I went there for just a blow out cause I was running late for a meeting and I wanted to look somewhat put together. I was just looking to get my hair blow dry as I already had a shower and my hair was wet wet.
They wet my hair even more after i told them that my hair takes a long time to get it dryed as i already told them that I was just looking to get my hair dryed. The staff was not helpful, not very pleasant, just over all a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend going here. I would give them a 0 if it was allowed

I had high hopes going into this salon but did not leave satisfied, if anything I feel more self conscious than I did before. My hair used to be a beautiful dark brown and I just wanted to add dimension. I understand what I wanted I needed to have my hair bleached quite blonde, which was achievable. The end product I left with a blondish balayage but the way the roots blended bothered me. It was a bit blotchy at the roots and brassy to me, my sisters told me it was also giving a green undertone which I could see as well. I had gone in to tone it a BIT darker but then ended up leaving with my hair looking one tone. When I looked closely I could see the difference between my hair and the warmish-red tone that was added to my hair, which I went to the salon to have it toned to a more cool tone. When I had asked my friends and my schoolmates none of them knew I got my hair done as it looked the same at a glance. At the moment you wouldn’t have known unless you really stared at my hair. Now that I’ve washed my hair it’s sooo orange and red and not GOOD LOOKING. This is everything I didn’t want to happen. I paid $339. I don’t want to leave my house. I also asked for layers but my hair is choppy. The special outside the store states that a free haircut came with any colour or balayage but I was charged for the haircut. I have never hated my hair so much. Now my hair is damaged (which I knew damage was going to happen no matter what), but it looks horrible and I hate it.

I received a great haircut but I was charged an extra 10$ for styling when I had booked for the price of a haircut and style. They said it was for the curling, but I was not given the option to not have curls. Normally, when a price includes styling that includes light curling to give some texture and movement to the hair. I've never been charged separate for styling at a haircut. The curls added were more like waves and not actual curls. I had to recurl my hair at home for an event later that day as they fell out as soon as I got home.

The last time I went, I don't know his name, but an older guy cut my hair. I asked for a cut and to redo my undercut. He went at my undercut with scissors instead of shaving it, which didnt give me the result i wanted. Then asked if I wanted layers. I said yes, since it's been a while since I've had layers. BIG MISTAKE. My hair was and still is, so choppy, uneven, and not blended at all. When I put my hair in a ponytail, you can definitely see that there's random longer pieces where they don't belong, it's crooked, just blah. $100 to have my hair botched. Now I'm scared to go to a stylist again.

Sydney was fantastic. Not only is she a lovely person but she is an amazing hair stylist. Perfect colour and perfect cut!

Came in for a walk in today hoping for a decent haircut. The barber who cut my hair did a rush job and my hair came out uneven. I asked for the sides to be short and he did not even bother doing so. I came here the first time two weeks ago and they did a spot on job cutting my hair. Today not so much. Never have I gotten a haircut that was carelessly cut and uneven. Customer service was also lacking as the front desk was disengaged and was just continuously watching youtube shorts and paying little to no attention with her surrounding and customers.

Always an amazing experience with total image! Ana always does an amazing job and anytime she’s away Aya takes great care of me also making sure I walk away looking great and very happy. Never going anywhere else.

My experience here was okay. It started that the Stylist was late. My appiontment was at 12. At 12: 15 we finally got started. The woman that did my hair although she did a great job, she made it sound like I was lucky to get an appiontment with her. I guess she doesn't need new clients. I'll probably go back and try someone else. 3 stars for me.

Today was my daughters birthday and we walked in because she wanted to style her hair and the environment is so friendly everyone there was so kind. Thank you to the lady that did my daughters hair this morning and everyone that complimented her. You all truly made her feel like a princess. Will definitely be going back there:)

Dia did the best job on my hair. Colour and cut are perfect Stayed wavy even through to the next day!

Amazing experience I had with Sydney who was my stylist, she is very humble and sweet and catered my needs well. I would love to come back to get my next hair cut from her.

Dina did my hair and all I have to say is wow! She did a bang on job. I went with my roots very exposed, damaged hair and no idea what to do with it. Dina not only did an amazing job on my hair cut but she also took her time and explained in detail things that I should try. I let her do what she thought would be best and my hair now feels thicker, softer and she blended in the grey perfectly with a nice blonde. I’m very happy and will be back to see her spicy personality and amazing talent. She made me feel at home and the convos were funny and enjoyable. Thanks Dina.
