Order came in perfect condition, everything arrived as promised and shipping was quick and smooth even during the holidays. Will definitely be getting more in the future.
First time I ordered the mystery box.i got 2. Very nice quality of the red dot scopes, luv the swag that came along with the items nice tactical flash light
Received package 2 days faster than expected date. Package had zero damage. Shows everyone that toronto airsoft wasted no time. Extremely happy. Would recommend to anyone needing to buy items to use toronto airsoft.
I just bought my first Co2 pistol using their online store, and they have awesome service. The customer support is very approachable, I will definitely buy here again for my first rifle.
Worse airsoft company in Toronto, the customer service is horrible and sells broken guns to new comers! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they are scams and ask around you’ll hear the same thing.
Guys, please update the content on your website and fill in information and add more pictures of products. I see couple of inaccurate descriptions and lack of info and pictures. I wanted to an get an E&C rifle which even has an youtube video on your channel and when I walked in to the store and asked to see the product, it’s stock and mag design are so different and cheaper than that of pictures on website. Then I decided not to buy it.
Slow to ship out but once shipped it was fast. Asked a question about muzzle, they came back with wrong answer, made be buy a part for nothing. Gun has an issue with the gearbox 1 week in and they don't even handle return or fixes, they refer you to distributor so anybody would be better off ordering from another Canadian distributor instead of them. Very annoying as a customer.
I only give this place a 4 out of 5 because the website needs to have some work done. A lot of out of stock products and no way to filter it so makes finding things a bit tough at times to the point I'll shop other places.
Worst policy. Bought two guns, one has a problem, im returning the second one still new unopened and asking for refund. Unfortunately they don't do refund.
Nice place and really strategic map. Nice game modes and cool scenarios every time. Good for beginners and experienced players. Highly recommend this place. Admissions are expensive though.
Great customer service, very helpful and prices are decent too. I recommend them for all you airsoft needs. Thanks guys, my son was exploding with joy from your recommendation!
I am not sure what kind of business has hours of operation but are not open. I drove an hour and a half to be greeted by a closed door. No one answers the phone. If I'm to assume the showroom is closed if no one answers then I assume your shop is run by a bunch of tools as well. I'm afraid to place an order online as I'm not sure their inventory is up to date. But based off my first experience I'll take their in-stock with a grain of salt.
Additionally, their YouTube channel advertises guns that aren't in stock. The latest one being off a sub machine gun posted YESTERDAY. Is it in stock? No. Is there a link? No. It's almost like their YouTube channel Is for showing off their own private collection of guns and their in-store range and nothing more.
Steer clear of this place. It's like dealing with Hero Outdoors in Oshawa.
Suggestion to the owners: CLOSE YOUR RETAIL STORE AND DO ONLINE ONLY. You're obviously not capable of running a business at hours that are convenient for people who work. Also, you're closed on the weekend? Why? Close during the week and open Saturday and Sunday. Or does all your clientele work fast food hours? To say I'm angry is an understatement. It just baffles me how the website or the non-showroom stays up with such a Lax work ethic. I guess nepotism might be necessary to gain access to the showroom.
. Go with Andy airsoft or camouflage or even replica airguns instead. Don't waste your time or money here. Your money means nothing to the owners if they can't even update a social media post or set up a Voicemail saying they're closed. No respect for Consumer's time and money.
They're closed till Feb 1st and apparently didn't feel the need to post that ANYWHERE on their website. Drove almost 2 hours just to get here. What a waste
Horrible online customer service as well as repair service. Went to get the bolt fixed on my airsoft gun, got no contact for months until finally being told they could not fix it, gave it back to me with missing parts and is now not worth it to fix for the price. Went to complain online and got a horrible response not addressing any of the issues I conveyed and haven't gotten a reply now in over a week.
Will be my go to location from now on. They know their stuff and are brutally honest when asked their opinion, which is a money saver in this sport. Ray at the counter, exchanged a product under warranty with no issues. Trip to T. O was worth it, thank you for the great costumer service.
If you can, try to pick up instore, they use canada post (worst company ever) and you’ll regret ever using it.trust me, its not worth the extra 10-30$ for shipping when you can pick it up in store and not get it broken by some bad delivery driver paid minimum wage.overall though the product and customer service was good.
