CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON WHAT YOU BUY! Was in yesterday (July 27) bought the pictured stuff for my son after asking pharmacist for it to save me hunting for it as it was an over the counter so just bought the one I was given got home made a dose for my son then saw it was expired. While I didn’t check before I left (that’s on me) I didn’t think I would have to check expiration dates on medicine at the pharmacy! Cannot do anything without the receipt so am hunting for it will update about the return/exchange if I find it.

Extremely slow and rude, just chatting instead of getting the stuff ready.
Their few minutes are at least an hour.
Go for a long drive and come back, you will find your prescription ready if lucky.

Atrocious. There seems to be a mix up everytime a prescription is needed. Should not have to call 4 times and wait a week to get a prescription. Explained that we are leaving the country for sometime and still had to call back repeatedly only to be told "oh yeah someone should have called you" Asking for a prescription.aka medicine not candy at least fake that you show some interest! It doesn't really look like they care anyway.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years. Staff is amazing as is the service. This location will always be my go to pharmacy.

In my opinion I'm very pleased with the staff and find the pharmacy very professional and easy to connect with over the phone. Not sure why the negative reviews, but I guess everyone has a bad day once and a while. They get 5 stars from me.

UPDATED REVIEW: I have left this pharmacy. I cannot comprehend the level of incompetence here. This was my family's pharmacy. I fill a lot of prescriptions. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My son was treated for a bacterial infection using an expensive but very efficient antibiotic. I could only fill 7 days at a time, so when I came in to pick up the second and final does, I trusted that the treatment was complete. Well I was wrong. 2 months later when I'm there to pick up other prescriptions, I'm informed that there's one sitting here for my son. So, that means my son's treatment was incomplete because the pharmacy neglected to call me or inform me that they had to order more of this antibiotic and that what I picked up was only a portion. (It was 1 cap/ 4x/day)

Secondly, communication is impossiblhere. I've been waiting 8 days for a prescription to come in, and not 1 person has called me. I had to call and inquire on day 5 what was going on.

Thirdly, they call me to say my prescriptions are ready so when I go to pick them up, they can't find them.

It's incredibly frustrating. I'm leaving.

I like the natural and homeopathic options available here. The naturopath who works here is very knowledgeable and has helped me with many ailments. I trust the brand's here because some are the same that I've bought at a naturopathic doctors office. Prices are about the same. Pharmacy technicians could use.some additional customer service training.

No continuity within processes.

I do not intend to use this pharmacy in the future

This pharmacy has great service. I've uses pharmacy for years and they always treat me with respect. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fast and error free. I have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

I tried calling the pharmacy to refill a prescription. No answer during business hours for 3 consecutive days. Leave message. No one returns the message. I thought maybe they went out of business. No, find out they are still around. Go in person. I found them to be rude, ill-informed, generally, unhelpful. I've had better service at pharmacies in third world countries. Also, spelled my name incorrectly in the system - lack of attention to detail (which I think should be an important skill at a pharmacy).

Great service. Pharmacists truly care about your health/needs. They’ve personally called me to verify changes in my prescription. They also faxed my dr to send a lost prescription and it was done very quickly! I truly appreciate the great customer service.

AMAZING SERVICE! I needed help with a particular circumstance regarding filling a prescription for my 18 month old son. Sophie was the Pharmacist who assisted me. Given that my situation was an urgent request, I called in one time with many questions, and then ended up calling a second time with a few additonal questions. Each time Sophie was friendly, patient, informative and willing to spend time explaining the details. She brightened my night and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to give my son what he needed to feel better. My husband is grateful for Sophie's compassion, persistence and care for me and my son. Thank you, from Tina, Rabeah and Agostino Karram.

Unethical.someone please report them to whichever body oversees pharmacies. I submitted a prescription that I needed that day because the original was a 7 day supply when it should have been 10 day supply, they were out of stock and I couldn't wait. They promised they would transfer it and I went to Shoppers to have it transferred since it was available there. When the pharmacist from shoppers called, they refused to transfer it and I missed taking the last 3 days for my medication. Then I got a call from this horrible pharmacy 4 days later that my prescription was ready when I couldn't use it.

I have been to this pharmacy on several occasions. Every time, I have great service. The pharmacist always takes the time to answer all my questions. Today, they did not have the medication my daughter needed but they offered to go pick it up from their other location so that I wouldn't have to make a second trip. I thought that was very nice of them.

No star.this is not my gmail account (just using a joint acct) I am a pharmacist from another independent pharmacy. I called for a transfer, someone answered the phone, put me on hold, and when she answered me back, she said she just spoke to the patient's daughter and she decided not to do the transfer anymore. I was nice and said "ok" and hang up bewildered because I just literally spoke to the daughter minutes before I called them. I called the daughter and confirmed and it turned out the staff at this pharmacy was lying.very UNETHICAL and definitely wasted my time. I should report this to the college.
