I recently worked with Reece Jacobs on leasing a Loft and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and expertise he provided. From start to finish, Reece was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home. He listened to my needs and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Reece made the process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a top-notch realtor.

I was looking for a realtor and spoke to Reece Jacobs today. He was so rude, sleazy and arrogant I was almost in tears. He made me feel like I was low income.and actually called me that, which I'm not. I make a good salary and living. He tried to steal an apt listing I applied for and didn't listen to my needs at all. If he couldn't help me he just shouldn't have called me. Thoughtless, rude and greedy. Not impressed and very unclassy and unprofessional.

Recently trying to find a place in Toronto. We found the services unsatisfactory and to some extent dishonest. Be careful dealing with this office. Do not recommend them.

Stephanie is the definition of great work ethic! She did a wonderful job of helping us find our new apartment. We found her to be exceptionally professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process. She advocated on behalf of us to landlords, did follow-ups and kept us very well informed. I recommend her to anyone trying to find a home in Toronto's crazy housing market!

Samaira Knol of Toronto Lofts has helped us find an apartment twice now in Toronto. Both times she was so accommodating and patient. She showed us multiple listings and was very receptive to our needs. She is an awesome real estate agent.

I made a mistake not listening to the advise and reviews. Like has been stated, this is a terrible realtor/company that has no concept of customer service. I paid them thousands over the years to manage my property—for all that time they simply deposited a cheque into my account each month. Had no issue with this as the service is akin to insurance—peace of mind. When I had a nightmare tenant that was moving out they made it difficult to accompany me on a site visit. So I visited myself and reported that the place was extremely messy.and, more importantly, stunk of cigarette smoke (tenant smoked in my unit although they reassured me several times they didn’t) ; when I moved back in the smoke stench was prominent and the place was so dirty—fecal matter was left on the toilet seat. They couldn’t care chastising me in an email with them capitalizing words to emphasis they didn’t give a concern: money in pocket and gone. I’ve never written a review before. Learn from my experience and steer far away! These realtors monetize off of the word“loft” making you believe that you need them if you live in one. I recently had a conversation with one of the big realtors. In hindsight, going with them would have saved me this aggravation. (I can prove all stated).
