If I could give this company less than one star I would. My boyfriend worked for them and they refused to pay him till this day. We’ve been going back and fourth with the manger of the company to resolve the issue but they’re very rude especially Julie the secretary she hung up on me when I tried talking to her. So I would not recommend this company because they do not pay their employees at the end of the day and they’re liars that treat their employees unfairly, they basically falsely hire people for jobs use them and then don’t pay them for the work they did.

I just want to say Thank you to the whole team. They were very helpful and informative. The moving team was friendly and courteous.

CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. We gave the 1-star review only because zero stars was not an option. We are writing this post as our service to the public.

My recently widowed 70-year-old mother-in-law hired this company to move her out of her home and to unload the majority of her items (mostly boxes and very few pieces of furniture) into a storage facility. From the rude and unprofessional manager, to the 3 unbelievably lethargic, manipulative and confrontational movers (not to mention an associate who was sent to deliver boxes the company "forgot" to send with the movers, who proceeded to walk through the house while menacingly glaring at my mother-in-law), this was a colossally gross experience. The attempts by the movers to slow the move down in order to optimize the cost of the hourly service (more bathroom breaks than any normal human should require and other mysterious disappearances) were so profoundly transparent, the manger of the storage facility confronted them directly and admonished them for blatantly trying to take advantage of my mother-in-law (many thanks to Anna and the additional management team at Zoom Zoom Storage on Roddick Road in Markham for your support and commitment to excellent service).

The indecency required to behave this unprofessionally, this grotesquely to a woman who has recently lost her lifelong partner (a fact that was communicated to the movers) and is hoping to start anew leaves me baffled and disgusted. It's shameless.

We will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, we wish better for our fellow neighbours out there and would hope you will heed this advice: STAY AWAY FROM TSC MOVERS.

We recently moved and we are very pleased with the level of service we received from this company. I felt comfortable hiring them after finding out that they own their own trucks and have been in business a long time. I also noticed they had an A+ rating with the BBB, which is good to know.

The movers were friendly and professional and they took care of our belongings and even wrapped our large items of furniture for free. They were efficient and careful of things and our home.

We had a good experience and I would hire them again. It was a relief after some of the stories you read about fly by night moving companies! We are happy we used TSC.

When the movers arrived they told me a price that was twice the amount I was quoted over the phone in addition to numerous additional fees that were not mentioned on the phone ($35 per appliance, $25 for stairs each time they used them, $45 per hour for an extra person). When I refuted the price I was told that my $260 deposit could not be refunded. So I waited 30 mins for the manager to call me back (which he never did. He actually called the movers and had them relay the message. He kept sending my calls to voice mail) at which time he agreed to the original price. So once they had my belongings loaded on the truck the price jumped from $250 to $750 and they refused to move until they were paid. I called the police and the manager again called the movers back and told them to accept 500. Once I paid the $500 because I just wanted the experience to be over the drivers took off with my stuff. When I got to my new location my property was on my front lawn and in the driveway. It was raining. My mattress was up against a tree. My new tv was on the sidewalk. I have pictures to prove all of this. I called the company and no one would speak to me. The movers Chris and the other young man were so unprofessional. They were laughing at the ever evolving price quotes I was being given. They found it funny. They left a huge stain on the carpet in the building from which I moved. They left some of my property in the basement of the condo building from which I moved. This experience was like a bad dream. I was referred to the company from an ad on kijiji. The phone number is 647-338-5898. The managers number was 416-305-7832. Consumers beware. It is 5 days later and I am still waiting to hear back from the office
