheap faulty valves. We had 3 valves go bad in succession, 2 while on a highway. That's not a coincidence. Dangerous cost cutting by this dealership, lawsuit waiting to happen

Ever since the new service advisors arrived on the scene, things have gotten worse. They have no idea what is going on, misquoting service, and not very effective at communicating repair status. You have to call and chase them and they are only able to provide useless answers. Their service prices are outrageous, parts are even more. What I couldn't believe was the amount of pestering the service advisors had concerning the post service survey. They wanted a "10" regardless of poor service. Let the work speak for itself. If you want a "10", provide a level "10" service. Things were much better when Bernard was there. It's a shame he's gone and there are now "couldn't care less" service advisors.

I had excellent sales care from Asst Sales Manager Tony Chen at this dealership. I was purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and Tony was very attentive and accommodating. He even came in on his day off to help me arrange an inspection with my mechanic.

You'd have to look hard to find customer service better than I experienced at Toronto Kia on the Danforth. A combination of snow and my back problems forced me to reschedule my appointment twice. In return, I was met with understanding and a willingness to help.
Once I got my car in for repair, my view of Kia Toronto only improved. If you're in the unfortunate position of knowing nothing about what goes on under the hood, you can rest comfortably and know problems that don't exist won't be presented to you as needing attention (and more of your money).
There were several reasons for me to choose Kia. An expectation of top-notch service was something I was not expecting. It's good to be wrong sometimes.

I appreciated Kia Toronto's professionalism and quality service. I especially appreciate that they proactively reminded me that it was time for the scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. They also advised me of other repairs that should be done immediately as well as others to keep in mind. Very much appreciated.
Their complimentary valet service, where they picked up the vehicle from my home and returned it after the service was completed, was also very helpful.

Tony Chen was terrific in guiding me through the purchasing process of a new 2021 Forte5. Courteous, patient, detailed, he also observed all the strict protocols associated with Covid. Buying a car these days can be a little nerve wracking but I am happy with how all of the steps were made comfortable at Toronto Kia. So far, the car is exactly as I hoped it would be. Highly recommend both the car and the dealership.

Just completed a positive car purchase experience with Tony Chen from Toronto Kia. Tony was very responsive to my questions and test drive requests. Toronto Kia has extensive COVID protocols in place and the cars I tested were wiped down before and after I drove them.

We were looking for a new place to service our Soul as we were not happy with the dealership we had be dealing with. I looked up Toronto Kia and saw many positive reviews so we took a chance. I am super glad we did. Robyn at Service was super friendly, listened to my concerns about my previous service experience elsewhere, went above and beyond and I didn't have to listen to any mansplaining. I also loved the automated service approval system. When I came back to pick-up my car, Robyn was on the phone. Another employee, who looked like they were heading home actually stopped and asked if they could help me out. She didn't do it begrudgingly, it was genuine. She got my keys and the bill and made sure I wasn't just left standing and waiting. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was cashed out quickly and was on my way. Many thanks to all three of the people who I met that day and made me feel like I was important to their company and that they enjoyed working there. See you next service!

One of the major Kia Dealers in GTA, located in downtown Toronto. The sales rep was very good but the managers were quite non cooperative, hence, while I wanted to work with with the sales rep, couldn’t come to a constructive discussion with the manager at the price point.

Went ahead with the purchase from another dealer even though the dealership is closure to my residence.

However, they have good inventory for vehicles. Overall, a below average experience primarily because of experience with the management.

I made an appointment for an oil change for 9: 30 am today and it took nearly three hours! No apology or anything. If you're looking for a relatively quick service I recommend going somewhere else.

Glad to finally away from this dealership. Beyond slow oil changes (12 hours was the longest), but on average between 5-8. WITH AN APPOINTMENT.

Service reports would flag things red, then green the following time with no action taken. Could never trust those reports.

Never felt warm welcome for services.

Overall, was a pretty bad dealership to use.

Since I became a customer at Kia, the service has always been exemplary. I am always made to feel like a valued customer.
Bernard who works in the service department helped manage a fairly significant repair that was required to my vehicle, in a really timely, and professional manner. He kept me informed at every stage of the process what I could expect, and walked me through the things I didn't understand. Really fantastic customer service! Thank you.

We had a fantastic experience at Toronto Kia. During our search for a car we considered many different options ranging from used to new, purchase to lease, and several different makes and models. During this process, Toronto Kia stood out specifically for the exceptional service provided by Kyle and Rita on the sales team. Both were as helpful, personable, and no nonsense as you could hope for in any sales experience let alone buying a car.

Super happy and excited with my "new to me" 2015 Kia Rio! This was my husband and I's first car purchase and we were so lucky to have Mackenzie there for us the whole way. He was super friendly and personable and made the decision even easier for us. Informative staff with good rates.will definitely be recommending:)

Good for a dealership experience. I'm always willing to pay a little extra for attentive customer service. Car always comes back with the service done and no new problems.

They don't deserved even a star - Ask questions or get a second opinion before you let them repair your vehicle. I was a target of their fraud.their workshop is not trustworthy. Someone got two of my new winter tires!
