Just love the vibe and the people working there are so helpful. It is my go to place on my day offs

I've been going to the Downsview Library, since 2010.

And, then after when I was back in High School, since Grade 10, I've been going to Downsview Library, for 6 years, since 2017.

Christopher squeezed me in so I didn't have to come back the next day. Bless his heart.
He even ensured I wasn't wasting my money on maintenance that ran the possibility of being performed too frequently. Professional front man, and clearly not trying to push unnecessary services for a commission. Will definitely come back!

Based on my experience every time I go the staff are very kind and helpful. They get a 5 star.

There's working homeless people sleeping in chairs in-between shifts, and a dude with his own power bar charging several devices and conducting business on a laptop, making and receiving calls.the entire upper level is too loud, and operates more as a community center/WeWork than a place to read and study.the lower level was a bit better expect for someone with a cold who should have stayed home and kept coughing! Smh
