I went for my second round of botox with Dr. Tosoni in the fall. The results were much more subtle than I had hoped so I booked a touchup 2 weeks in but saw zero difference afterward, which makes me doubt that any product was actually administered during the touchup. Overall, my botox results lasted only 7 weeks. I've had botox done at other clinics and the results lasted 4-6 months.

My mom had the same experience recently; the effects of a pricey botox treatment of over 60 units are already wearing off less than 6 weeks in. We are both extremely dissatisfied and have spent over $1200 between the two of us. A friend (who I'm afraid I had referred) has had the exact same experience getting fillers here - she sees zero difference after a $1000+ treatment.

I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

I love coming here for my medical cosmetic treatments like botox, PRP and lasers. I have had Botox from Dr. Tosoni and Dr. Fisher and they are both amazing at what they do! I have been seeing Dr Tosoni over the past two years for botox and skin care products. She has a naturally beautiful look and a genuine way about her that put me at ease right away. As a mother, daughter, wife and Doctor she intuitively knows what most women are looking for. She is an expert in the field of cosmetic dermatology with years of experience that becomes very apparent the minute you feel her touch. Her style is gentle, discreet and reassuring and there is absolutely no pressure at all to buy products or additional services. I’ve been to Dr. Tosoni twice now. I’m always nervous having procedures done but she always makes me feel comfortable. I really trust her and feel great when I leave. She also does a lot of extra courses so she’s always up to date with new techniques/products.

Unfortunately would not recommend. Treats her patients like dollar signs. On to the next. Would not even remember my name after several appointments with her. I’ve spoken to a few of her patients as well and we can all agree there is no care, no customer service and definitely no client satisfaction in her services. If my barista at Starbucks can remember my name it would be nice if my service provider who charges top dollar in Ottawa can do the same. There are FAR better clinics in Ottawa and I’m thankful to have found someone else.

I have been to this clinic multiple times now and I have several more appointments booked and I'm bringing a friend in for a new consult next week. I am by nature a very cautious woman, I have a lot of experience with doctors and I was nervous going in to my first consult. From the first phone call I felt more at ease with Catherine talking to me in her bright and happy voice. Dr Tosoni herself is calm and easy to talk to. She listened to me patiently, no rushing, and I felt that confident in the information that she gave me that I immediately booked 2 apts for 2 different procedures. I expected that she would do one thing (based on social media) and she explained why she would do it another way, and her way was perfect for me. In fact, after Dr Tosoni had done one side of my face she handed me a mirror to see the effect and as soon as I saw my face my instant reaction was tears. It was that powerful on me. I had a follow up apt with her for fillers and she listened to me and gave me the results of my *dreams*.
I have lived with intense chronic pain for over a decade and it took a toll on my face, making me look sad, tired and in pain all the time. I didn't want my kids to have to look at that even when I felt less pain so I went to visit Dr Tosoni for some help. Her results have made me look healthier, refreshed, awake and back to 'my old self'. She will never overdo your procedure and believes in a natural version of yourself rather than an overdone, obviously worked on face. I will also be having Dr Tosoni do the Botox Headache Protocol on me as well, a switch from my usual chronic pain doctor.
It takes trust to allow a doctor to inject into your face and I innately trusted her. She has a kind nature, with a family-oriented demeanour which I love and appreciate. I also worked with Candace for Coolsculpting and she is also so down to earth, easy to talk with and she gives accurate, up to date information. Again it's a trust thing and I had confidence in her and her experience and things are moving along nicely - I just have to wait for the final results to show.
Overall, the office is clean and modern, parking is simple and easy to get to, it's not over crowded to where you feel like just a number - it's personal service from phone call, to arrival, to service, to leaving to follow up if needed. I've had questions on the weekend, or at night and still Dr Tosoni answers me very quickly, though I do say to get back to me at her convenience since it was after hours - she still answered me right away. There is a lot of care and experience at this clinic. I would recommend to any of my friends to go here for excellent results from people you can trust with your face, body and mind. Love! 5* all the way from me.

I have been a client of Dr Tosoni’s for a few years now.  She and her staff are awesome, very responsive, professional and able to tailor quality care and advice based on individual needs.   My goals were -and continue to be- simple, improve the quality of my skin, slow down the aging process without looking odd or overly processed and look like me, the best version of me that is.   There is nothing that turns a customer off more than the product or treatment push, you should buy this or try that.   You will NOT get that with Dr Tosoni, in fact, I was there last November for botox and fillers and she advised me to wait a few more months for the fillers, she felt I looked fine.   Trust is so hard to build and so easy to lose, I only trust Dr Tosoni.

Where do I begin? I am 48 years old. I have tried botox in two other clinics (including one in San Francisco) before coming to your clinic. As I age I seem to have more anxiety around needles. II visited your clinic in Dec for botox. I was blown away at how calm the entire experience was and how it didnt hurt at all. I loved the results. Subtle but I felt better about myself. That said we talked about age and loss of volume. That tired and drawn look. I wanted the "soft lift" but I was terrified. I hate needles. Today I came to your office. The idea was to start with fillers (start of a soft lift) and see how I tolerate things. I was nervous. You communicate well. You are so calm. I was so nervous. We agreed to do step 1. It was so great. So calm. No pain. When you gave me the mirror after step 1 - I was so emotional. I cried. It didnt hurt. I look fresher. I feel better. You did this. We did step 2 and 3! Tonight I feel a tiny bit bruised.and a fresher softer form of me. I dont like it. I love it. I feel confident but not bold looking. I feel like age 48 isn't the time to disappear. I have been seeing Dr. Tosoni for botox and stem cell micro needling. I recently saw her for tear trough fillers. I cannot rant on enough about how pleasant this (and all) experience was with her!
