If I can rate this place more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I have a 72v chi max battery and i took it to some other place to have it soldered and they did a very bad job.after a few days of usage, connector came right off and was a horrible experience from that other place. I took it to TorontoPWC, they fixed it so quickly i was shocked that they did it that fast. Not only did they fix it so fast, but looking at my Connection now ive never seen anything more professionally done ever in my life. This place is more than amazing. Anything Surron, Talaria, Powersports, Dirt bikes, etc etc, Come to this place forsure.

The service has been outstanding and they clearly new how to trouble shoot the issues on my Seadoo Trixx.

I will be doing annual service here going forward.

I called them last minute for a seadoo coolant drain plug, they had them in stock and they took really care of me. Theyvare super friendly and very knowledgeable, better than the dealer, definitely recommend

Don’t hesitate! This is the perfect place to bring ur jetski.
I took my RXTX to get repaired by Tim and Rich and they have done such clean work in a short period of time. Why go to a dealer and wait for 2-3 months while these guys got the job done in 2-3 weeks.

These guys did nice work on my machine and they are knowledge in what they do.

Super happy with the level of customer service from Jim and Rich. I bought a brand new trailer from Toronto PWC, and picked it up the other day. Jim and Rich made it easy for me to come pick up the trailer even though I live out of town. They went far beyond expectations to accommodate me and I am truly grateful for their level of customer service.
As a first time PWC owner Jim also gave me a ton of advice to ensure my days out on the water were safe and fun for everyone. I am really looking forward to this summer with me new trailer and PWC!
The trailer makes the whole set up look so much more beautiful with the alloy wheels and the black powder coated frame.
I'll definitely be recommending TorontoPWC to my friends and family when they're looking for a place to get service done, rent a PWC or buy parts!

Since I bought my talaria sting from pwc inc I’ve had the best experience and help from the guys there awesome’ they have helped me with any questions I’ve had and also I bought a KO controller from them and they helped me set it up to my liking and they also helped with the bypass of my battery… I’m a costumer for life’ simply awesome.

Went there to get work done to my brand new machine and I will tell you all this I will be going back to this place the service is incredible and prices are amazing these guys can do anything there is to do on a jet ski thank you guys I am very impressed! P.s I highly recommend this place!

Went in to buy a Talaria Sting but had a few doubts and questions. The owner was very informative and upfront and answered all questions I had. Been a month now since I bought the bike and it’s the most fun thing ever!

This is our second time dealing with PWC. If I could give a higher rating than 5 star, I most certainly would. The machine we rented was amazing and the service was professional. We will definitely return next year.

My husband and I had an amazing time. No issues with the seadoo. Tim and his staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The best jet skii repair ship in town! Wanted to go in the water with the family but got a rope stuck in my Seadoo and these guys fixed it asap! Also another advantage was that they were so close to Humber Bay river loading dock

I rented a Sea Doo last weekend from TorontoPWC and the experience could have not been any better! It was my first time renting a Sea Doo, and Tim at TorontoPWC made the complete experience smooth and easy!

Upon pickup, Tim gave me a rundown on the complete machine, how everything works, where everything is, and some tips. I have riden a jet ski once a few years ago, but it was a good refresh for those who have never been on one or those with limited experience.

The machine I rented was Sea Doo GTX Pro in brand-new condition and operated without any issues or hicups throught the rental period. The Sea Doo was equiped with a speaker system which made the whole experience that much better!

I highly recomend TorontoPWC for all your Sea Doo rental and repair needs.

Tim provides an exceptional service he delivered the jetski dock to our marina fast and effectively and gave us some advice about being on the water as well. Definitely going to use him going forward for anything related to our seadoos

Tim and Richard are very professional, they made sure I knew my product and everything I needed to know about it. Very statisfied and highly recommend!

Bought 2 seadoos off The boys from TorontoPWC over 4 years ago that We have put over 150 hours on. Any issues we have had such as the mistake of sucking up a rope or seat upholstery repair they have always been there to help out.

Rich answered all the questions I had and even more. I was a very happy customer leaving there shop. I’ll be taking my seadoos to them in the future for the work I need.

Definitely the best repair shop in all of Canada. They do better quality work for better prices than even the dealerships. 10/10 will continue to use them for years to come.

Just had both me and the wife's seadoo's in to get fixed and decided to tune them with Toronto PWC while they were there as well to 110hp I honestly could of asked for better service! They got the seadoos ready for us early as hell! And quickly worked on them so we can take them away for the few days that we needed them for! THE MACHINES HONESTLY SOUND AMAZING AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! The customer service was the best I have ever seen and I can not wait to bring the seadoos back and get more work done on them by these guys! Honestly the most best people I have ever met! You don't want to go anywhere else to get your seadoos fixed! Thank you guys so much again for everything we truly appreciate it and can't wait to work with you guys in the future

I am one of the owners of Ontario Jet Ski Rentals, and I would just like to take some time to write a review about Toronto PWC. Tim and the other employees treated me with nothing but respect, and were completely honest about what had to be done to my seadoo. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and they even went out of their way to show me the broken parts that needed to be fixed (impeller and wear ring). They will continue to be my go to company for any service I need in the future.

