Lying pieces of garbage. They said Dr. Alicia Rodrigues was accepting new patients - that's a lie. I called and left a message. No one replied. I called, reception has an attitude problem. She needs an attitude adjustment. I asked why no one called back, she says they're too busy. Then she says the wait list is 1 year in order to be seen! Stay away from this clinic.

Years of coming here snd for the most part the visits have been good. The doctor is 80% always 5 to 15 minutes late so give yourself some extra time to get to your next appointment. If you are late by 5 or 10 minutes you will be charged and the appointment folks never call for reminders nor do they remind you to bring s mask. I am looking for better Healthcare elsewhere.

I've been a patient at this clinic for about 6-7 years. Dr. Weiss was wonderful doctor; since he relocated I've been a patient of Dr. Rajabalee, He too goes the extra mile.
The downfall of this clinic is front desk. Though there are a few great girls, some of the other front desk staff are genius at making things difficult and unpleasant.

My family and I have been patients of TWM for almost 7 years. Our Dr. (Turchin) is wonderful! There is hardly a wait when we have an appointment and we always receive quick and compassionate care. The office is a busy one, but I have never had an issue with the front desk staff. I speak to them respectfully and they're helpful.

The staff here especially one doctor and the front desk do not care about you at all. They will talk to you sarcastically, not give you a straight answer, and talk back to you.
I do not recommend this clinic at all!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Malayil and the entire staff at Toronto West Medical. They are always helpful, and easy to deal with (and Dr. Malayil is kind, intelligent, professional and easy to talk to). Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Turchin is an amazing Doctor. I am surprised to see so many people complaining about the receptionists. They have always been friendly and efficient in my dealings with them!

Dr. Brown is the best family doctor we have ever had for myself, my (twice-pregnant) wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and soon another baby. He is extremely thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. If he doesn't know something, he will take the time to look it up before opining. He has even called me a week after an appointment to correct something he told me but then later found out more information. I never have any doubt that he will provide the best treatment and advice as he is extremely research- and fact-based in his approach. However, he also understands that medical care can be a personal choice, so he will readily defer to us as the parents on how we want to proceed with treatment for ourselves or our children. Couldn't recommend him more! And have always had a great experience with the staff and booking appointments. Some of the comments on here are wrong; they do allow you to see a different doctor if yours isn't available. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for an appointment. Dr. Brown has literally never been late or overly delayed for an appointment time slot. All around, incredibly positive experiences and I recommend Dr. Brown to anyone and everyone.

I arrived and was immediately greeted with a friendly receptionist, who took my information and told me where to go. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very accommodating and listened to what I said. I'm happy to say I have a new doctor.

I've been a patient for 6+ years and the Doctors have been great, no complaints, keep up the good work guys!

Called to make an urgent appointment for my 4-year-old daughter but was told by a very unfriendly receptionist that it would have to wait 2 weeks as all appointments are full. I have been 4 years with this clinic and usually they have time slots for urgent matters such as fever and colds on the same day or next. When I tried to explain that she interrupted me and I got annoyed, as this is extremely rude. No empathy or social skills! Obviously, I can go to a hospital, but that’s for emergencies only. So, if your doctor can't see you when you or your family is sick, what’s the point of going there. My husband called 5 minutes later and was told by another staff member that we could go to an after-clinic for an appointment. No consistency whatsoever. Finding another clinic.
