The employees there are so genuine. I was being followed by some middle aged dude and I ended up going into this store to hide. The two guys working there took laps around the building to try and see if he was lurking around, and they told me I could stay for as long as I wanted. One of them ended up walking me home. Anyways, while I was there, I looked around the store. There's tons of variety, it's good quality and a lot of the stuff looks almost new. Plus, the prices are affordable and the decor pieces look really cool. Not to mention the sofas are super comfortable. 10/10 all around. Thanks guys:)

Who was looking for some used furniture did not have what I was looking for however they were able to refer me to a different place that did have what I was looking for so they were very helpful even though I didn't make a purchase

We just got our custom sectional delivered and we are so happy with it! The two gentleman at the store were helpful, walked us through the process and explained all of the customizations available.

Do not make arrangements to have photography done by the son "Jake".
I distinctly called him from my groomer on Nov. 8/20 to say I was on my
way, however when I arrived I was met at the door & was screamed at to
put my dogs back n the car as the place was closing & Jake was nowhere
to be seen. Trust me, I was very upset & could not believe it was happening. On the 12th, Richard called me. There was no apology, he only
stated I bet you were disappointed. I waited to see if he was going to
offer for another appointment to be arranged. But nothing was done. I
had that appointment made several days before & talked to Jake so
he would know exactly what my time of arrival would be, which he had
no problem with. I have spent a lot of money at that store over the years,
however I guess that does not matter to this establishment. Most
businesses today are quite thankful for you choosing them. For about
10 minutes work it would have been $150. -$200.to their advantage.

Large selection of high quality home furniture and decor. I considered everything to be reasonably priced considering quality, not like a typical thrift store find or quality. Great service if you have any questions, but good for browsing, too.

Excellent customer service! I purchased new sofas from them and then the pandemic happened and the delivery was impacted because of the supply chain but throughout the process they kept me in loop and eventually few months later did delivery my sofas. The product quality is top notch and so is the customer service (Steve - you are the best). Would gladly do business with them again!

Just love dealing with this group if not on the floor you can custom order just about anything. The prices are unbelievable

Never been to this location. I find it a bit expensive for what you are purchasing, used furnishings. How do you know if they have been cleaned (bed bugs) ? The store is also deceivingly smaller than it appears outside.

My family and I purchased a couch & maching chair with pull up leg comfort, a coffee table, 2 end tables and a carpet; I couldn't be more pleased with our purchases. The items are well made and the staff certainly were pleasant and we felt that they gave us very good customer service. I would not be worried about shopping there again. I highly recommend this business. The prices were great and prices were fair.

Steve (sales) was great / Vince/Darrell (delivery) are absolutely wonderful guys, highly recommend to check out the store.

It's a very different place then normal retail stores.

The items on sale have multiple prices. The longer the item has been displayed, the lower the price will be. Items sold are displayed in model homes and are very nice.

I got my eye on something already, will keep checking them out to see if it will drop in price

Great place for some quality items at a great price. Rick and the staff are always professional and helpful. Lots of treasures to be discovered.

We were welcomed by staff and treated as if they were truly pleased we were there. Items we bought were wrapped and taken to our vehicle by smiling staff. Very good merchandise and laid out well in store.

Amazing store! So many options! I had no idea! Could have saved myself lots of shopping time had i gone here first! Great staff and reasonable prices. Can't wait for my furniture!

This is a great spot. They carry alot of new merchandise as well. Name brand SOFA BY FANCY.and King Koil mattresses and very friendly staff.

No customer service. 3 months of waiting for a couch we ordered on Nov. 23,2018 we were told at that it was going to be 6-8 weeks for delivery - likely 8 weeks because of the holidays. Not one call from the store we have had to call them for every update and are still waiting.maybe this week maybe next week

Good selection and prices. They have new and used pieces for every room. Better quality than most.

Slightly expensive but some interesting pieces of furniture in fairly good condition (or even new)

I went into this store when handing out résumés, and did my best to be polite and friendly, as well as sharing that I am a lover and frequent visitor of consignment stores (I fully meant Value Village, but didn't want to hurt any feelings.) I was then told that they had a lineup of women who wanted to work there "just to get first dibs". I was unimpressed, but, hey, looking for a job. I told them that I was not interested in dibs. They then told me that they are a 100% male workplace as there is "lifting to do". Unimpressed at the time, less and less impressed as time went on. Today, I went back to get my résumé back, as I would not want to work in such a sexist workplace. Similarly, I would not wish to sell furniture to them, or buy from them, and I suspect many others would feel similarly.
