Toronto Sleep Institute - Thornhill

I had a great experience. Michelle was doing a great job explaining the process, hooking up the equipment and everything else. Not the easiest way to sleep but that's part of the gig.

I had a surprisingly good experience, mostly because the gentleman who took care of me was pleasant and transparent and responsive.

Came for a sleep study. Waiting 1 hour at the reception, nothing happening yet.

Very unorganized. They are not reliable at all. They do whatever they want.
