This organization is truly amazing
Such Passionate people that help wild animals as much as they can.
A very wonderful organization with the work they do.
All the staff/volunteers I have encountered are very pleasant and so very compassionate.
I called about a raccoon that was on our roof and clearly needed help!
They responded to me within two hours
They came out on the coldest day

I FOUND AN OWL ON THE GROUND WHERE I WORK, AND FOUND OUT I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO TORONTO WILDLIFE. THEY SHOULD PUT ON THEIR WEBSITE, THAT THEY DON'T DO PICKUPS FOR INJURED ANIMALS

These People are Amazing and deserve all the Donations we can give so they can continue to do the Amazing work they do, saving all those poor suffering Animals in their Care!

Most awful organization. If your intentions are to foster a rescue/rehabilitation, I DO NOT recommend bringing animals here. Please do your research and ask very specific questions before leaving animals with them. In my opinion they are more about ‘animal control’ than rescue/rehabilitation. They will euthanize, unnecessarily. I believe they do not have resources to treat/rehabilitate, but do not make this known. Had the most awful, heart wrenching and entirely unnecessary experience with them.

I needed some help with wild baby rabbits I found near my house. The Toronto Wildlife Centre reached back to me in a very timely manner (even though this is a busy season for them) and provided me with great information and helped me deal with the rabbits in a safe and humane way. They immediately put me at ease about the safety of the rabbits and helped me find a suitable solution that would be the best option for the baby rabbits.i would highly recommend this place for anyone having wildlife questions, concerns or troubles Toronto Wildlife Centre is the best place to contact. DO NOT contact your local animal shelter for wildlife animals they are not equipped to handle wild animals and will most likely euthanize them. Thank you Toronto Wildlife Centre for your help and service.

Amazing place, if you are given a chance to help a wild animal in distress what do you do, this group of unpaid guys, and gals will deal with it.government should be giving way more money to Toronto wild life center

Toronto wildlife centre does there very best always, they often require volunteers and I highly recommend apply for this amazing opportunity. While Toronto wildlife often get swampt they try their very best to take it all they can and or offer alternatives.
They have taken in a native turtle I found on the road, she later safely gave birth in their care and they incubated the eggs to make sure that they had a good start.

They took in an injured little baby rabbit. Rehabilitated it and re-released it in its home area. They even sent me a postcard and update. They are true heroes.

They cared for months for a severely injured pigeon I found. It was amazing to hear all the updates of him slowly recovering, even when nobody knew if he would be able to make it, and seeing how much will to live that little guy had. Thanks to all who cared for him.

I found two baby pigeons in a cardboard box in the parking lot, clearly taken off someone’s balcony and left to die. After I got them into a clean, warm, safe space, I left a message with TWC and they called me back in less than two hours to get more information and ask for photos and videos. I was so happy when they told me they could take the babies in! I just had to get them there the next morning. Couldn’t believe they took pigeons! The staff were prepared for their arrival and walked us through what their next month or so would be like and provided me with their ID numbers so I could call for updates on them. So thankful those cuties will be well cared for until they’re big enough to fly off. Thank you SO much to everyone at TWC!

I volunteered with TWC a few years ago, in their wildlife nursery. I only left because my schedule became too tight. I'd go back in a flash if I had the time. Lovely people, excellent facilities, and exceptional commitment to animal welfare.

I loved working there for Co-op, An absolutely wonderful place with amazing people! Thank you to my supervisors Glenda and Lacey ann for everything and I hope to work here again when I have the chance! God bless.
