Zoe came in recommended by a colleague who worked with me in Dubai. As a new immigrant getting an apartment in toronto is very challenging. Most of the leasing realtors dont entertain applications from new comers. If they do it will be with certain caveats to protect the interest of the landlord.for e.g four to six months rent upfront etc.

We were lucky to have Zoe on our side. She managed to get us an apartment in Mississauga's pristine location, adjacent to square one as per terms that were favourable to us. The building has all the amineites that a family would want and is close to Walmart, clinics, pharmacies, schools, celebration square which is great for children and always has one sort of entertainment going.

Later, if ever we decide to invest in a property, we would have no second thoughts but to have Zoe on our side.

I have my friends and relatives who are also in the process of becoming permanent residents of Canada. Guess who is getting recommended as their realtor. You guessed right. ZOE!

We have recently moved to Canada with our toddler. We were looking for a good place to stay and start our new life.

We wanted a Condo with 2 Beds and 2 Baths. We also wanted something centrally located, close to offices, schools, churches, shopping malls, grocery shopping places and transits to downtown Toronto.

We started looking for condos the very next day after we arrived and saw 2-3 condos a day. Within a week we found a great place specifically suited to all our needs (and within our budget). Zoe D’Cunha worked very hard and put in our offer the very same night which was accepted immediately. She was able to close the deal in 3 weeks (this being in the middle of the Christmas holidays!).

We felt that working with Zoe was such a pleasure because she understood exactly what we needed, and was able to work within our budget and with all our criteria. She worked hard to seek out the best condos on MLS and showed us the same. She was highly motivated and motivated the other party agent to close early. She was very efficient through this entire process.

We have moved in to our new home and are very happy. It is perfect! All thanks to Zoe for such a wonderful job.