Purchased my first Airsoftgun from these guys excellent customer service reliable highly recommended yet to visit the shop but I live in the area and looking forward to it
Not bought from torontoairsoft, they give no after sales service and they are crosseur. 25% less on my return because I threw away the box of my extra magazine. I didn't think my gun would have failed so I threw away the extra magazine box but I still had everything else.it takes 25% off my store credit.
I purchased some products from Toronto Airsoft as a new player to the hobby. Toronto Airsoft offers a wide range of products of various price ranges for the novice and the experienced player alike. The website was somewhat difficult to navigate since there are various approaches to writing product descriptions that change brand-to-brand and product-to-product. Consequently, it was sometimes difficult to tell what products had which features and aside from common brand names, difficult to tell which products were compatible with each other which as I have come to understand, is important to know when purchasing airsoft products. Once I figured out what I wanted it was a very smooth transaction experience with an easy checkout system, quick order processing and shipping. Aside from the somewhat daunting website, this was a very positive shopping experience. I was able to call and ask questions about some of the items I was interested, and their staff were very patient and understanding of my inexperience. In the future, I will definitely consider being an in-store customer here to overcome the inconsistency of the website.
Overall. Nothing impressive. Nor to the point that I would say “Bad”. Website for sure sucks.
Customer service is below par. After payment processed. Couple days later then ask me to do age verification. Shouldn’t that be done prior to process the payment!?
Just not a “smooth” transaction experience. If I rather order from out of Province and wait for shipping.that says a lot.
Should definitely trying to improve all aspects of the operation
The helper helped me with the product and they gave me an extra magazine due to a small Malfunction of the rifle and with the warranty I got a new part for the malfunctioning part of the Chamber and I am satisfied now.
I had no idea why it was misfiring but I found out why and it was the Chamber.
But with the New Chamber Part I Will Reassemble and make it work!
Avoid Toronto Airsoft at all costs. This company will take your money and not give a damn if you receive a broken product from them. Listen to the negative reviews as they are all expressing very similar frustrations that I experienced when dealing with this lame excuse of a business.
Just tried to place an order but because i do not drive i can not order it then i get my gf whos id is valid and dose drive for u to cancel anyway not fix my order and be completley usless as towards helping me repramend my order to get it on time
Honestly I see a bunch of bad reviews but the products got here really fast and were very good qualuty. Maybe they were a bit overpriced but if you look at any sort of specialized store like this one in Canada stuff is gonna be over priced cause they gotta make money. It's that or you can pay for shipping for Europe or the states and pay duties. Overall they were really fast, guns were shipped nicely. The only thing is, they never sent me a confirmation email or tracking or anything at all about the guns. You just have to go to your account and click on your profile and track it from there.
Contacted re: general sales inquiry - they responded one week later (by then I already purchased a gun) about what was available in stock at the showroom so I dropped in to visit (with a new wishlist). Nice selection of guns and gear; purchased new attachments (two Fortis shift skeleton grips, two slings) and was looking at optics/mount as well - staff was very helpful in exploring my options while respecting the budget and no pressure for the sale. They also gave referral to another local airsoft store within the area for more options first, before committing. The store was a little tricky to locate, covid rules are 2 customers at a time, and you're access is restricted to front entrance (no browsing: check online first - when you visit, know what your looking for). And they are only open Thursday/Friday 11: 30am - 5: 30pm.
4 stars for good in-person service and stock. Missing star due to the limited hours (and consequently longer response times online).
If you're in the area (at the right time) and you play airsoft, this place is worth checking out.
Sometimes good sometimes meh. Got a few lemons from them but they replaced it with slight hassle. Just make sure to read their return and warranty policy before you buy, as you should with any store anyways. They've definitely improved a lot since I first got into airsoft about 7 years ago.
I'm rating the store a 5 star as I have not been in the store physically everytime I have a question on Facebook or over the phone they always try their very best to be clear and informative and I cant be more great full. I just recently made my first order of what I thought would have been one of many. I had some concerns about my order and unfortunately was put into contact with a person named "Rick" on the support team. This is where the experience took a turn for the worst. Rick needs to be reminded every customer no matter how big or small the purchase each customer should be treated with respect and dignity. Not feel intimidated to email in to ask question. The guys at Toronto air soft the REAL face of the company deserve a pat on the back. Communication and people coaching may be beneficial for some individuals dealing with customer service. Thank you so much for your time.
