A wonderful experience; a beautiful hotel in an excellent area. Trevor at the front desk was amazing and so welcoming! Michelle in the concierge lounge was absolutely outstanding—so friendly, helpful and definitely goes the extra mile! A one of a kind experience, can't wait to go back!

Only went in for a drink in the bar to get a look at the Blue Jay's stadium. Looks a great hotel and definitely great location for CN Tower also.

The hotel has a good localisation in the heat of downtown and in general clean but we're highly disappointed by the beakfast with a limit of 30$ per room even if you are 4. No mention of this on their web site or booking. There is a real lack of information. I won't recommand it!

An older hotel that I believe hides it's age well. It's located right in the center of everything (hence the name). You can easily walk to several attractions like Ripley's Aquarium Canada, CN Tower and Rogers Center to name a few. There is also a great photo opportunity in front of a huge Canada sign located amongst the other attractions.

My room was/is stylishly decorated in warm tones, the bed linens are a crisp white and ultra plush which made for a great night's sleep. My only design critique would be there location of the toilet paper holder, you have to be double jointed to reach it. Lol.

There's a train line that runs parallel to the hotel which you rarely really hear and is reduced to a low humming sound when you're in your room. It's quite interesting but speaks to the insulation used during construction.

There is also a unique dining option within the hotel that allows you to see inside of Rogers Center during game time. It comes at a cost, but is still very, very cool. I enjoyed in room dining for breakfast and had the Crunchy French Toast w/ eggs and fresh fruit. I found everything to be well prepared and tasted great.

The staff offered consistent levels of service throughout my stay. The front desk staff were super helpful and offered great recommendations for dinner and things to do in the area. Needles to say I plan to revisit this location when I return.

Really enjoyed this hotel and highly recommend it. First it is attached to the ballpark which makes it interesting just to walk thru. The rooms were very current which you do not always see at a standard Marriott. They were also large for an in city hotel Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful - not sure if is the hotel or just people from Toronto.

Marriott City Center is a hotel that is below-average but in a good location. The hotel room TV placement is bad in our room. The hotel staff, including the bald bartender, was very rude and short. The hotel restaurant was subpar food, but the view was fantastic. Room cleanliness is only average. Vending machines are out of stock and don’t accept cash or card, only coins. The bathrooms were nice however. The AC shut off in the middle of night every night so I was sweating when I woke up. Location is the only good thing this hotel has going for it. Look elsewhere if you’re not seeing a blue jays game. Overall, the same quality as a 3 star hotel.

Probably would not stay here again for the price.

Great customer service and best location to go to any attractions. Roger Centre is just beside the hotel and you can easily watch any sport from within the hotel at the Lobby. Subway is within walking distance too.

Very nice hotel downtown. Very close to CN tower attraction and Ripley's acquarium. You can walk to lots of restaurants close by and the view of the Blue Jays stadium at breakfast was awesome.
Excellent hotel service and staff
Very close to Union Station for transportation
I am very happy I chose to stay here on my first visit to Toronto.

My girlfriend and I decided to celebrate our two year anniversary by seeing a Blue Jays game and staying in this hotel. We couldn't afford one of the rooms overlooking the field. We checked our bags before the game, which was quick and easy, and when we picked them up following the game (roughly five hours later) Jennifer at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking left field. It made our day! I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and quality of this hotel. Thank you once again, Jennifer!

Hotel is beautiful with just a couple of (fairly significant) issues. First, the staff was top quality. Everything you’d expect. Our room was quite striking. Ceiling was very high and windows on one side of the room were floor to ceiling, slanting inward, offering quite a view. Unfortunately there were a couple of problems. The pull out sofa bed would not pull out (springs were caught in the fabric on the bottom of the back cushions, if that makes sense). A maintenance man came and got it to open up by physically pulling it hard enough for it to come free. Effective, but not quite to their overall standards. We also woke up to three large, very wet spots in the carpet. Not sure what they were from. The room also had old school thermostats on the HVAC units, which meant that the AC, which was appreciated when we arrived and the sun was streaming in through the huge windows, was also on throughout the night (in 35 degree F temps). We woke up very, very cold. Why they haven’t upgraded to thermostats that can automatically switch over is a bit surprising to me. The other issue was with the shower. It was beautiful and worked very well for the most part. The only problem was that the handle would be pulled downward by gravity, gradually increasing the temperature of the water over the course of 2-3 minutes until it was quite uncomfortably hot. Having said all that, We would try another stay (in a different room) in a second. It was a perfect place to stay for a Blue Jays game. I’m sure it is even better for business events. It’s also really well located for sightseeing purposes.

