Excellent! Incredibly helpful staff and how access it is to access the services is a benchmark. I thought the NYPL was good, Toronto Libraries are better

Excellent library friendly staff and a great spot for doing your homework, and a spot as well for toddlers to play I love relaxing here wit a good book. Its also located right by the park and between two community center with is a bonus!

The white boy who works as attendent was so rude. That I gave it up to do a register there.

This is a very good location for me, but it’s uncomfortable and irritating to hear noises especially adults with their phone on with loudspeaker and chatting loudly. We don’t care about others business but this is a library. They should observe silence and be considerate to others who go to library to study. I hope librarians should check this too. I can see that there are previous reviews regarding this already, but until now no changesit’s frustrating if you go to a library and all you can hear are noises. It’s not suitable place to review.

While an okay place to read in a quiet environment, most of the staff are rude, irresponsible, unhelpful and unhinged, where at times they get annoyed for the simplest requests (i.e. Asking for a receipt). Won't be coming here very often at this point, switched my home branch elsewhere.

Lovely bright space. Chairs are comfy and the staff are amazing! Very friendly and approachable. There is a meeting room that is closed and I wish that could be opened up as a quiet study room

The only downside is other patrons have a nasty habit of talking on their phones (loudly) or playing videos without headphones. I don't know if this is a Toronto thing, but it is distracting for those of us who are trying to study for exams

Beautiful place, super clean and very organized. Staff are super helpful and friendly and respectful. Great computer and internet connection, printer is newly updated so I loved the atmosphere and great customer service ️

Great library. Has park behind it; good location; bus route; parking space is just enough for patrons and hrs are good. However they shld hv closures on Saturdays instead of Mondays.

Friendly staff, wide selection of books to choose from, after school programs that my kids love!

One of my favorite places in the neighborhood. Whether i have to study for an upcoming exam or just hang out on a Saturday afternoon catching up on some new reads. Also, the staff is super helpful and trying to answer your questions or resolve issues and also always trying to make you feel welcome.keep up the great work!

Went here when I was younger and it's a really small library. I wanted to get a library card and one of the employees asked if I spoke English.
