Toronto Vasectomy Clinics

This place is a disaster on how they conduct themselves on returning phone calls and/or any other form of communication. I have made numerous calls and emails and NONE have been returned. Don't waste your time with this clinic!

Doctor referral sent months ago, multiple voice messages and emails with no reply. Not sure this place is even open?

I sent quite a few emails and voice mails to this clinc. My doctor has faxed the referral since July and I still have not received a response. Unfortunately this experience seems to align with the most recent reviews. Very disappointing.

Would give 0 stars if I could, emailed them multiple times, called a dozen times, had a referral faxed to them twice, and left multiple voicemails with no response. It's almost like they don't want our business, so I guess we just shouldn't give them any at all.

Have sent multiple requests to their email and have left messages a couple of times to see if they have received my referral. I have recieved zero communication from email or had a call back.

Very unsterile! I developed an infection after coming to this place. Would not recommend them at all

I went in for the procedure and went to LifeLabs to test for the results. They sent the report and results back to the TVC office and I called in about a dozen times and left multiple emails. A few emails received a response with requests for additional information. I had provided my name, DOB, address, OHIP card number, date and time of appointment, etc. Nothing seemed to produce a response. I am now going to my doctor to get another form and will work with my doctor and LifeLabs directly to see if the procedure actually worked. So if you would like to go through the pain of the procedure but not understand your results, this is the place for you.

Left countless emails, dr has sent referrals quite a few times to this clinic however they have not responded back to me and it's been over 4 months. They have too much pride and pick and choose who they want to contact. I'd think twice about sending any referrals to them or you'll just end up being disappointed. Shame on them!

Clinic took about a month and a half to get back to my e-mail and phone calls. Doctor sent the referral at the end of February and the clinic let me know in April that they never received a referral. Granted the clinic is currently trying to resolve the issue, but the wait time for communication could be improved.

Unfortunately I am disappointed with the clinic, I sent the required form and requested an appointment On Jan. 24, after almost three months and despite numerous follow ups via emails and voice messages they didn’t get back to me.

Great location and easy to find. Waiting area could use a personal touch. BOTH doctors were pleasant and to the point. The male doctor was patient and answered questions. Procedure was relatively quick. Down time was minimal.

Had my procedure done yesterday. Very happy with Dr Bertucci. Top knotch professional, confident in his delivery, knowledgeable, assertive. We chatted during the procedure and he got my mind off of it.

I had an excellent experience here. The doc that did my procedure was very kind, knowledgeable and walked me through everything that would happen. There was very mild pain when the freezing was placed but it was over very quickly. The whole process taking just over an hour in and out. I would highly recommend this clinic if you're thinking of getting a vasectomy.