I haven't been to many hotels, but this one is really comfortable. The service was great the food was really good too. The front desk staff came helped me out with something I really needed. It was an all around very good experience.

Very nice hotel with a great bar space with a view of the field. Bathrooms were very large and modern. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well laid out and had lots of room to put away your belongings so they aren’t in the way like in many other hotels.

The service was also great. Whatever I needed was accommodated by the staff. Parking was $30/day with in and out privileges which is much more reasonable than most hotels. Would absolutely recommend.

Little over a week ago was my birthday. The long story short is that my girlfriend literally blindfolded me, didn't say where we were going, escorted me through the hotel (Blindfolded) and revealed that we were staying in a hotel room that overlooked the Blue Jays Baseball Field. The most unreal experience. I know most of the planning was done by my girlfriend but the staff at the Marriott were simply fantastic in helping my girlfriend plan the best surprise ever. Needless to say I love baseball. Thank you Marriott for the most memorable experience ever. TOTALLY WORTH IT! (I say that when I didn't spend a dime ;).

Great, clean, nice place. Would like to go back when theres a Blue Jay's game there. The lounge/restaurant food was great and the staff was fantastic! Will be staying there again.

Guess what? ! I lost my clothes when I am still staying in the room!

And it's a limited edition Supreme shirt! LOL

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!

I reported this immediately to the front office. Yes, they've been helpful while I am still staying there, asking me to be patient, they will check the lost&found and the laundry company, balabala. Until my last day stay, they still havent found it.

I've been contacting them since I get back. NO REPLY!

I have contacted the front office, the duty Manager, NO ONE REPLIES ME!

EXCUSE ME?

(anyway, the view to Blue Jays pitch from restaurant is awesome.)

Very impressed by the location and the friendly helpful staff. We had a nice quiet room and a great stay. Central to everything. Would definitely stay again

You get what you pay for so the dining area closes early and no where inside can you buy food. But in saying that Fairview mall is across the street and fun to visit and there are some pubs and restaurants close by. I would give it a higher rating but it needs improvement

Great location, very easy to get to from the airport on the UP and Union Station, and right next to the CN Tower. Friendly staff, nice rooms, reasonable rates (off season). Restaurant had good food as well, though a little pricey. Views of the field while eating were incredible. Can't imagine watching a game while eating, would be a great experience! Overall it's a great location and hotel.

I have stayed at many hotels over the years and I always enjoy staying at this Marriot. It is also conveniently located downtown close to many amenities such as restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful, it is great to see a level of customer service like this in this day and age. There is also a Starbucks on site as well as a bar and restaurant so you don't have to go far if you need something. I would recommend this place for everything from a quick visit for an event at the stadium to a longterm stay for business or pleasure.

What a neat concept Marriott created here. Some of the rooms face the field and you can watch the game! Ours did and it was amazing! All the staff are very friendly and dedicated to making sure you have a very nice stay. The restaurant and sitting area also faces the ballpark so you can watch there too. I give super kudos to the front desk as their systems were down during our checkin. Even though we did mobile check in, they managed to get everyone into their rooms. A little wait but totally understandable!
Breakfast was nice and staff was very attentive to being sure everything was hot, fresh and colorful. This is a neat Marriott to stay at if you travel a lot and want a change of scenery. Within walking distance to St Lawrence Market, Hockey Hall of Fame, CN Tower and the Aquarium. Chinatown is only a 10 minute cab ride away

Very nice hotel. You can sit in the hotel bar and watch a Blue Jays game! The hotel is walking distance to downtown as well as the waterfront, so lots of food options. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