Very good and helpful service! Toronto PWC helped my family and I find the docks we needed for our jetskis and when we went to pick them up, they helped loading and sending us off on our way afterwards. The process of getting the docks was easy and they were very understanding if we needed to change something regarding an order. I would recommend this place if you are looking for helpful, fast and an enjoyable experience when buying things for your water needs.

Just had My supercharger Rebuilt with Toronto PWC, They're very friendly super knowledgeable And really quick Getting the work done. I would definitely recommend Them, And I'll be using their services again For sure.

Don’t normally write reviews but I thought I’d take a minute and just write a quick one about Richard and his staff at Toronto PWC. He and his staff were extremely helpful and professional. I called looking for a two in one trailer. I was in a pinch because I was picking up a second ski on the weekend and they were all sold out so Richard went out of his way and sold me his own personal one. Richard thank you so much for everything you’ve done and I will definitely be back for parts accessories and maintenance on my two skis. I would totally recommend this shop for anybody looking for trailers and service.

Mailed them 2 superchargers to get rebuilt since I live on the west coast of Canada. Exceptionally fast turn around time. Would highly recommend them for all your pwc needs!

Great experience dealing with TorontoPwC. Service was excellent with great communication along the process. We had 2 seadoos to winterize and one required repairs and they did a phenomal job. Highly recommend and will use again next season.

I just did an ECU upgrade on my Spark. Made a big difference in the performance. Service was quick, and the guys were cool and super knowledgeable about getting the right stuff for my machine.

This is the only place I’ll be going to till the day I die. These guys are very knowledgeable with everything to do with pwc. They take care of the seadoos as if it’s their own. Came here already 3 times this past summer so far (summer tune up, rocks stuck in prop by my gf, and the last time was my mistake by hydrolocking the engine) and each time I’m greeted, have a quick convo with them and then we discuss what’s wrong with the seadoo. These guys are very friendly, they DONT rush you and tell you to leave because they are busy, they give you advise on how to treat your pwc better, and do not cut any corners.

Brought them my brothers wrecked seadoo trixx, which was crashed into by another seadooer today. While my mechanic friends all said it’s a write off, Rich and Tim said they’ll have it fully repaired in a few weeks when parts come in.

Richard from Toronto PWC is an apsoult legend. Always coming in clutch when needed and the work that comes out of that shop is the best in Ontario by far and I have been to a few other PWC shops/dealerships in Ontario and will now see Richard and the guys any chance I get and im even a hour drive to seen him but the work and customer service makes it all worth the drive. Nothing but class from them time and time again. Highly recommend them to anyone with a pwc for all your service needs. And they also have a really nice fleet of rental Seadoo's at fair rates.

Amazing customer services from Richard and his team at TorontoPWC. I called Richard and he booked me for service the next day for my broken linkage arm on my 2010 RXTX-260. He replaced it with in 1 hour which was amazing as I did not have to leave my machine for days or weeks as it happens with most of shops. He was very detailed and went over the scope of work with me which was very nice.

He fixed few other minor issues and gave me a great deal on original seadoo cover.

Ever heard that saying "buyer be ware"?
It should say buyer be here!
After having my two salt water used machines at a marina in northern Ontario for 7 weeks they informed me that any repairs were above and beyond them and it would not be worth repairing them.but they did do maintenance and charge me $800.00 to tell me.
The talents of Toronto Pwc came into play when I took the two skis to them to be evaluated.
They were so thorough it amazed me. They diagnosed the overheating issue, gave me a fantastic price and carried out expert repairs. During the water test a separate problem eas diagnosed and I was advised right away. That led to a firther delay but it was the right thing to do to keep me safe and satisfied as a customer.
The expertise is worth every penny and more.
Kudos to honest reliable trustworthy people. Dont make the mistake I did at first, go to the experts.

Don’t make the same mistake I did and let yourself worried by the front of the shop they just moved to this new location in Etobicoke.

In the shop behind I found two great gentlemen who did a very professional job on my jetboat at a very reasonable cost. I watch them working and they were very meticulous, knowledgeable and left my boat clean.

I am very satisfied with the work they did and I will go back for sure for all my maintenance.

I rented a seadoo from these guys this past summer. The staff is arrogant and as far as I'm concerned ignorant. They talk down to you and over charge. They tried to sell me a unit that had a bad engine and told me it would be fine after they fixed it. I met the guy who ended up buying it and he explain that it was a total night mare. The worst purchasing experience ever. In the end he sold the machine and cut his losses. I strongly suggest you don't do business with these guys!

I had emailed them on a Sunday about winterizing my Sea Doo and within 20 minutes I was on the phone with Richard to arrange a time to drop it off at the shop. He was extremely helpful and they certainly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They really put the customer first, and the work was great as well. I will only be going to them in the future.
