Excellent service on my old 2007 Toyota Tacoma. It took a few attempts to organize the appointment but was very efficient once on site. Since I am working from home, it was easy for me to review the progress and make decisions as issues arose. All the other suppliers were more expensive and wanted the truck for between 4 and 24 hours which was not practical. Home service is a great option if the weather is suitable.

Called to get my front windshield replaced on a Tuesday afternoon. We were all done by Thursday morning. Fast and reliable. I called around and they offered the best price for door to door service

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I am writing this as I feel others should be made aware, as this kind of treatment of a customer is not acceptable. Also, just the shear effort in time and communication that it took to bring this to a close.
Upon paying extra to get a premium windshield installed, it was found that the first one had distortion. The exact make of windshield was “Saint-Gobain Sekurit, ” a direct oem replacement for my VW Jetta. I had emailed and called the owner, and asked him to come by to verify on site. He did, and I followed up by email to ensure that there was clear communication.
I then waited about a month, and heard nothing back. I again contacted the owner over email, and was given a story that their distributor needs to place an order. This went on for a bit, and I finally responded with that either they will have this windshield by a certain date or not. And if not what are the options.
Almost another month went by, and I emailed the owner again and got a reply that a windshield will be onsite within a week or so. I made an appointment, and I was asked to visit his distributor onsite.
The day of the appointment, the owner was not there and I had to call to find out if he was coming. He finally did arrive quite late, and was extremely upset at the time. Told me that the windshield he will be giving me is not what I asked for but a “Nordglass” variant. Also became extremely unprofessional, and stated that this windshield cost him in around $1500 (For a VW Jetta?), and that it’s all in my head with the distortion. This is obviously after he confirmed earlier himself that the windshield was in fact distorted. Essentially started gaslighting, with extreme lack of honesty, integrity and any sense of decency towards a customer.
I went ahead with the replacement as was hoping to have a non-distorted windshield, but hand in hand the rudeness continued. While I was sitting the in back of the vehicle and the owner was finishing up installation of the plastic housing around the rear view mirror, I heard plastic cracking and snapping. This wasn’t the case with the first windshield installation so I just took note of it. Upon finishing the installation, it was again noticed that now the second windshield had another defect where there was a line running through the windshield vertically. At this point the owner agreed to give me my money back, and he insisted he would have to remove the windshield himself.
Later that same day while driving the vehicle back home, I noticed pieces of plastic on my dash, console and front seat area. These were little bits of plastic that looked like hooks. I then noticed the mirror housing coming apart where you could see these bits of plastic came from. There was no plastic bits in my car prior to installation of windshield and mirror housing was in perfect condition. As I saw it during initial windshield installation. This is also not to mention pieces of rubber gasket that were left in the vehicle after installation – just a complete lack of care. Please take a look at the photos for the damage to plastic that I am referring to.
At this point I decided to call around and get other shops opinions. It was obvious what was happening here, and I was told by other shops that it was hard to get so many windshields with distortion so there had to be an underlying issue here. Not to mention breaking plastic.
I chose another shop, made the appointment and called the owner to confirm so he can be onsite to remove his windshield. The day of the appointment, I showed the owner the impact of him mishandling the plastic housing for the mirror. I asked if he is going to take responsibility for what he created, and he said he will not and did not care. Proceeded with removing the windshield, with still the same attitude as earlier. Finally upon completion, provided an etransfer refund for the windshield.
Once I got my windshield installed at this new place, I had no issues, no distortion and was treated with respect.

Had to replace the front windshield of my 2018 Civic. Faisal gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing it in my driveway. Explained the difference between OEM glass and after market and “OEM approved” glass which is just after market glass really. I went with OEM quality. This takes a couple of days to order from the dealer. Arrived bang on time and finished sooner than he said he would be done. My car has sensors and he calibrated those right there in the driveway. It’s been a month and no problems. Highly recommended.

The rear window in the liftgate of my Ford Explorer exploded. I called around to get prices and found that Swift Auto Glass was the best price by a difference of hundreds of dollars. Faisal came right to my drive way and despite the bitter cold and wind, he had the window replaced in a matter of hours. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing when taking the liftgate apart and reassembling. Definitely recommend this company. Don't waste your time with corporate shops like Speedy or Apple. Swift Auto Glass is all you need!

I was driving too close to a tractor trailer and got hit with a stone, resulting in a chip on my windshield. I contacted Swift Auto Glass and had a great experience. Faisal responded to my inquiry right away. He came next day and fixed the chip. Service was quick but did not feel rushed, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the service and will no doubt be calling Faisal next time this inevitably happens again.

I was driving on the 401 behind a truck when a stone came out flying and chipped my windshield. By the time I got back home, I had a crack across the whole front windshield.
