Maria and her staff are amazing. They have helped me with a number of complicated situations and have repeatedly gone above and beyond in service and problem solving. It is truly night and day from my experiences at that large chain pharmacy throughout Milton.

You delivered medication well after the time you said and well after dark. So much for around 630PM This was after 930 PM! You didn't ring the doorbell and the medication was left to freeze. Frozen medication is not supposed to be used! People are left paying for medication that won't work and now have to get another appointment with their Doctor to get another prescription, and in the meantime is without medication. This didn't happen when you were on Bronte. So the patient is out of money and now has unusable medication (that is not to be frozen). If you can't deliver when you say, then call. You need to make this right. The least you can do is refund the money and transfer the remaining prescriptions to a pharmacy that won't let medication freeze. (The patient is still out prescriptions and medications)

This review is for the dermatologist Dr. Claudia Jimena Posso De Los Rios.we visited her both my wife and I was referred by my Dr. We had a very unpleasant experience, she seems to feel pleasure in talking people down, absolutely not listening to what you have to say about your skin problems, I've though that was why we when there for, she is overbearing, a total loss of time and probably the worse experience we had with a Dr.in a long time, she is a money grabber who will cherge for everything and still run your OHIP card, she fixes everything with expensive creams that are not related to your problems, but then again it's all about selling you expensive medicines, isn't it. If I could give her minus 10 starts I would do it.

I wish their hours could be extended. And whenever I call over the phone for my prescription refills they ALWAYS sound annoyed, upset and in a rush.

Dr. Stircu has been our family doctor since 2012. Great service, both at her previous clinic and this one too. And, while not one to get overly familiar/casual, her demeaner is friendly enough and professional.

Dr. Cristina Ecaterina is very rude to her patients. I dont think she enjoys her job. She could potentially ruin the reputation of this clinic.

Closes too early despite their "official" closing time. It says on their website and on their door that it closes at 8pm. It was already closed when we got there before 7pm.
