The staff are lazy and not very helpful to seniors who need assistance with technology. My 80 year old father is often told to use a computer instead of asking library staff if a particular book title is available. A lot of senior don’t know how to use a computer. If they knew how to use a computer to search the Toronto Public Library website, they wouldn’t come to you asking for help.

Nice quiet and clean library. Clean wifi. Lots of old people sitting by the window reading newspapers who look like they’re on display for sale. There’s a nice room with tables with good lighting. If you sit at the far middle table, it feels like you’re the teacher of a class.

A nice modest library located off of the beaten path. Tidy and quiet, with a large selection of books available to choose from and a $1 book sale held regularly. No complaints at all.

Great library space, very clean and the lighting is perfect! The complaint I have is that some staff (not all) turn the lights off in the library 15-20 minutes before closing time and go around announcing they're closing soon. They shouldn't be doing that until 2-5 minutes before closing time. They shouldn't be in a mad rush to close and shouldn't go around disturbing everyone who is studying 15-20 minutes earlier than closing time. Computers seem to be in very bad shape - extremely slow / take a few minutes to load. They can also use an upgrade.

They're very helpful! You may need to top up your card's balance at the register, but just go find an unused computer to freely use, input your library card number, and your pin will be the last 4 digits of your phone number on file, and you're in! After wards if you need to print something, no need to hit print multiple times (once is enough), go over to printer and scan your library card again. As long as you have a balance of $0.15 per sheet on your card, you can hit print and you're good to log off and head home.

Early Nov, 2022 weekday. Many newspapers and journals on offer. Kids corner and study desk caters to different needs.

Small and cozy library. When I needed help with the printing using my device, the staff was friendly and helpful.