Went in to buy a scope instead of getting one online, so I was able to see the reticle and the rings of the glass. It was an absolute shock when he said he can't turn any of them on for me as they don't have the batteries!? !? I asked politely if there was one in the shop maybe. I just became a simple no even after stressing that it was the only reason I was there and I was willing to spend $70-200 on a scope. I literally said if I can't turn it on why not buy it online for $10 cheaper (I received a blank stare) The 2 stars are for the reason they have a decent selection. I also asked to look at stocks again they said oh these won't work for your gun.after consulting with other experts it was clear that all the m4 stocks would fit.terrible customer service.if another store has what you want, GO THERE!
I got my first gun here and they directed me toward a WE g18c which broke because of shooting it in full auto which I was not warned against doing. The first aeg they sold me was decent but did end up broken after not long. I then bought a helmet here not too long ago and had it shipped, it took them two weeks just to accept my money order then another two weeks to ship it out.compared to AirsoftDepot which has taken four days to ship me my new pack. I am very disappointed in the time it took TA to process my order and have it shipped and somewhat disappointed with the type of gun that I was referred to which I later was told and now know is not a very good pistol especially if you do not know how to tech a pistol at all yet. The aeg I got was decent but it had a 8 inch handguard and I was do new I didnt think it was that short compared to other guns, I told them that I played in the outdoors mostly and some cqc. I tried to explain that I would most likely mount accessories on it too like a peq15, sf scout and an angled grip which I didnt know the names of too well yet so I just said I'd be mounting a few things on it then tried to describe them. I think I should have been shown some longer guns since I said I'd be playing outside alot and definitely not directed to the WEtech G18C. I hope this was a one time experience but I have since started going to AD and they greet me by name and are very nice to me and actually bring the new guns out to show me like the pts centurion last time I was there. I like TA but this was a bad experience that lead to me finding AD and I am kind of glad it happened. I hope you all have a better time with them but if not then come to AD.
I am aware this is entirely my own, and Canada posts fault, but the level of snark I received from their online department, specifically a employee named Matt, regarding a incomplete address, has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is a shame as previously I have had nothing but good experiences buying from you guys in the past, but will now be shying away from this place in the future.
Update: They have permanently blocked me from viewing the site or responding to their messages. My advice is to take your business else where as this company is apparently being run by immature, incompetent, rude, and snarky individuals.
Amazing store with friendly and helpful staff. I bought a mystery box way back and it was the most fun I've had unboxing anything. That includes Christmas.
Easily the best airsoft shop in Canada. I don"t live in Toronto but they ship all across Canada. There is a shop in my town but its the only one so they over charger you for everything but one day I overheard some people talking about it my local field so i decided to buy a few things. I have told my friends about this place and one of them recently bought a new gun from you guys. This place has major brand name things like G&G, Tokyo Marui, Elite Force the list goes on. Since you they have such major brand name things you would think they would charge a fortune, but its actually pretty afordable. I would give this place 5 stars and recomend to anyone!
Bought my first AEG from here. Order it online and it arrived really quickly. Everything I've order has always been in perfect condition. I need to visit the store location to check it out. Follow them on YouTube as well. Great videos and very helpful.
Tl;dr bit pricey, friendly and knowledgeable staff, aesthetically pleasing storefront, shooting range (!)
Products are priced higher than some other stores in the GTA. The store itself is easily accessible by most means of transportation, but is somewhat hard to find because it's all the way in the back of the plaza. The store itself however, is well lit and has stuff lined all along the walls for you to easily view. The staff give great advice and are extremely friendly but you may have to be a little patient at peak hours when the store is more populated. They'll even recommend gear to you if you're on the fence about something, or not sure what you're looking for. Guns and gear are great and they have a shooting range for you to test a gun before you decide if you want to buy it or not.
I have ordered many times from their online store. Everything comes in perfect condition and exactly as described. And they are very prompt with sending it out for shipping. Lastly their prices are fantastic!
Friend showed me this place to get me into airsoft, I buy all my gear here people here are friendly and welcoming new people.they showed me how to shoot too
These guys are the real deal! Always great customer service and very helpful! Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable in Airsoft, they can definitely help you clear up any questions you have about it. Very wide selection of airsoft guns and gear, would definitely recommend checking them out!
One of my favorite stores. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They guys know their stuff. I recommend Toronto Airsoft to all players with all skill levels. They have items for all price points.
Great store to buy a huge amount of gear. Rating it 4 star because I had a slightly bad experience with their customer service. Other than that, I recommend.
